本延鍋物係一間位於灣仔同銅鑼灣中間嘅關東風壽喜燒專門店,佢地推出左幾個一人套餐,像自己黎食都無問題😎 雖然店鋪面積偏細,但空間感唔錯,裝修以白色簡易風為主,令人覺得好舒服🤍 裡面只有大約30個位,未到12點已經開始排長龍,所以記得要預約呀📞Panyin Shabu is located near Wanchai which specialises in shabu shabu and sukiyaki. Beef Oyster Blade Lunch Set
呢個壽喜燒套餐已包括120g嘅特選牛板腱肉,綜合蔬菜、飯或烏冬(+$15)、蝦滑同甜品😙 4塊鮮豔嘅薄切牛板腱好整齊咁舖喺碟上,可以清楚咁睇得出紅白紋理,脂肪分布均勻🥩 關西風嘅壽喜燒用醬油、味醂、料理酒同埋砂糖調味,所以牛肉喺裡面煮熟嘅過程當中會增加鹹鮮味,令牛香更特出🐂 之後再蘸埋落啲蛋漿度,口感變得特別滑溜😋
This sukiyaki set includes 120g of beef, vegetable basket, rice or udon, shrimp paste and dessert. The 4 slices of beef was sharp red with clear marbling from the fat. Kansai sukiyaki uses shoyu, mirin, wine and sugar for the base, so the beef is especially umami. And dipped into the raw egg made it even more smooth.

之後就落蔬菜同埋日本稻庭烏冬,因為有唔少嘅牛脂亦溶入醬汁裡面,所以味道更香濃🍲 蔬菜同烏冬都好吸湯,每一啖都充滿醬油同油脂香🤤 蝦滑口感爽彈,仲有啲蟹籽區增加感🦐
Then it was the veggies and inawa udon, which have absorbed the broth as well as the residue fat from the beef, making each bite very flavourful. The shrimp paste was bouncy, with bits of crab roe.

最後上甜品,煙韌嘅蕨餅配上微微苦澀味的抹茶粉為呢一餐作完美個總結🍵 飲品方面叫左用日本山梨縣和長野縣嘅水蜜桃黎整嘅果汁梳打 ($38),食完入口即溶嘅牛肉再飲返杯真係好清爽🥤
For dessert, we had a chewy warabi mochi with rich matcha flavours. We also got a soda which consist of real peach fruit juice from different regions of Japan.
