店內有魚缸去供應唔同既台式活蝦料理🦐座位都十分寬敞✨烤澎湖墨魚香腸新鮮澎湖墨魚配墨魚汁,咬落去啖啖都係墨魚口感好彈牙😋✨特製美國骰子牛牛味香濃,一口牛食得好方便✨胡椒蝦(小)甕煮胡椒蝦係來自台灣甕煮好處就係傳熱快保溫好蝦係用上羅氏蝦,又名大頭蝦🦐胡椒蝦同係台灣食一樣好重胡椒味👍🏻✨鹽嗆蝦(小) 反而無任何調味,只係用咗鹽,更加帶出蝦既鮮味同蝦更彈牙爽口✨手工芋泥球佐鹹蛋黃卡士達醬$38有驚喜,估唔到甜品都甘有心人手製造,外皮炸得香脆煙靭入邊嘅芋泥蓉係新鮮芋頭製造味道好濃芋頭又唔甜👍🏻👍🏻

Finally a Taiwanese restaurant that doesn’t only serve Lu Rou Fan and Beef Noodles. Yipin is known for their live prawns, but there are a few other MUST EATS including the squid sausage 墨魚香腸, Pepper Conch 胡椒風螺, Sesame Oil Noodles 麻油麵線。 The prawns are live and cooked to order - You can see all the prawns in their tank! So you’re guaranteed fresh prawns every time. My favourite flavours that I keep going back to are 奶油蝦,三杯蝦,酸辣蝦🤤There was a time they sold out of prawns early so I would highly recommend reserving a table along with preordering some prawns and their hot selling items at least a day in advance to ensure you aren’t disappointed !The flavours here are often quite strong and super tasty, perfectly paired with some Taiwan Beer. The food is fresh and finger licking good. Keeps me going back time after time. Hands down one of my favourite restaurants in Hong Kong. I also appreciate how clean the restaurant is and well maintained, service is minimal but hospitable and attentive. Not a very big restaurant but their table configuration can accommodate small and large groups and even full restaurant takeover. Can’t wait to go back again, and again, and again.. 😋😋😋

跟幾個月前比,今次來多了新菜式。有新驚喜!最愛還是金沙蝦,賣相好,蝦身已剝了蝦殼,金沙醬味道適中又香口👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻再來個胡椒鳳螺,惹味有少少辣,送酒一流🍺🍺🍺竟然有我在台灣最鍾意的菜,水蓮!香港好少食到,跟台灣一樣爽口無比!再來個小食鹽酥雞,香脆惹味!最後介紹個鹹酥蝦,跟避風塘味道好似,唔會太乾,連埋蒜一起吃,出奇地好味!加碗白飯仲正!🍚🍚🍚今次來吃的新菜式很有驚喜!服務也很好!

餐廳環境真係唔錯,洗手間都算乾淨,另外有牙線及漱口水提供。店員清理骨碗的速度亦都相當快,每次上菜都會講菜式名(而家香港已經好少見)。唔好意思,唔覺意影到啲蝦反肚。一上台聞到胡椒香味,但當品嚐的時候,胡椒味欠奉,完全被鹹味掩蓋。講真價錢唔貴,但係同我想像中嘅奶油味有好大分歧,完全食唔到奶油味,味道實在太鹹,好彩啲蝦幾鮮甜。都係嗰句價錢唔貴,啲蝦燒得太乾身,而且辣味完全遮蓋下的鮮味,做啲浪費。佢哋呢間鋪啲鹽應該唔使錢,起勢咁落,但係雞髀菇真係幾好食。

呢間餐廳設有魚缸以供應招牌活蝦料理,現點現撈現做,口味多達近二十款🦐還有特色下酒小菜,佐酒一流🍻💗蒜頭蝦($178 /小)選用每日新鮮運到嘅大頭蝦,每隻蝦都好大隻,蝦肉超級結實爽口,蝦頭仲有d蝦膏,再加埋海量蒜蓉,非常惹味🧄💗麻油蝦($178 /小)大頭蝦滲透台式麻油嘅香味,再加埋少少薑味🫚💗柚香麻醬冷麵($38)麻醬冷麵特別加入柚子醋,令味道更清爽解膩,尤其夏天食特別正🍊簡單加上青瓜絲同蛋絲已經好好食🥒💗招牌蒜香鹹豬肉($128)炒鹹豬肉用上醃鹹咗而且肥瘦肉分明嘅五花肉,肉質帶嚼勁,食落完全唔油膩,鹹鹹香香好惹味🐖💗滷水百頁豆腐($38)百頁豆腐Q彈入味,吸收哂台式滷水汁嘅藥材味🥘
