So disgusting to have found a hair in the pork pancake! The food was very greasy, the so called Korean Italian fusion is just like dipping rice cake into cream source 😅 nothing really special.

週四晚上, 由堅道轉入鴨巴甸街, 係元創坊附近幸運地停到車; 想一想附近有乜好醫肚, 揀左之前黎過既MOYO開餐 (上次未黎得切寫😂) 同SOHO區既食店一致, 店面唔大, 大約30個位左右, 特別既係燈光係好昏暗, 走青年時尚風路線, 冷漠但不高傲👩🏻‍🦰優雅但又藏拙😇 餐牌非常之簡單, 係一頁過, 唔太複既英文, 留意到應該至少一兩位店員係韓國人🇰🇷 渣車唔飲酒前提下, 只係食嘢, 不過見到店內好多人都係摸住…酒杯底係度談心加吔飯, 明明只係同中環5分鐘路程, 就偏偏係走燥, 同隔離既元創坊一樣, 將中環銅臭中和番💝 第一味上枱係Kimchi Pork Pancake, 豬肉🐖泡菜餅; 一份三塊, 加埋個辣汁豉油上枱微暗燈光下亦都可以欣賞到廚師將塊餅餅煎到微焦香脆, 餅入面唔見太多豬肉, 但係扎實, 本身已帶辣, 再點埋辣豉油頂唔頂得順就睇自己喇😋 然後就係每枱必點既Carbonara Rice Cake 芝士汁年糕🧀上枱已經被搶眼黃色芝士汁覆蓋, 仲有細細碎既芝士碎係面年糕本身就係實心腸粉 雖然芝士同個汁都好濃, 但要入到年糕個心係好難, 個人認為呢個濃味杰達達汁適合長通粉多啲🍝

Truly authentic noodles! I especially enjoyed pyeongyang neangmyeon, the cold noodle, in lunch sets and the gal-bi mandoo. Very impressive! The quality of service is good as well. There are many Korean restaurants in HK but most of the places are flat. Moyo seems to be very unique.

同舊同事食飯 佢話想試下中環蘇豪呢間韓國野 或者一間食crepe嘅 我無所謂佢又唔想食下午茶嘅野當晚餐 所以就食韓國野星期三晚 去到7點幾 仲未係好多人但啲枱就偏細同幾逼夾再睇埋menu😱 都幾貴 但願食物質素係值個價因為我唔食黑松露嗰個所以只嗌左正常肉膾肉質大家見到都係靚嘅 新鮮 無肉騷味可惜麻油落多左 調味亦偏甜 價錢都唔平 蝦片得3塊 真係唔知送到幾多啖如果俾多幾塊蝦片同調味方面做好啲會更好 個卡邦尼醬做得好好 估佢唔到啲芝士咸香夠 用嘅煙肉都係厚身render左啲肥油出黎嘅好野 唔係一般超市等級年糕質地好特別 比較彈而唔係黏綿 無咁飽滯但份量真係好細 168蚊得10條年糕半份無骨炸雞 幾好食即叫即炸 出到黎勁熱 最鐘意個honey mustard 辣醬都唔差韓式炸雞都係用呢隻厚炸衣 食完個嘴都係有啲刮損 但味道真係唔錯 雞肉亦有濕度海膽飯 矜貴呀呢個 手掌心咁大碗飯收160 其實都係一個普通嘅飯 海膽係幾鮮味嘅 但真係偏貴 而且又係調味失當 麻油落得太多 你話佢唔好食佢又唔係 但160一個飯嘅真係可以喺其他餐廳食得更好綠茶意式芝士餅呢個幾好 應該要有嘅味都有 綠茶同芝士味都平衡

講到食生牛肉其實小妹有啲怕怕🤭係香港好少機會食到但呢間係朋友極力推薦話好好味 保證高質咁就一齊去試下啦☺️Korean Yukhae Tartare $168不要懷疑 真係好生既牛肉🤫但真的 好 好 食❗️柚子汁配上雪梨絲 令成個味道都好清新🍐肉質好爽口 完全無生肉既感覺💁🏻‍♀️Spicy Rice Cakes $168好傳統既韓式辣年糕味但係必須要讚下年糕煮得岩岩好 軟硬適中👍🏻雖然價錢偏貴 但值得試下丫☺️

本身唔係好好海膽，但朋友介紹到韓國fusion的餐廳，見到隔離枱食緊都已經好吸引，所以就試左海膽撈麵。意外地，竟然比我想像中好易接受同好味，唔係輕易會夾得開，代表海膽好新鮮，食完個口回甘有甜味好creamy。配上韓式辣撈麵，感覺幾新奇，但略厭辣左d，要不停飲水。如果怕辣既朋友就，就可以試下其他。 係韓國人開既，所以都比較傳統。

MOYO韓文有「融合」嘅意思，所以MOYO嘅logo用了漢字「合」，而餐廳名字本意其實是將意大利風味與韓國菜二合為一。1️⃣Black Truffle Beef Tartare $298 牛肉除左好有鮮味，調味調得好好👍🏻！而加上black truffle呢個配搭就簡直無得輸tim❤️💯！2️⃣Sea Urchin Rice $148Uni就唔算好鮮味🤨，不過個飯就幾好食，撈左麻油好香！3️⃣Korean Fried Chicken $208炸到好乾身一滴油都無😱，外面炸到脆卜卜裏面個雞肉都幾juicy！仲有有4款醬汁：鹽和胡椒、蜜糖芥末、甜辣醬及豉油醬任均選擇！好味😋!4️⃣Brown Bossom $228 呢個係慢煮五花腩，同上面嘅bean paste sauce都幾夾，識食一定要夾埋側邊d kimchi同pickled onion一齊食😎，咁嘅配搭好有層次感，味覺亦好豐富👌🏻！5️⃣Carbonara Rice Cakes $168 年糕口感無得輸，又煙靭又軟糯🤩，好正！配carbonara sauce幾好食，不過個味道好似硬係好似差咁d野咁🤔！6️⃣Tiramisu $58 好正宗嘅tiramisu，

We came here on a Friday night at 8:00pm. Everywhere is fully booked and we can't find a place to eat. We wandered around PMQ and found MOYO. The remaining available seats is at the bar table so we sat down to try. It's actually nice sitting at the bar as you can see how the bartender prepare cocktails. Service was nice as the waiter offered a small basket for us to place our bags/coats when we sat down. MOYO is opposite PMQ, décor is modern and cosy (black and white color tone).   Lime Cocktail

中環美食佳餚無處不在。晚上相約了舊同事兼好友聚聚，她很好，每次都是由她提議地點。我們穿著高跟鞋向蘇豪區走着，我一邊走心裡一邊想：it better be good...my legs are exhausted餐廳就在PMQ斜對面，店子小小，走型格格調，估不到原來是韓食餐廳。朋友早訂了位，waiter安排我們坐近門口的高枱。我們都穿着短裙，較為不方便，故要求其他位置。反正見店內當時還有數張四人枱，亦不是有booking，我便請求他把兩張二人枱分開，但他一口拒絕，我和朋友站在店中央極為尷尬(因為地方太細了)。最後雖然waiter也照意思辦，但感覺很差，後來反正也有很多couple walk-in，所以十分不明白和反感他那不會妥協的服務態度。服務歸服務，食物味道方面確屬不錯。我朋友也是從Open Rice搜尋這家店的，評語果然不賴。我最欣賞Korean beef tartare和carbonara rice cake。Korean beef tartare調味很有特色。我一向不吃生牛肉，之前在別的餐廳試過後便愛上，所以今次見"Specials"板上介紹便要試試。先把蛋與牛肉混好，加上芝麻和

平時好少去開呢頭, 咁岩去完伊藤潤二展, 又係時候搵食. MOYO 正正就係PMQ對面, 咁方便, 就膽粗粗入去試下.門口唔算大, 我地一入門口, 就已經見到坐咗3-4位檯, 但都唔算多人, 之後有位女仔好有善問我地有冇訂檯, 我仲以為要訂檯先得 坐底之後, 個waitress就問我地要tap water/ sparkling water.之後我地叫咗 Homemade Chips, Korean Fried Chicken (half size), Carbonara Rice cakes, TiramisuHomemade Chips ($40)Chips係用芋頭, 紫番薯做. 芋頭同紫番薯上淋咗sweet honey garlic butter sauce. 暖暖地, 好脆, 食落甜甜地, 唔會膩, 又唔會感覺熱氣.Carbonara Rice Cakes (大約$168)呢個年糕同我平時食開嘅唔同, 平時d韓國年糕係比較實,同會黐牙, 而呢個年糕完全唔同……完全唔會黐牙,個汁好好味, 好重bacon and cheese味, 但一d都唔膩, perfect match~~ 值得

My friend had recommended me to thisrestaurant, which is having fusion food in MOYO. The marinated tofu salad was very refreshing, accompanied with apple,crispy lotus root and purple sweet potato chips. The half size of crispy Korean fried chicken was definitely a good combo with Yuzu soju. There were four seasonings including sea salt, mustard, sweet and sour , and the last one should be some kind of vinegar (not so sure). The carbonara rice cake was surprisingly a large portion and the rice cake is relatively soft and chewy.You can never judge the photo by its outlook appearan
