最近去咗上環試吓人氣越南小店 An Choi,整體感覺幾滿意,值得再去!首先講下佈置,店內裝修特別,有啲越南懷舊味,又唔會太擠。坐位唔算多,但氣氛好chill,適合朋友小聚。食物方面,主打越式河粉、法包等經典越南菜。我試咗佢哋嘅湯河,湯底真係好有層次,唔會死鹹,飲得出用心熬製,牛肉亦都好滑。另一個亮點係佢哋嘅 越式炸春卷,外皮酥脆,內餡夠香,配埋生菜同魚露一齊食,非常開胃。不過略嫌份量唔算太多,價錢比起一般越南小店貴少少,性價比未算頂尖。服務態度就唔錯,店員有禮貌,上菜速度亦算快。查看更多

An Choi位於上環,係一間由越南人經營嘅正宗地道越南餐廳。餐廳嘅裝修好可愛,外牆鮮黃色,店入面用紅色膠凳,掛住各種日常生活用品,店員笑容好好感覺親切,充滿越南街頭風情同懷舊氛圍。BÚN THỊT NƯỚNG燒肉配炸春卷和凍米粉沙律平日menu有得order。分量十足,有好多配料,醬汁酸度剛好,開胃又好食。口感同味道層次豐富。BÁNH CANH CUA 蟹肉木薯湯麵要星期五lunch menu先有,其他日子無得order。好食,海鮮配料豐富,蟹肉有鮮味~查看更多

期待拉滿了!結果去到就是有點小失望,有好吃有踩雷,離得近還是值得嘗一下米紙卷 唔太好吃,米紙皮又厚又韌,感覺在嚼膠皮糖,看起來很多蝦但是實際上是切成兩半貼在外側(也就是一卷裏只有一只蝦)越南牛肉河粉-南方風味沖越南粉去的,牛肉給的很多,這個粉用的很奇怪,有點像廣東的河粉,扁的,口感是滑滑的,湯的味道很普通,而且沒有豆芽,本人的觀念裏吃pho就要超多量豆芽&九層塔才正宗燒肉配炸春卷和凍米粉沙拉好吃!配的炸春卷很酥很香也可以單點,拌米粉是酸甜口的很清爽,配上裏面的豬頸肉很絕雞蛋咖啡必點,超級濃郁的口感,應該加了可可粉和三花淡奶查看更多

Possibly my favourite Vietnamese spot in HK! Pho Bo - Hanoi style $100 ⭐️4/5Pho with stir-fried beef tenderloin, topped with lots of spring onion and coriander. The beef tenderloin were sliced to very small slices but the meat was super flavorful and tender. Although the beef was soaked in the soup, you can still taste the smokiness from the stir-fry and the broth was nicely seasoned with the beef juice. Only wish the beef slices were a tad larger. Netted Spring Rolls $70 ⭐️4/5These were HUGE!! I think one of these is equivalent to two of the spring rolls I would find elsewhere. It was packed with seasoned minced pork and a bunch of finely diced veggies, like wood ear mushroom and onion. The netted skin was super crispy and was great paired with the fish sauce. Great food, energetic vibes and friendly staff. Would definitely come back soon to try out their extensive menu.查看更多

經過上環做嘢,時間尚早11點幾,嚟到呢間米芝蓮級嘅越南餐廳唔使排隊。同朋友叫咗當日嘅招牌Pho。每個星期每一日有不同限定嘅Pho。湯頭鮮甜,牛肉嫩滑,對味精敏感的我食完沒有感覺有很多味精口乾。另外再叫咗個越式法包,春卷等等小食。所叫的食物,質素比一般越南餐廳高,但是沒有太多驚喜。另外最印象深刻是即使是米芝蓮餐廳亦沿用咗越南當地原汁原味嘅餐具同埋佈置拍照一流。用餐完畢,大約12點多平日的放飯時候已經大排長龍。查看更多

今日嚟到上環 An Choi,試咗幾款推介菜式,環境走簡約越南風,坐得幾舒服。🍽️ Bánh Mì Heo Quay (燒豬肉法包) 外皮酥脆,豬肉帶少少焦香,配埋醃菜有層次感,但肉質可以再多汁啲會更好。🥖 Phở Bò (越式牛肉粉) 湯底清甜,有淡淡香草味,牛肉片薄身嫩滑,算係穩陣之作。🍜 Cà Ri Gà (越式雞肉咖喱) 味道算濃郁,椰香同香料味融合得唔錯,但未至於驚喜。✨ Bánh Cuốn Tôm (蝦肉越南腸粉) 反而幾特別,腸粉口感煙韌帶Q,蝦肉鮮甜,配埋魚露醬汁幾開胃。🦐 飲品方面試咗兩杯 雞尾酒,水準中規中矩,冇特別出彩。🍸 整體嚟講,越南小食類比較出色,係一間適合 輕鬆聚會、試試越式風味 嘅餐廳!查看更多

本身去過餐廳幾次,都覺得食物味道好好。於是星期六帶媽媽一起來再食。當日到現場12點左右,我哋見地下有張4人枱。我哋3人於是問帶位地下那張枱有冇人訂,她回覆沒人訂。我哋問可否坐該張枱,她回覆唔可以。我哋再三表明長者上行樓梯級上二樓有啲危險。職員再三拒絕我哋要求。結果,我哋被要求上二樓。當日有雞肉河,味道非常好,大家都覺得好食越南法包,包脆可口,材料亦好美味米紙卷正常,醬汁做得幾好環境,枱細,而且用料輕,枱凳會搖來搖去。感覺絕不舒適。可能因為地方細的關係,枱與枱之間很貼。空間很少很迫。食物係好嘅,服務好卻講唔上。如果米芝連推介係咁嘅質素,我會加上提示此餐廳不推薦長者前往進餐!This restaurant is not recommend for elderly while they need to climb up and down stairs3位不能坐4人枱3 people sitting on 4 seats table is prohibited 查看更多

This is just a very popular restaurant, with lots of expat customers too. We came here out of a Michelin recommendation online. They recommended only 3 Vietnamese restaurants in Hong Kong and this one has an accolade among the three.Probably very minimal decoration, which can only be described as rough. No problem. I have been to many footstalls and road side restaurants in Hanoi and HMC. Some also have no decor. Let's move onto the food.They are very busy on a Friday evening, even though we arrived around 8.45pm. Good sign of nice food, yes?But I have never tasted such dishes in Vietnam, where the food are clean and flavors are clear. This place serves dishes that are best described as muddy in taste. But, worst of all, they taste nothing like any place I have been to in Vietnam.The rice sheet rolls with shrimp inside are unfortunately marred by a very tough roll. They also stuck on the plastic plate they were served on.The Cha Ca, a fish dish, was a piece of bland fried fish accompanied by a serving of rice vermicelli. and an unidentified dipping sauce. I loved the restaurant in Hanoi called Cha Ca La Vong. The Cha Ca there is a dish of fried fish cubes served in a wok over an open flame table cooker, in an oil bath with turmeric and heaps of dill herbs, accompanied by rice vermicelli to soak up the sauce. Cha Ca La Vong should know what they are doing, having invented the dish and has the street named after them. What they serve at An Choi is not even a shadow of that dish. It was just a different dish altogether.A dish of snails in a creamy sauce, turned out to be the common sea snails of Hong Kong but this sort of preparation did not bring out their taste. Largely left untouched.Beef rolls in some kind of seaweed or leaves. Can't tell. Not impressed.We ordered many dishes and frankly, none of them tasted remotely of anything in Vietnam and it is better just to forget them.Staff are very friendly. 查看更多
