Just an update with some new dishes my friend and I tried today. Homecooked Korean food at J48 is always on the top of my list. This particular pancake is now my new favourite side! Also, the bulgogi hotpot is flavourful and great if you need a hot bowl of soup.

I have recommended this place to all of my friends who are working/visiting at Central. My friend and I come here really frequently and we love every single thing from the menu. Everything you order worths the time/money/& your muscle ( to come all the way up to here).

This is my favourite place to go in Central for Korean food that’s authentic and best tasting. The bibimbap is AMAZING. Best in HK. Also a fan of their kimchi soup. Working my way through the menu!I’m a regular customer (at least once a week). The guy who runs the place is super and his family runs the kitchen so it tastes home-cooked and not full of MSG (fast-food-ish). The atmosphere is chill and feels like I’m in a cool Korean pub. I bring everyone visiting HK there for our Korean food fix! G

位於soho地段，洒吧高檔食肆林立，難得的好吃，價錢又合理，最重要係oppa老闆服務一流，包你食到好吃的地道韓國美食。特別推介：辣海鮮豆腐湯、炸雞、雜菜炒粉絲、石頭飯

同朋友兩個人食，七點半入座大家當時都唔係好肚餓，淨係叫咗個泡菜湯（約$128）同石頭窩飯(約$120)！個泡菜湯係我係香港食過最好食嘅泡菜湯，裏面好多料，唔會好似出邊啲餐廳整到佢淨係得個咸，夠味之餘又帶啲酸辣，非常開胃。最後我忍唔住叫咗兩碗白飯，食晒！至於個石頭鍋飯，朋友都話好好食，不過都唔夠個泡菜湯咁impressive！ 間店本身有啲細，當晚幫襯嘅都係外國人為主建議晚市食嘅話最好訂枱至於定價方面，開得係SOHO嘅餐廳一般都會比出面貴呢間野嘅定價貴過九龍區嘅韓國餐廳至少30%但呢度既chefs都係正宗韓國人，而且食物都唔係hea煮個人寧願俾貴少少食得好啲，好過食出面嗰啲頹野。總括黎講，絕對值得一試！

今日去中環做野，其實都心諗大獲啦星期日好多地方無開，食野又貴，肯定要比好多錢食野啦，但好好彩比我揾到呢間野！lunch menu由70-100不等，選擇都唔少，我地兩個人就揀左一個泡菜湯飯加一個kimbab，都驚食唔曬呀！餐廳由真。韓國人打理，好有韓國既味道，落單後先上小菜。kimbab 好大份！一個人一份都未必食得曬。泡菜湯飯入面有唔少肉，比連鎖韓國餐廳好食好多，個湯一啲都唔會水，好入味，韓國人掌廚就係唔一樣！

相約好友在中環吃飯，大家都沒頭緒吃什麼，沿著蘭桂坊往上走，隨意選了這間韓國菜餐廳。服務員態度十分友善，知道我們點了幾款食物，二人枱不夠空間擺放，主動安排我地移到四人座位等待食物時客人可以先享用熱茶和三小碟醃漬前菜，分別是土豆絲，青瓜片和芽菜食物也很快送到，首先是Tofu Kimchi $148左邊是豆腐切片，右邊是泡菜和辣豬肉碎，味道不錯，很開胃怕辣可以連同豆腐一起吃。Spicy Rice Cake $148配料豐富，有韓式年糕，魚糕，蔬菜，粉絲和蛋，辣中帶甜，味道像一般的韓式炒年糕，沒甚驚喜。BAN BAN Chicken $168即是half & half, 選了原味加sweet & sour, 炸雞是正常水準，炸漿不會太厚，香脆可口，sweet & sour只是在原味炸雞加上類似泰式酸辣醬，略嫌雞肉太小，不夠雞味。另外點了一枝蘋果味氣酒，一邊喝酒，一邊暢談近況，渡過了一個愉快晚上

今次嚟到朋友推介位於SOHO嘅韓國餐廳，座位唔多，可以打去留位。店員都係韓國人，英文都好好，仲好Nice。叫咗Spicy pork bulgogi，上菜同menu幅圖一樣係一個便當咁。有飯沙律，炒粉絲，泡菜同埋炒豬肉。味道都幾正宗，同我去韓國旅行嘅時候食到嘅係一樣，唔怪得咁受韓國人歡迎。因為香港有好多韓國餐廳為咗吸引香港食客，都會將味道改為符合香港人口味。特別推介依度嘅泡菜。試咗朋友嘅炒牛肉，我覺得比豬肉更加吸引，大家不妨一試。

1️⃣) 🇰🇷韓式水冷麵❄️🍜我想講真係完全韓國style，麵條極之煙韌👍🏻 我朋友中意到爭啲湯都飲埋😂😂😂 -2️⃣) 泡菜煎餅煎得較乾身，唔會成塊餅油lumlum同一patpat👍🏻 美中不足味道稍咸，但整體不錯-3️⃣) 牛肉紫菜包飯🐮🍚🌯我一直覺得韓國既紫菜包飯真係好好味，呢到都無令我失望，好好食🤤🤤

Don't know if anyone on here would know "Seoul Bakery" in London, J48 definitely reminds me of that , brings back good old memories~So, this cute little place up in Soho was a surprise to me and my colleagues who are always bored of the restaurants we normally go to. J45 is a closey little restaurant run by local Koreans, they offer lunch sets at just over $100 which isn't bad for Central and at night time they have a different dinner menu and serve alcohol too. I am a Korean who lived in Hong Kong for 8 years. I know when a Korean restaurant is good or bad. J48 is newly open. just next to the busy, noisy road of main soho street. Soho to me has always been mainly 'Western' street, where all the food and the drinking culture dominated by western cocktails, beers, and western food. 星期一經過呢間餐廳做緊soft opening,有好多韓國oppa,感覺幾地道，聽講係尖沙咀Maru 既分店。是但order一樣野已經送免費啤酒，oppa waiter好nice 。今次黎只係happy hour, 之後會搵日再試下佢d 韓國菜。
