Entree
Egg Benedict
英式鬆餅上面放左蛋、火腿，再淋上黑松露汁。英式鬆餅烘得好脆，蛋切開就見到流心餡，火腿嘅鹹香同埋濃郁嘅荷蘭蛋黃醬好夾。
On the top of muffin, there are poached egg, ham and truffle sauce. The muffin is toasted and served hot. The whites of egg is firm while the egg yolk is runny. The savory of ham goes well with the rich Hollandaise sauce.
Chef Salad
是日廚師推介沙律好豐富，有橄欖粒、蕃茄、粟米、青椒。最後再加上少少黑醋，好開胃。
The salad is lavish and comes with olive, tomato, corn and bell pepper. The salad is appetizing with the black vinegar dressing.
Stuffed chicken breast
外形好似炸雞扒咁，切開其實內餡係流心芝士同埋火腿。雖然係雞胸，但係肉質一啲都唔會韌，仲係好嫩滑。
Chicken breast is fried like a fried chicken cutlet. But when you cut off the cutlet, you would see the the chicken breast is actually stuffed with cheese and ham. Unlike normal chicken breast served in other restaurant, it is very tender and cooked with perfect timing.
Striploin +$88
Striplon其實就係牛前腰脊，7成熟內層仲會有淡粉紅色，肉味好濃，亦都有適量嘅脂肪。跟餐仲會有煎蛋同埋薯條，薯條用左Cajun粉，又脆又有少少辣，好惹味。
Striploin is beef steak from short loon. The centre of steak is pale pink and it is meaty, soft and juicy. The steak also comes with fries which is seasoned by cajun powder. The crispy and little spicy fries is flavorful.
Dessert
Chocolate mousse cake
溶化左嘅朱古力做成mousse, 加入鮮奶油，食落特別輕盈又有空氣感。面頭有士多啤梨加埋士多啤梨醬，帶點酸中和一下甜味，所以做到甜而不膩。
The chocolate mousse cake comes with several layers: whipping cream, chocolate cake, chocolate mousse. and chocolate ganache. The cake is moist and fluffy inside while the strawberry syrup brings sour taste to balance the sweetness of chocolate.
