🌟Highlights:
The seafood platter arrived and I was dazzled🤩 A medley of crustaceans on a giant shell🐚Went in for the octopus carpaccio and scallop sashimi first whilst they were buttery soft with tangy sauce provided a special texture and taste in every bite!
Oysters are not my fave but they were simply fresh, soft and creamy! The lobster and tiger prawns could promise naturally sweet with firm and crunchy textures. They served 6 types of sauce, matching with these and could bring out the umami tastes.
The appetiser was roasted bone marrow. Pairing with small toast, mushrooms and chopped onion marinated with red wine vinegar, the tangy taste and the crisp could balance the grease of bone marrow perfectly.
Another must try here was the sea urchin squid ink pasta with Hokkaido scallops. It was full of umami and the al dente spaghetti fully coated with the sauce. Still reminiscing the taste of it in every sip😋
The star of the meal for me was gelato marshmallow tiramisu. It was vanilla ice cream wrapped by toasted marshmallow, surrounded by moist sponge cake pieces soaked in coffee liqueur and cream diplomats. Quite possibly the nicest marshmallow dessert I’ve ever had out at a restaurant! It was absolutely divine!

中環街市都係我同🐗嘅行街熱點🤤食完飯都會想去呢邊chill下~~無意中喺地下超市入面發現呢間餐廳,有海鮮又有牛扒食🤤🤤🤤
海鮮拼盤一上枱我地兩個雙眼發光🤩擺盤靚,有各款海鮮,先試左醃八爪魚同北海道帶子刺身,軟綿綿新鮮又好味! 雖然我唔係好鍾意食生蠔,但非常新鮮海水味較重!仲有龍蝦和虎蝦,非常豐富。他們提供了6種醬汁,更能帶出海鮮鮮味。
另外我地點左烤牛骨髓。搭配迷你吐司、蘑菇同用紅酒醋醃製的洋蔥絲,濃郁和酥脆的口感完美平衡了骨髓的油膩感。
另一款必試嘅係北海道帶子海膽魷魚墨汁意粉。每條意粉都掛住鮮味十足嘅海膽汁,每一啖都令人回味😋
今餐嘅MVP一定係雪糕棉花糖提拉米蘇。開頭我仲以為係tiramisu 伴雪糕,但其實係烤到微焦嘅棉花糖中間夾住雲喱拿Gelato,圍住棉花糖雪糕嘅係浸左咖啡利口酒嘅小塊蛋糕同超幼滑忌廉。應該係我喺餐廳食過的最好食嘅棉花糖甜點!
呢度環境舒適而有格調🌈每道菜都有特色,睇menu仲有好多菜式都幾正,下次再試!
