So, here we go for the famous burger place in town. I have visted the mall, the hotel restaurants so many time, but never noticed this place before.
I ordered a mushroom burger, milk and a clam chower for my friend.
The size of the burger is good, just enough for a meal. On the other hand, the texture of the beef patty is a big rough, plus, definitely not juicy enough. If it is not Mr M burger, I know that it would be juicy, but for a burger place like this, I expect something different. Most of us learn about the burger culture because of the Uncle Joker (i.e. Mac) but not every burger place served hamburger like the company, esp some non-chain store, next time if you get a chance, try them and you may have another point of view about hamburger.
In US, among the big chain stores, B. King, Wendy, Carls Jr. (i.e. Hardees in HK) and so on, Uncle Joker is considered to be popular (becaues of the toys and images for the kids) but also considered to be cheap cheap among the others.
Sorry that I do not like OOO as much as the others, I think it is ok, but not too impressed.
Next time if you have a chance and time for some juicy burger, try this:

I asked the owner, "Why don't you open another store?" His answer was, "Money is not my first priority." In his restaurant you can add different kinds of sources, spice, and veggie to your burger, all you can have (if you want to make the burger big). He ordered the beef from a paticular ranch outside the city, then ground the beef by his own. Then he does not charge the customers with high price, this is what so interesting.
Now, maybe we can understand why there are so many different kinds of hamburgers.
