It was always a symbol of extravagance and decadence when dessert lovers went for high tea. The toasts were very crisp and crunchy; the smoked salmon was fresh and the mayonnaise did not mask its taste, the roast beef was so-so but edible. The raisin scones were slightly tough in texture and it would have been better if they were more buttery and soft. Wanted to have tea at Brunch Club Central but ended up here coz very lazy to walk uphill…My friend and I didn’t want to eat much so ordered a 1837 Tea set that included 2 Scones served with TWG Tea jelly & whipped cream and a pot of tea of our choice (we ordered T4025 Jasmine Queen Tea) to share and also 2 afternoon dessert (Crème Caramel and Mango Crumble). weekend IFC真係勁爆多人...間間餐廳都排哂隊..我最怕排隊ge!唯獨是呢間, 竟然得一兩台客, 心諗都賴野, 點解冇人幫襯ga..但係冇辦法, 醫肚緊要, 於是就入去喇...其實講真我不嬲覺得TWG茶係好難飲...我係英國生活左八年...對茶既要求都相對提高...英國有好多品牌既茶葉比TWG好萬倍..所以我今次係絕對冇ORDER d茶, 雖然佢地種類都相當之多...咁就為左醫肚, 因為餓到個肚發出聲, 照計肚餓起上來, 咩都好食d...點知原來唔係...真係幾失望...首先明明冇乜人, 但係侍應要人住中間..d侍應會係你背後行來行去, 都幾煩...同埋張chair坐得唔舒服...如果食3層tea set就話冇所謂, 但係依家order左salad同burger...係要用刀叉食...所以拎住刀叉切野既時候, 個elbow會不斷咁撞落個arm rest度...真係勁唔舒服, d位又窄...我已經好細粒, 5尺幾, 100磅都冇, 我都覺得d位窄...salad賣相幾靚, 色彩繽紛, 但係d rocket salad唔脆唔新鮮唔fresh...cherry tomato唔算太多

今日試左TWG個招牌 strawberry tart, 名不虛傳，真係超正！！！上次在cova都買左strawberry tart, 但比起TWG, 真係遜色好多！論員工態度和名氣，兩家都好不錯，論裝潢都cova 都差小小。但論tart, 兩家真係隔幾條街！(其他食物未嘗比較，不過cova朱古力都算不錯)第一，TWG係賣相都羸了。金箔大大塊，士多啤梨堆到座山，仲要中間加左D不知名透明醬汁，這樣先可以反光，D金箔就閃閃的。而包裝方面，TWG大大個靚盒加紙袋，cova 只有個迷你「紙」袋(就只係用一塊紙做的袋)。第二，氣味，我一開個盒食就聞到士多啤梨味，真係好新鮮。第三，味道，D士多啤梨當然好甜，好水潤啦。個tart 好鬆化，但唔會一碰就碎。不過cream 就就好似小左D。

TWG 的裝潢華麗，而且環境清靜舒適，是與好友食飯聊天的好去處呢。番茄海鮮千層麵千層麵舖上濃濃的芝士，清甜的番茄醬，配以鮮甜的青口和蝦，濃郁可口。 法式墩羊肉這道菜真的充滿驚喜，羊肉墩得軟綿細嫩，肉味香濃，耐人尋味。伴碟的紅蘿蔔和小薯仔為這道菜帶來一點清新感，恰到好處。吃了一頓很滿意的午餐呢。

買了一盒六個的馬卡龍，他包裝得很美很整齊, 當作禮物送給別人很適合! 雖然TWG Tea出名的不是馬卡龍，但味道出奇的好，而且口感不會太硬, 剛剛好。這裡有很多味道選擇, 令人花多眼亂, 我買的六個味道分別是櫻花，朱古力，咖央，檸檬，玫瑰和黑莓。每個味道都會配一樣茶味,很特別, 令MACARON的味道不會很濃, 同時又不會影響本來的味道, 值得一試!

呢間餐廳無一次令我失望。中秋節晚上，冇乜人，比起上次去同喺lFC嘅Greyhound又迫又趕，呢度好坐好多。經過一日嘅辛勞，對自己好啲，食過靚飯。今晚都係叫晚餐，叫左三文魚，烤到好好味。三文魚唔算太肥，所以唔會好膩。三文魚上面有啲開胃嘅蔬菜，味道清新。通常佢地既菜式都有茶葉混入，不過呢個就冇。Bling Bling 朱古力甜品。賣相超靚，朱古力味好濃。食既時候最好叫壺左茶。我就叫左一壺Royal Orchid，味道芳香且比較大眾化。

TWG亮麗光鮮的門面及復古裝潢非常吸引，一直已很想試。當時時間已差不多晚上九點，Tea Room只坐了一組客人，連同我們就只有兩組客人，服務員把我們兩組人分隔遙遠，一組東邊一組西邊的距離，幾乎包場狀態下環境更加一流。另一組客人坐在窗邊。們坐在餐廳最後排，剛好是拍照的理想位置。老公點了安格斯牛肉($288+10%)，沒有太多調味料及汁醬更顯牛肉應有的味道，肉質OK，說了7成熟吃起來真的覺得剛剛好，牛肉上的大菇很美味，大菇上醬料沒有奪走食材本身的味道。我點了煙三文魚($228+10%)，沒想到份量相當多，而且油脂豐富，咀唇沾了不少魚油，點上煙三文魚醬中和了過份濃烈的味道。雖然還有一個小時Tea Room便打烊，但來到這裡不點茶太可惜，Tea Menu有過百款茶葉，花多眼亂，茶葉名稱全英文...有很多不知道是什麼東東...對於我們這種純粹貪過癮對茶葉沒有研究的人來說真是投降...所以...最安全是點花茶，我們點了Lavandula Kiss($100+10%)。可恨只有短短一小時，沒法太悠閒慢慢享受，很喜歡這地方，一定回頭光顧。

TWG 在香港只有1間店, 經IFC就順道入去買點茶葉. 貪多款口味, 可以買50g, 試岩再入貨.店內不可影相(裝飾/擺設), 因為容易有假店炒作, 當然可以影自己已購買既貨品.店內有不同茶葉, 可以試聞一下味, 岩心水就可叫店員秤分量, 價錢由$60-過千都有, 但一般都是 $60-100/50g, 價錢都可以接受的. 店員服務很好, 耐心講解, 而且手腳快, 很快秤好我與友人的8包茶了.還跟店員傾左一陣, 得知有些貨本月已售罄, 但放心, 每月會由新加坡入貨一次. 下月再來.今次買了5款茶葉試試: - follow me tea : 聞落有d果香, 睇到介紹有菠蘿.- silver moon tea : 有點莓味受云尼拿既甜味.- sakura!sakura! tea : 櫻花限定, 點可以錯過. 不過唔係人人中意.- new york breakfst tea : 聞落有d麥芽甜味, 幾特別.- geisha blossom tea : 南方水果香, 岩夏天飲, 所以買左.TWG 有apps, 回家睇返沖茶方法, 成份資料等等, 幾方便.下次想試試TWG既tea set.

I heard the tea sets here at TWG are quite legit, so I came here with my boyfriend the other weekend and tried it out ourselves.I ordered a Trio of Salmon, Foie Gras, and Chicken Sandwiches, each of these sandwiches were quite thin and simple but how they tasted was just fabulous.
