a vibey 3-storey Spanish restaurant located in the heart of Wanchai 🇪🇸 the 𝘚𝘶𝘤𝘬𝘭𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘗𝘪𝘨 was the highlight of the meal! the skin was crispy & the meat was very tender & super rich in collagen. the showstopper was the 3" 𝘊𝘩𝘦𝘦𝘴𝘦 𝘊𝘢𝘬𝘦 which they cut it in front of you after heating up the knife with a blowtorch, served with homemade blueberry jam – perfect balance of richness & sweetness. 𝘊𝘩𝘶𝘳𝘳𝘰𝘴 𝘉𝘪𝘵𝘦𝘴 were hot & crispy, paired with chocolate & caramel sauce. definitely recommend for anyone looking for a memorable Spanish dining experience!
