i don't know whether i am really writing food critiques or writingfood journey of my stay in Hongkie. This time i bump into a 魚蛋面joint called 江仔記. it even got it's chinese name printed on the bowl and plate, very classy, very brand-building...四寶河 is what i ordered. the 河 is really nice and the chili oil isperfect to go with the skinny-trimmed 河.originally it was a bit hard for me to convince my gweilo friend to dine with me in this shop with so little choice of food. after eating,he also reckons

originally it was a bit hard for me to convince my gweilo friend to

he also reckons the soup+noodle thing is new to him and he is starting
to appreciate this chinese style pasta.
