This cafe has been on my list to try out for the longest time! This Japanese style café serves a range of Japanese dishes, desserts and drinks in a cozy, warm setting! 🪵☕️ Pic 1️⃣: 𝐃𝐚𝐢𝐟𝐮𝐤𝐮 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐌𝐚𝐭𝐜𝐡𝐚 𝐌𝐨𝐜𝐡𝐢 & 𝐇𝐨𝐣𝐢𝐜𝐡𝐚 𝐂𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐃𝐨𝐮𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐖𝐚𝐟𝐟𝐥𝐞𝐬 / 二軒茶屋大福白玉窩夫 - $63 hkd 🧇🍵— Such a cute waffle! The waffles were super fluffy with a chewy centre. The hojicha cream smooth, with an aromatic hojicha taste to it. The mochi layer on top was SO chewy and went so well with the crunchy exterior of the waffles. Sandwich

— Such a cute waffle! The waffles were super fluffy with a chewy centre. The hojicha cream smooth, with an aromatic hojicha taste to it. Sandwiched between the 2 waffle layers is more mochi 😂 but this time it’s matcha shiratama mochi which again, had an insane amount of chew to them, but personally I thought it was a bit too much and filling as a dessert.

— Loved the colours in this drink! The drink wasn’t overly sweet but could’ve done with a bit more strawberry sauce in my opinion as the milk flavour dominated.

— Was really craving takoyaki that day, so when I saw this on the menu, I knew I had to order this 😂 The batter was really well seasoned, and the octopus had a good amount of chew to it. This could’ve done with a bit longer on the grill to give it that crispy exterior too. Wish there was a bit more takoyaki sauce as well as it was so delicious!

— This drink was SO good! The cheese milk cap was creamy, rich in cheese flavour, and had the perfect amount of saltiness to it to compliment the sweetness of the hojicha. Personally thought the hojicha could’ve been slightly less sweet, but the cheese milk cap was able to balance out the sweetness a little.
Pic 5️⃣: 𝐁𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐤 𝐒𝐞𝐬𝐚𝐦𝐞 𝐇𝐨𝐣𝐢𝐜𝐡𝐚 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐟𝐟𝐨𝐧 / 竹炭黑芝麻焙茶戚風 - $58 hkd 🍰
— The texture of the chiffon cake was great, super light, airy and perfectly sweetened, but unfortunately I couldn’t really taste any of the black sesame flavour. The hojicha cream was pretty rich and went well with the cake.
