What’s the innovative combos for burger?💥 Buffalo Chicken + Vanilla Ice cream must be one of them✨Crispy Chicken Thighs with spicy buffalo sauce🌶, creamy vanilla ice cream🍨 & sweet maple syrup was nice🍁, but personally I just hope it could be less spicy as I kept sweating when I ate this🥵 & even the milky ice cream couldn’t balance the whole flavour🫠 Luckily I ordered the cold tea🧊 instead of a hot one for my set drink🤪

招牌72 小時安格斯牛小排漢堡配上焦糖、洋蔥、烤菇、羽衣甘藍、手工芝士醬、墨西哥辣椒同自製煙燻BBQ醬汁非常出色🍖 厚身既慢煮牛小排食落肉味濃郁 仲要充滿肉汁🤤 手工芝士醬既鹹香令整個味道更為豐富🧀 另外烤菇既份量頗多 加埋新鮮既羽衣甘藍可以平衡到牛扒既油膩感😚 額外加既手撕豬薯條炸得香脆 不過冇乜豬肉既鹹香 個人認為黑松露個款比較好食😎
Augus Short Rib with Sous Vide for 72 hours was super juicy and meaty😋, with a hints of cheesiness and smokiness from the homemade cheddar sauce & BBQ sauce😍 The huge portion of grilled mushroom🍄 & fresh kale balanced the heavy taste of the steak🥩, nice! 🥰 BBQ Pulled Pork Fries was crispy but not meaty yet, I would prefer the black truffle one🍟
