< Exotica Gelatea > brings guests onto a gastronomic journey, to relive Ferdinand's stories. Ferdinand, as the shop introduces, was a jester in the Kingdom of Italy who later becomes a culinary lord. He develops his own secret recipes which can now be found here at Exotica Gelatea.
The shop transports guests to Italy by incorporating Italian decor, such as the Venetian mask, playing Italian opera in the background, and serving delicious Italian gelato!

Not sure if Italians love eating burgers, but surely Ferdinand does. Enjoyed eating the [ Wagyu burger ] with the side of thin fries!
Just imagining how amazing it would be if they also served milkshakes made from their delicious gelato!

霎東街是銅鑼灣旺區中比較靜的一塊，與時代廣場只一街之隔
原來這裡也有食肆，而且還滿值得一試！
《Exotica Gelatea》主打漢堡、意大利雪糕裝潢帶歐陸風情，牆身掛上不少威尼斯面具、小丑面具、西洋畫
希望能夠帶食客重回古時的意大利，感受餐廳創造的故事人物Ferdinand (費迪南德) 的美食之旅
「食神」Ferdinand遊遍意大利，創造很多很多美食的食譜，包括現在在Exotica Gelatea也可以品嚐的漢堡、牛扒、意式雪糕、咖啡等等

（Exotica故事時間：Ferdinand以牛做為交通工具，來遊覽世界，用完後就會以秘方把牠們烹調，大快朵頤🐮）
〔和牛漢堡〕是這裡的招牌菜，漢堡扒以和牛製成，厚身又充滿肉汁
配搭生菜、蕃茄、芝士，滋味滿滿
包身有先烤過，表面帶一點脆脆的口感，內裡鬆軟，而且充滿牛油香氣

蜂蜜麵包配上一球雪糕... 會太邪惡嗎
賣相也太吸引－厚厚一片蜂蜜麵包上放上一球Valrhona黑巧克力意式雪糕，再淋上焦糖醬
蜂蜜麵包的蜂蜜味道濃郁，甜度適中，好好吃！
以Valrhona巧克力製作的gelato當然也有質素保證！
