今次黎到呢間米芝蓮一星中餐慶祝生日🤤 餐廳環境舒適 座位寬敞 而且職員十分專業同有禮貌 ❤️ 食物旁面 完全無令我地失望 絕對係一間可以encore嘅餐廳🔥炸子雞: 皮炸到十級脆 肉質嫩滑 醃得好入味👍🏻蜜汁叉燒: 叉燒燒到微焦 淋上蜜汁 送飯一流🤤鮮杏汁杞子百合浸莧菜: 莧菜好嫩 個湯將莧菜嘅鮮味完全帶出👍🏻窩燒蔥香鵝肝M9和牛炒飯: 得獎菜果然名不虛傳 炒飯帶有和牛同鵝肝嘅香 但又唔太膩 而飯係粒粒分明 值得一試 💯 Paid a visit to this Michelin 1 star Chinese resto for bday celebration! Paid a visit to this Michelin 1 star Chinese resto for bday celebration! First thing first, this resto has a comfortable and speak easy environment, with spacious seats and enthusiastic staff! Speaking of food, it didn’t let us down at all! I’d definitely call for an encore later haha! 🤓
Crispy Fried Chicken: Extra crispy skin (surprisingly not too greasy!!!), tender and juicy chicken meat 👍🏻
Barbecued Pork in honey glaze: Grilled to char, and with the amazing honey glaze, it went so well with rice 🤤
Simmered assorted Chinese spinach with lily bulbs in almond juice: Chinese spinach was really fresh, and the soup absolutely elevated the freshness of the veggies! 👍🏻
Fried Rice Sizzler, M9 Wagyu Beef, Foie Gras: As one of the awarded dishes, it did really surprise me with how the combination of Wagyu beef and foie gras went well with each other without being too greasy or oily!!! Plus, the rice was crispy enough. Definitely worth a try! 💯
