One of the most popular bakeries in Hong Kong recently, known for their pudding soft buns. Let’s have a look to their savory choices this time! The 𝐌𝐨𝐳𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐚 𝐂𝐡𝐞𝐞𝐬𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐓𝐨𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐨 𝐁𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐝 was pretty impressive, with a generous portion of melting cheese filling in the soft and fluffy bright-coloured bun. Subtle sweetness of tomato flown out from the bun upon reheating. Definitelt worth the price given its enormous size and the pulling cheese pleasure!! Felt a bit dissappointed with 𝐁𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐤 𝐓𝐫𝐮𝐟𝐟𝐥𝐞 𝐒𝐨𝐟𝐭 𝐁𝐮𝐧 which was quite dry (creamcheese didnt help) and lacking the truffle fragrance.

最近很有人氣的麵包店, 經常要排隊拿籌才能買到呢~他們大熱的布甸軟包已經很多人介紹過了, 所以這次來品評一下他們的鹹包!! 蕃茄芝士包很鬆軟, 橙紅色的包體帶蕃茄的香甜味, 翻熱後半溶芝士的香味更明顯, 還有拉絲的效果♡︎ 雖然價格不便宜, 但size超大內餡很豐富, 是很值得回購的一顆!! 相較之下黑松露包的性價比就不太高, 包體偏乾身, 黑松露味也不突出, 有很多進步空間呢（´・-・。）
