講起日本菜 第一時間諗起嘅都係食omakase/壽司刺身嘅餐廳 而家最中意去嘅始終係居酒屋🤤 食下串燒 嘆番杯啤酒 簡直一生一大樂事🥰 今次試左呢間位於銅鑼灣樓上舖嘅居酒屋😜一入到去就被告知每位要加$30 for前菜(茶碗蒸)同菜芥🙂 叫左一份炭燒上等牛舌 一個櫻花蝦蟹肉炒飯 燒雞翼 燒金菇肥牛卷 同埋燒五花腩盧荀串😛食物質素中上 最令我印象深刻嘅係炭燒牛舌 首先燒得好香 仲要係岩岩熟 肉質超嫩 一咬落去有少量血水滲出 如果怕血水記得叫廚房煮熟啲喇😂 其他串燒無論味道定燒嘅火侯都唔錯 蟹肉炒飯都好足料 份量幾大👍🏻總結 呢間居酒屋食物質素中上 係略嫌有啲貴 除左要收每人$30作前茶同茶芥之外 菜式嘅定價都比較進取 雖然係幾好食嘅 但性價比真係唔高 加上出面有更多選擇嘅時候 我自己都未必再幫襯😉Speaking of Jap food, omakase/sushi/sashimi has always come to our mind. 總結 呢間居酒屋食物質素中上 係略嫌有啲貴 除左要收每人$30作前茶同茶芥之外 菜式嘅定價都比較進取 雖然係幾好食嘅 但性價比真係唔高 加上出面有更多選擇嘅時候 我自己都未必再幫襯😉
Speaking of Jap food, omakase/sushi/sashimi has always come to our mind. But my fav kind of Jap resto is actually izakaya - where you get to enjoy skewers with a pint of cold beer! 🍻
At the entrance, I was told that $30 (per person) would be added to our bill for the appetizer (i.e. Chawanmushi) and tea lol We ordered a Grilled ox tongue, a Fried rice with dried shrimps and crabmeat, Chicken wings skewer, Enoki mushroom beef rolls, and Pork Belly skewer!
The food in general was delicious. I was particularly impressed by the grilled ox tongue! First, it was so nicely grilled! And it was just cooked, which made the texture tender and juicy! The skewers were nice too. The fried rice with crabmeat was quite a big portion and it had quite some crabmeat!
Overall, the food quality here is above average, but I somehow think it’s overpriced. Despite the extra $30 per person, the items on the menu are priced a bit too aggressively. So it may not be a good value for money. When there’re other choices, I’ll probably not come back again. 😉
