今日lunch經過灣仔，諗住去一間cafe 坐下食個lunch。經過ninteis 見無咩人就入去坐。睇左個餐牌好耐，發現d野好似好貴，吾係一般既cafe 價錢… 終於叫左一個叉燒飯…講到自己用蘭王蛋，日本米。見個飯都吾平，本以為好好味…點知中曬伏….真係好難食…成個飯其實無咩味…d米煮得太林…吾講吾會知係日本米…而且所謂既叉燒係pork rib, 但又做吾出叉燒既感覺。出面既叉燒飯，even大家樂都好味好多…..咁既質素..主要係性價比太底…吾怪之得lunch都無咩人食👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

當日大肚腩冇睇清楚Menu，睇到有叉燒，又有Benedict就已經被深深吸引，二話不說非常衝動之下咁挑選左呢度菜🙈Waiter上嘅時候真係被嚇咗一跳冇諗過份量咁大，我自己一個完全食唔哂而且同我想像中有啲出入🤣本來以為叉燒係平時燒味舖買嗰種點知原來係自家製的叉燒小豬肋排🐷🐽 CHAR SIU BENEDICT Homemade char siu baby pork ribs, dressed kale, burnt grapes, poached Japanese eggs, croissant hotdog bun, micro cress 豬肉每一口都帶著濃郁的叉燒醬和豐富的肉汁，烤得剛好熟透同柔軟搭配住羽衣甘藍的微甘味道🥬唔單止能夠解左醬料嘅膩感更加令整道菜品的口感更加豐富和有層次感我之前冇食過煮過嘅提子🍇呢度烤得剛剛好，溫暖嘅外層包住香甜嘅果汁，非常特別蛋就稍為有啲過熟🥚不過仍然能夠做到流心效果睇返Menu話放喺底嘅麵包係牛角包但我個人就認為就唔算太似🥐因為麵包味道帶少少甜味外層係有層次嘅，但唔係牛角包嘅酥脆口感不過吸收咗蛋汁亦為佢加咗唔少分數——————————————————————呢間餐廳嘅嘢食都好有創意，而且配搭得宜為我當日帶嚟咗意外嘅驚喜🥰
