呢一年嘅熱石燒牛扒餐廳越嚟越多,有啲仲賣得越嚟越貴,最先開始熱石燒其中一間就係牛極,今日嚟到旺角,又諗唔到有咩好食所以我哋就決定再試下先。我哋嗌咗最平嘅300 gram牛肩肉,同埋300 gram混亂牛扒,首先我哋撳咗飛仔買咗先,之後店員就會帶我哋入座,入到去我哋就喺自助bar拎咗嘢食先,分別有日式牛肉湯,白飯,醬汁同埋沙律菜過咗5分鐘都唔夠,牛扒就嚟啦,我哋都鍾意食生啲所以燒咗冇幾耐 ,就切開嚟食啦,牛肉非常嫩滑,肉質亦都新鮮,真係好味到300 gram都唔夠食,唔怪之開咗咁多間仲係咁多人嚟食啦,性價比非常之好
