這個炒麵做得不錯,因為面榨得非常香脆,但又不會過份油膩。除了面之外還有不少雞絲,不過雞絲卻有點淡味。此外亦建議醬汁可以分開另上,這樣就可以保持面的香脆程度。

這個叉燒的品質十分高,肥肉及瘦肉各佔一半,適合喜歡不同口感的客人,而且肥肉不會太肥,手的部分不會太硬,還消得有一點焦香。只要最重要的醬汁,味道香濃,但不會太甜
