老細中秋請食飯, 佢指明去圓方的NAHM因為佢成日食覺得好好味一行差唔多20人去試差唔多MENU上的菜式都有食以我記得既有青咖哩牛肉黃咖哩雞串燒雞 牛 豬 羊肉海鮮冬陰功 (叫左個特大的, 因為有成20人)金邊粉炒飯 (有對款, EXACTLY係乜唔太記得)每人一個棷青木瓜沙拉鹽燒魚(2大條), 蝦 (20幾隻) 大菜榚 棷汁榚呢間餐廳覺得整得最好味的係個鹽燒魚, 佢香得呢唔會燒到乾哂水, 個味都幾OK而個木瓜沙拉整得好好, 佢個青木瓜放左好耐都仲可以KEEP到有咬口..好味!而其他野都較為普通,,,熱食會比較食完唔會太記得ALSO佢D食物多數都係雪野, SO唔會有太大感覺但以每一個普通DISHES 70-90蚊其實算係食得OK, 但唔會有一食難忘的感覺仲有最唔好既係圓方地點真係好唔就腳...唔係老闆叫去食,,,一定唔會再去

而個木瓜沙拉整得好好, 佢個青木瓜放左好耐都仲可以KEEP到有咬口..好味!


而其他野都較為普通,,,熱食會比較食完唔會太記得
ALSO佢D食物多數都係雪野, SO唔會有太大感覺
但以每一個普通DISHES 70-90蚊
其實算係食得OK, 但唔會有一食難忘的感覺
仲有最唔好既係圓方地點真係好唔就腳...
唔係老闆叫去食,,,
一定唔會再去

My husband and I chose this restaurant last weekend whilst shopping in Element because we thought it served Vietnamese food. From the Chef's recommendation (thinking that it must be good), we chose prawn and scallop springroll and fried mushroom. In addition, we ordered beef soup noodle (signature dish of Vietnamese food) and some drinks.The prawn and scallop springrolls were the most disappointing. My husband and I chose this restaurant last weekend whilst shopping in Element because we thought it served Vietnamese food.
From the Chef's recommendation (thinking that it must be good), we chose prawn and scallop springroll and fried mushroom. In addition, we ordered beef soup noodle (signature dish of Vietnamese food) and some drinks.
The prawn and scallop springrolls were the most disappointing. The wrapping was not the usual springroll type of wrapping but made with some kind of breadcrumb and deepfried. The stuff was made of sweet salad dressing, mixed with some diced pineapple and vegetables and some tiny pieces of shrimp. If you don't look , you can easily miss the shrimp. Very oily. Not worth $88 at all.
As to the beef soup noodle, it costed $68. The noodle was sticky, not the thin ones that one would expect to get from authentic vietnamese restaurants. The soup did not taste right. When I asked for "loklum", the famous vietnamese source, the waitress brought me chilly paste and fish source and two pieces of lemon. I wonder how can a restaurant that serves Vietnamese food has no "loklum".
I went home with a bad tummy.

陪上司來環貿這邊,有department head group meeting,一時多了meeting就完,理所當然吃埋個lunch先回公司,不想跟老闆們吃business lunch,借機會,溜走了,樓下就是圓方,開餐地點當然揀個近架啦一個人,下到來就是nahm,不用想就這一間吧,反正好久沒吃越南菜肚子餓,就吃多一點,點了香辣牛肉河+海鮮冬陰功海鮮冬陰功,既酸且辣,味道幾濃,入口有重重的香茅味,不錯香辣牛肉河,牛肉幾好,頗稔,吃得出不是梳打牛,河粉都可以,至少唔會溶溶爛爛,湯底杰左少少,相信是生粉落太多清掉這兩個已經好飽,沒有order甜品,留左肚去吃hd新產品

清掉這兩個已經好飽,沒有order甜品,留左肚去吃hd新產品

環境幾好,坐得幾舒服.我們點了素菜叻沙,素菜紙米卷及a cup of pear tea.素菜叻沙-味道不錯,雖然是素菜,但口感幾好.素菜紙米卷-醬汁很好味,紙米卷包得好.(我吃過一夾就就散晒的紙米卷=.=)pear tea-因為加了薑,開始的時候覺得味道很奇怪,但後來愈來愈好味~食物有水準,但以質素相比下價錢略貴服務都ok呀~

so the waitress ( chinese young lady w/ golden brown hair ) went to ask her supervisor and they went to the kitchen together which i assume.after a while , they sent a non-chinese speaker waitress to deliver my NEW dish...which is EXACTLY THE SAME dish as before, only with few more spring onions, and stirred it up a little so that makes it look bigger. there was another waitress came over and said : " WE HAVE ALREADY ADDED EXTRA FOR U . there was another waitress came over and said : " WE HAVE ALREADY ADDED EXTRA FOR U . " but obviously it was just the same and i would feel better if i hadn't request for a new dish bcoz i honestly duno what they have done to my dish. while i was looking for a manager to speak to, i saw that chinese waitress were giggling with another male staff in blue shirt w/ glasses. looking over at our table. so i felt like it was really dis-respectful & after the dish arrived, all the waitresses ( who werent serve in that area ) were walking pass by our table and checked on us and the dish. and that obviously that waitress have been gossiping about our complaint....

I feel extremely uncomfortable bcoz first of all , i was being very polite and wondered why would they gave us halved proportion as the others.. & that waitress was very unprofessional. and mean a while, no staff has ever asked us if we were OK with the new dish or not. so we requested for our bill to a non-cantonese speaking staff. and packed the untouch noodle , wondering if its been ADDED SOME " extra dirtiness " to our dish.

i was going to talk to a supervisor on my way out , wanna tell them i wasn't too happy with their services, but apparently , they all hide behind the bar when i was leaving the door.

so , in general...food are quite tasty , but TOOO MUCH MSG, makes u feel very thirsty for the whole night.
and

EXTREMELY EXTREMELY BAD SERVICES.

they need to retrain their staff seriously. how could they tell a customer that :
" 廚司求其整呢碟 "?!

it costed us $300 for this unpleasant dinner.

- not worthy.
- could provide a much better services as they are not that cheap !

my first comment & i assume the floor staff would know abt this if they read this.i ordered 3 dishes for 2 persons. included a dish of PAD-THAI. the table next to us had the same Padthai but in a much larger proportion , which i just think it was unfair & so i asked the waitress, why would our dish be so much smaller than the other politely and quietly.she asnwered : " your dish is just smaller than others, only proportional problem. 可能廚司求其整你呢碟 " but she didn't suggest to change my dish or anyt

同行的堅持中國人lunch唔食pizza或pasta,搖搖頭,走來吃湯河。Dining grp旗下的餐廳,同場的仲有Malouf,記憶中此集團最大建樹是soho的Olive,那裡的三文魚做得好吃的。周日不做午市套餐,諗了諗,所謂的招牌作亦不過是豬頸肉之背,還不如來碗生牛肉湯河,是最平最穩陣的止蝕動作,同行的叫了菠蘿炒飯,作用大概是填肚。一個唔多覺眼但範圍唔細的open kitchen,可能是這裡最大賣點,吃越.泰菜,企企理理的open kitchen感覺是搵「鬼」笨,難怪5成人是鬼。生牛肉湯河賣相靚仔,加了不少金不換、銀芽、蒜片,生牛變了熟牛肉,質素極高,很嫩亦有肉味,切合這裡的風格,熬湯材料不少,湯底偏甜.濃俗,很討厭將俗得分不出味道的肉湯放入口,加上味精化學作用,胃納簡直是活受罪。依稀想起在天后舢舨喝過一碗味道相近的生牛湯河,湯濃但喝得出層次,味精也下得少,價錢只是這裡的一半,比較下,這裡的雖足料,味道卻不及簡單的好。以同場的餐廳計,這裡收費不貴,亦吃得飽。

公眾假期三個人夜晚黎食. 睇戲前訂左位. 但食時亦唔見得爆.坐位可以, 我鍾意佢既裝修, 尤其佢張檯. 但係位同位既矩離好窄. 有種壓迫感.爐魚米粉卷: 暖暖地. 裏面塊檸檬葉既味太強, 所以食唔到乜魚味. 泰式抄金邊粉: 普通. 唔夠甜. D粉稍嫌較乾. 香茅絞魚: 好好味. 算大碟. 個汁幾正. 有魚味. 配既茄子亦夠薄. 蒜蓉炒雜菜: 麻麻地. 部份菜較老. 唔夠蒜蓉.因為上兩曾樓有間食差唔多野既HUSK, 所以冇法唔作比較. 個人認為HUSK較好食, 亦較抵食. 雖然呢度張凳有凳背, 坐得較舒服.

野火太貴,王家沙大排長龍,胃口又被香辛料召喚,腳就不自覺朝東南亞菜館走近。菜單薄薄的只有三四頁,可是仍然和男友商量了近十五分鐘才點菜柚子沙律($62)--沙律汁酸酸辣辣的,幸而仍在我的接受範圍。柚子新甜清新,是度開胃小菜。海鮮青咖哩($152)--價錢過百但份量超細的一碟,海鮮零星地散落在沒椰香的綠色汁液內,非常不抵吃的一碟。金邊粉($82)--普通,沒有蛋網鋪面有點失色三色雪芭($48)--紅莓雪芭的酸味十分清新,全晚最欣賞的菜式。裝修--圓方內的裝修自然是好的,二人談心也很合適服務--中上埋單$378,圓方內算是可接受的價位吧。可惜食物質素卻不值這價錢。

we came by one day, and told the host standing at the door that we wanted to reserve a table for tomorrow's lunch time. She did not give us any attention as she was chatting with a server. Then she briefly wrote down our initial and then focused back to her own conversation.without looking at us.The next day we came by, the same host said she never saw us yesterday and doesn't know anything about our reservation. 今晚第一次去亦將係最後一次,海鮮Laksa得個酸字,D海鮮(大部份係魷魚)冇味道,個牛肉湯河湯底得個甜字,賣相又一D都唔吸引.服務一般,兩個人叫咗兩碗粉,嚟到問都唔問我地分別叫咗D乜嘢,求其是但擺低每人一碗,最後我地自己對調番-兩碗食唔得哂嘅唔好味湯粉,盛惠HK$183大元

今晚第一次去亦將係最後一次,海鮮Laksa得個酸字,D海鮮(大部份係魷魚)冇味道,個牛肉湯河湯底得個甜字,賣相又一D都唔吸引.服務一般,兩個人叫咗兩碗粉,嚟到問都唔問我地分別叫咗D乜嘢,求其是但擺低每人一碗,最後我地自己對調番-兩碗食唔得哂嘅唔好味湯粉,盛惠HK$183大元
