『北角大熱咖啡店・喜歡這裡的一草一木一杯一碟』☕︎𝙰𝚛𝚝𝚒𝚜𝚝𝚛𝚢 𝙱𝚛𝚎𝚠𝚒𝚗𝚐 𝙲𝚘𝚖𝚙𝚊𝚗𝚢, 𝙽𝚘𝚛𝚝𝚑 𝙿𝚘𝚒𝚗𝚝⠀最近這家咖啡店可以說是非常熱門，藏身於北角一條內街，不熟悉這一區的人找路可能會有難度。⠀⠀那天跟朋友早上11時來到，尚有大量位置，不過店家中午12時後才會供應主餐喔，12時前只有飲品和甜點供應。不過也同時被告知12時左右必須離座，因為booking都全full了...⠀⠀Arrived at 11am on a weekend morning and still a lots of seats, but we were told that since the booking was full at 12nn so we need to leave by that time. Arrived at 11am on a weekend morning and still a lots of seats, but we were told that since the booking was full at 12nn so we need to leave by that time. 那天我們雖然早上去，但想試的Tiramisu已經沒了... 幸好，這一塊藍莓巴斯克沒有令我們失望呢！芝士味道非常濃厚，做到了裡面creamy的效果，質感很好。餅底非常厚身，我很喜歡啊！藍莓味道欠奉，不過只當作它是一塊原味芝士蛋糕還是不錯吃的！⠀⠀
Tiramisu was sold out so we tried this Blueberry Basque Cheesecake, which is actually quite good! The texture is creamy and cheese flavour is rich. Not much blueberry flavour tho, but definitely yummy as in a cheesecake. ⠀

這裡使用的是 single origin 的咖啡豆，果香味比較重。咖啡有 2 shot，味道濃郁，奶泡打的非常幼滑。雖然我一向偏好堅果風味的咖啡，不過這一杯咖啡卻意外的和我口味呢。⠀
They use single origin coffee bean. There are 2 expresso shots in this cappuccino so the coffee taste is intense. and it's quite fruity too. The texture is very smooth.

朋友點的果茶，消暑一流。朋友說這杯是不甜的，喝到底有一點點蜜糖的甜味，整體不錯的。⠀
It's non-sweetened, very fresh! ⠀

總結來說，這裡的甜品和飲品在區內定價較高，不過質素不錯的！而且這裡的裝潢和環境我都很喜歡，很多植物，而且桌子椅子都是使用實木，很有質感。餐具方面和整體環境也非常搭配，覺得店家很有心思，怎麼拍都很美啊！等熱潮過後，我應該會回訪的！⠀
In short, the price for dessert and drinks is a bit high, but quality is definitely good! And I really love the environment of this coffee shop. Woodwares and plenty of greens and vintage cutleries. So nice! And staffs are friendly too! ⠀
