梳洗完最快都9點半
喺銅鑼灣搵堂食都唔容易
最後喺登龍街搵到3間
其中之一有呢間Hungry Monkey
做完運動嚟食鐵板燒咁高熱量
就要叫啲唔好令自己後悔嘅菜式
知道呢度招牌菜叫港島燒
身為香港人梗係要試
原來係用上香港人平時食開嘅材料
整成嘅大阪燒
有齊我鍾意嘅叉燒蠟腸蝦米芫茜
面頭仲灑滿肉鬆
成件事真係好香港
係香港人有嘅靈活創意同大膽嘗試
食落好惹味
但又唔會鹹到要係咁飲水
下次嚟會再叫呢個港島燒

Mentioned it’s hard to find a restaurant in Causeway Bay
For dine-in after finishing workout at 9-ish
Identified 3 restaurants which would still welcome us after 9:30pm
Hungry Monkey was one
Having teppanyaki after workout might not be an ideal choice
So had to pick something we wouldn’t regret the calories taken
The signature dish here was “Hong Kong Special” okonomiyaki 
A must try for Hong Kongers
It’s actually a Japanese pizza or pancake 
Made with Char Siu, peserve sausage, dried shrimps and coriander 
Full of dried meat floss on top 
A dish of real Hong Kong style 
Which means the creativity and the courage to make a bold try
This “Hong Kong Special” tasted really nice to me
Flavourful due to the ingredients themselves 
But I didn’t need to drink plenty of water afterwards
Would definitely order this again

做完運動補充蛋白質好重要
以前會沖粉飲
而家我比較喜歡食返天然嘅材料
自備嘅話通常會食雞蛋同雞胸
出去就會叫牛肉
呢晚嚟到Hungry Monkey
想食嘅牛已經賣完
於是叫咗雞扒同奄列
其實兩款都正常發揮
特別講講呢款奄列
係奄列而唔係玉子燒 (卵焼き)
所以係薄身同濕潤啲
因為本身諗住店家係用原味明太子
但原來用咗梅子味嘅
唔可以話好驚喜
不過又有少少意外
覺得呢個奄列咁樣幾清新
呢個奄列落咗啲葱花
亦令我諗返起三年半前
喺福岡博多屋台食嘅明太子玉子燒
都有葱花㗎
唔知幾時再可以正正常常咁去旅行呢
Its important to take in protein after workout
Used to have isolate whey protein shake 
Now prefer natural food
Usually eggs or chicken breast if I can prepare 
Or beef if dining out 
This late night at Hungry Monkey
The beef I wanted was sold out
So ordered chicken chops and omelette
Both were alright 
But I still liked to talk about the omelette
It’s omelette instead of tamagoyaki 
Therefore rather thin and moist
I thought the cod roe (mentaiko) was in its original flavour 
Indeed it’s ume plum taste
I wouldn’t say it’s surprisingly amazing
That’s a little unexpected which turned out quite refreshing 
Chopped scallions were put on the omelette 
Such reminded me about the tamagoyaki I had in a yatai food stall at Hakata, Fukuoka 3.5 years ago
There were also chopped scallions
Hope we can travel freely again very very soon
