今晚我同朋友去咗市東北菜：老掌櫃真是超多人，7點未到已經有8成人。我們6點去餐廳，已經有客人我哋叫咗半隻北京填鴨，韭菜豬肉餃、秘製牛奔麵。韭菜豬肉餃（10隻）韭菜豬肉餃皮薄有彈性，餡料新鮮。煮至啱啱熟，搭配辣椒油，更加好味。秘製牛奔麵湯底濃郁，牛肉軟嫩，搭配彈牙的麵條，口感層次分明。北京填鴨（半隻）北京填鴨的外皮酥脆，肉質鮮嫩多汁，搭配特製的甜醬與薄餅，食到好飽Tonight, I went to a Northeastern Chinese restaurant with my friends. 韭菜豬肉餃（10隻）
韭菜豬肉餃皮薄有彈性，餡料新鮮。煮至啱啱熟，搭配辣椒油，更加好味。

北京填鴨（半隻）

Chive and Pork Dumplings (10 pieces)
The dumpling skins were thin and elastic, with fresh filling. They were cooked just right, and when paired with chili oil, they tasted even better.
Special Beef Noodles
The broth was rich and flavorful, the beef was tender, and the noodles had a nice bounce to them, creating a distinct layer of textures.
Peking Duck (half)
The skin of the Peking duck was crispy, and the meat was tender and juicy. Paired with special sweet sauce and thin pancakes, it was a filling meal.
