Lovely experience with very great service, the Pirata group have done a good job! The decor and ambience in this restaurant was just right. The dishes we tried were more than exceptional. The Italian dishes served were on another level from the normal Italian restaurants we have tried. Fancy beef tartare had a nice twist, with the extra truffle fondue. And was a welcomed change to such a traditional dish as it raised it to another level of experience. Cheese wheel Al Tartufo was surprisingly not

This cozy restaurant has left the best impressions! Hospitable hosts, delicious dishes, beautiful presentation, wide wine list and wonderful dessert. I recommend to everyone! I would like to come back here again and again.It’s a great experience. The ambiance is very welcoming and charming. Amazing wines, food and service. Staff are extremely knowledgeable and make great recommendations.

Made reservations for birthday celebration but still need to wait, it’s understandable to wait for a 10 - 15 mins for clean up, we checked several times but no one able to told us how long we need to wait, the waitress just leave us at the bar with no attendance. We turned out left after 45 mins wait and it ruined our birthday celebration. Never return again and not recommend any celebration as u will never get the table on time even u have booked.

The Sixteen is a newly open dining area in Quarry Bay. There are four restaurants and we chose western food this time as we were craving for some nice steak. We chose the hkd318 3 three courses meal. For the starter, we ordered Tuna Tartare and classic Burrata. Both dishes were delicious and their portions were sizeable. Terrible restaurant. 今日諗住同朋友慶祝生日點知叫咗個tiramisu當生日蛋糕，食食吓食到有塊嘢硬硬地，然之後發現條脷開始好痛同流血 原來個tiramisu入邊有塊硬嘅膠片。。。仲要係好尖嗰隻。。我朋友條脷就不斷咁樣流血 而個waiter態度就好差 發晒晦氣咁問個朋友有冇事 然後話拎入廚房睇吓咩事，根住同我哋講翻話唔知呢塊嘅邊度嚟。最後就咁話唔使比呢一餐飯嘅錢 但係根本唔係錢嘅問題，係佢哋個態度都好有問題。隔咗幾個鐘我朋友條脷仲係好痛同埋有傷口😞 真係冇諗過呢啲嘢會發生係一間咁貴嘅餐廳到

鰂魚涌其實都幾多嘢食今次同埋朋友一家大細去咗呢間意大利餐廳3個大人都各自叫咗1個3 Course Set有Starter, Main 同埋甜品我哋係揀咗甜品而無要到飲品一開始係我最喜愛嘅黑醋橄欖油包麵包皮比較硬大人食還好小朋友就應該會好難先咬得開但店員都好Sweet有提我哋如果係小朋友食嘅話就淨係俾中間佢哋食，因為驚太硬👍🏼Set個度3 Course都有分2個價錢分別係 -268 同 -318入面個Menu有啲唔同我哋2個價錢都有叫到首先講Starter先Tuna Tartare食到停唔到口😋有魚嘅甜，但又唔會太膩重有又長又薄嘅青瓜片Refresh下個味蕾另一個係Prosciutto di Parma反而係對上面嘅配菜更感興趣😮紅椒同茄子都好食Parma Ham就有啲鹹好彩有啲配菜中和返Calamari份量都幾多多到有啲嚇親😅但比想像中淡味，幾好👍🏼而且幾爽口彈牙重有少少辣味之後到Main啦Truffle Tagliolini呢個係268 Set入面再加多48Truffle都幾多但個味就唔算好香同好濃另外2個就係318 SetTagliata Manzo呢個都係要加48嘅但有驚喜塊牛好

Pirata group不嬲都係信心保證，所有餐廳都保持一貫水準，而且食物同裝修都好IG-able又唔差。今日就泥到鰂魚涌嘅意大利餐廳。星期日brunch有4x appetizers + 1 main + dessert platter，仲點可以少咗佢嘅free flow呢？Free flow都係大路野，Prosecco, Pinot Grigio, Cab sauv，開心❤️❤️Appetizer嘅portion都好大，食完都已經7分飽。burrata真心好食！主菜食wagyu beef 同 cheese wheel pasta with fresh truffle。Beef水準之內。而個pasta每台都有嗌，係呢度嘅signature dish。個presentation好正，有專人喺你面前加fresh truffle ，令到成件事加晒分。最後嘅pistachio crème brûlée, tiramisu, lemon sorbert and fruit platter，pistachio味道非常突出，tiramisu略嫌乾身，酒味唔重，lemon sorbert 非常清新，為呢一
