在希慎廣場發現了這間food court，朋友很快就被那個花生醬漢堡吸引了，所以我們很快就決定吃這間，然後點了兩個漢堡，一個是很出名的花生醬漢堡，由於我自己不太喜歡吃花生醬，所以我叫了一個比較正常的煙肉漢堡，類似是這樣，然後加配料薯條，薯條是可以的，畢竟新鮮炸出來就已經很好吃，但是漢堡扒我自己就覺得有點鬆散，亦都不夠Juicy，有很多漢堡店比它好吃，至於花生醬就我試了一口，是幾特別的，不過漢堡包靈魂始終都是那塊漢堡扒，就這樣了。…查看更多

喺希慎廣場搵嘢食，見到呢間幾多好評，鵝肝配漢堡呢個配搭又唔係成日有得食，就試吓。:)鵝肝安格斯堡上到嚟個賣相幾靚，俾埋刀叉可以切嚟食。麵包嘅賣相有光澤又飽滿，軟軟嘅口感同埋帶點香甜，符合預期嘅味道。作為主角嘅美國安格斯牛肉漢堡，食落唔多肉汁，口感係有粒粒嘅硬實口感，味道同口感都係屬於正常，冇話特別驚喜。鵝肝煎得幾甘香，表面少少脆，雖然煎得偏熟但都keep 到嫩滑。雖然唔算非常濃郁嘅肝香，但都足夠帶出另一層味道。整體混埋一齊嘅味道係黑醋汁嘅酸甜味，口感硬實粒粒嘅漢堡，混和埋鵝肝嘅脂香。唔算好驚喜，但就係符合預期嘅味道。…查看更多
