相比起傳統日式咖哩的甜, 這間來自北海道老闆加藤先生主理的湯咖喱, 香料味更香, 沒有令人吃不消的甜, 一入口的香料香, 再伴以鹹香, 蔬果的清香, 以及餘韻的微辣, 味道層次豐富, 但吃起來甚為舒服. 湯狀的質感, 是沒有加入椰奶又或是麵粉漿的結果, 配以米飯就成了湯飯, 少少可惜的是店家沒有烏冬供應, 要不然會更討我喜歡, 畢竟日本米黏度較高, 加湯起來較易糊化就是.除了烏冬, 牛舌也是湯咖哩的好拍檔. 這家牛舌口感爽實, 外面微微煎番, 厚切之下吃得滿足, 微微羶香與咖哩的香料結合起來, 也夠惹味. 蔬菜份量不手軟, 而且夠”五光十色”, 口感有軟有爽, 健康之餘也不沉悶, 這也是加藤先生給我們的祝福, 感恩與感謝.Asiri is a restaurant provided traditional Japanese soup curry which is originated from Sapporo, Hokkaido. Asiri is a restaurant provided traditional Japanese soup curry which is originated from Sapporo, Hokkaido. Different from traditional Japanese curry, the soup curry is not too sweet in taste and too thick in texture. Such spicy taste with mild hot flavor is my cup of tea. It is prefect match with udon.
