是日路過IFC. 望到Bacha Coffee的門面直接被吸左入去.朋友本身都係咖啡愛好者. 一入到去就被一系列的咖啡所吸引. 佢地將每款咖啡放一個sample出黎比你聞. 可以比你直接選取自己所愛. 原來重可以mix 不同味道黎賣. 真係超貼心.除左咖啡外, 門口一系列的蛋糕同 croissant亦都十分吸引, 完全係眼花瞭亂. 經店員的介紹後. 同朋友一齊選左Lychees, Raspberry and Rose of Kelaa MfGouna croissant,croissant本身唔算大件. $23覺得有點貴, 但一咬落去就覺得其實都係值的. 因為滿滿的Raspberry醬係個croissant裡面. Raspberry的味道好濃. 好香. 除此之外. 重有買到Marbled 100% Arabica coffee cake,呢個蛋糕同樣係好好食. 配埋杯咖啡一齊就更加係絕配. 睇見朋友不段話好食. 攪到我都心思思第日買件試下.講返杯咖啡先. 首先若果你真係唔知邊款咖啡適合自己. 佢地係有駐場的咖啡大師.佢會問你鐘意咩口味的, 好似鐘唔鐘意酸味之類. 再為你挑選一款適合你口味的咖啡.選好後就去比錢, 等兩三分鐘. 咖啡就完成. 佢的packing真係超打卡able.除左杯咖啡外, 重有一盒cream同埋一枝糖棒, 呢枝棒棒單賣都唔平. 以$50一杯咖啡真係覺得好值得.打開左. 咖啡雖然就只有半杯. 但係個cream係超級滑. 睇落似雪糕但一放左入去杯咖啡裡面. 嚐一口就可以感受到佢有幾綿. 至於枝咖啡糖, 可以跟據個人的喜好而用幾多, 餘下的重可以當糖食... 同連鎖式的咖啡店相比. 呢$50真係超值

No seating at this café was the most disappointing aspect, but I felt uplifted when they provided beautifully packaged takeaway sets, despite having a variety of coffee flavors. The taste was just as I imagined, nothing particularly special. While it's a coffee worth trying once, it's not the kind I'd seek out regularly due to its high price.這家咖啡店最令人失望的是沒有座位，但他們提供了漂亮的外帶套裝，讓我感到高興，儘管有各種口味的咖啡。味道就像我想像的那樣，沒有特別特別的。雖然值得嘗試一次，但由於價格昂貴，我不太會經常去找它。

結果，佢就成為今日嘅早餐。之前同事帶過Bacha coffee做手信，一試難忘。琴日先有時間去IFC首間香港分店。跟本是一個新景點，多人到飛起，好彩都有空間俾我影幾張相。洗成千蚊試佢個Nevigator同Explorer pack，各有十多種的掛耳咖啡。另外買了耶加雪夫即場飲，和幾個牛角包第日做早餐😂 咖啡嚟講，已經飲過好多隻，暫時最好飲係Sierra Madre，酸度和味道、finish都很平衡，又有一定重量。另外Yirgacheffe同Sidamo Mountain都好優雅，相當唔錯。咖啡，真係”早上的紅酒”，可以甚有格調。
