由於只係參考了menu和IG上面的圖片，於是今天平安夜，試一試他們的Lunch.由於weekend, 只是serve brunch. 一見brunch menu, 已經心感不秒。4百幾港幣，好似好多野食，但portions好細。如果味道好，完全無問題，但食物質素好差。上菜速度好快，尤如茶餐廳，一order, 10分鐘之內上曬所有主食。但大部份食物係凍的。omlette, 賣相已經好差，味道亦不好，重要好凍。好似premade左好長時間先serve. 重點係chef有無check，點可以serve一碟不合格的omelette.Pasta, 面條黏住，硬硬的，但不是al dente口感，明白佢哋用butter煮，但好油，under seasoning.只有一般waffle可取少少，起碼係暖的。甜品，無一可取。以一間晚餐serve fine dining quality的廚房，出品如此惡劣，人均-$600, 份量，食物質素都不合格。重要是，呢餐飯完全破壞了今日的心情，吃完只有氣憤。圖片所有想片，加每人一塊cheese potato和一份細salad,已經係2個人份量，$11xx，完全係呃錢。

The worst brunch in HK i've ever had. Don't trust their title- lead by michelin chef ot chef worked in the michelin restaurant. Food quality and portions are really bad! No matter how good they do during dinner time, I cannot trust the kitchen team who sent these food to their guests during brunch! Or maybe I did not pay enough🤔🤔
