試吓這家位於中環的餐廳。餐廳樓底很高，而且裝修高雅，滿有氣氛和情調，令堂我想起harry porter 的飯堂。餐點方面是西式的，而且portion 比較大，建議和多一些朋友分享。Monk ie business這杯mocktail, 有Iced tea, lemon, cola，其實就是淡口的檸檬茶加可樂，似檸樂但又沒有檸樂咁酸，比較似日本午后紅茶的味道。One more please這一杯有Peach, cranberry 、pineapple ，集齊鮮美水果tone, 其中最突出是桃味，還有少少菠蘿的餘韻，味道酸酸甜甜的，幾好味。Tikkicolada 這杯有Pineapple, passion fruit, coconut cream，十分熱帶的水果味，椰香味十足，還有菠蘿和熱情果的點綴，味道幾ok.Rib eye steak /400g這牛扒份量十足，雖然有少許肥膏部分，但可食用部分亦不少。牛扒烤至medium rare, 肉味ok, 肉質軟身，帶肉的口感而不韌，略帶焦香，配上黑松露牛油，還不錯。四百幾蚊400gram, 價格對板。Mussels/ tomato sauce

今次介紹呢間係比利時餐廳佢有幾間分店今次食中環分店我覺得無觀塘分店咁好食😖😖😖青口好多都無肉或者唔夠肥美味道亦唔夠濃郁龍蝦飯嘅龍蝦味唔突出只有淡淡嘅蕃茄味感覺無落到龍蝦湯去煮牛扒正常最出色嘅係甜品朱古力心太軟蛋糕非常香濃做到滿滿流心朱古力嘅效果唔會太甜亦都唔會太膩今次同朋友慶祝生日職員仲會唱生日歌氣氛好好

FRITES Belgium on Tap地址: 中環皇后大道中152號皇后大道中心地舖@friteshk 我諗都唔需要特別介紹，呢間比利時菜次次嚟都係捧住個肚出黎！每日指定時段都會有唔同既優惠，例如任食青口，牛扒大餐之類，真係超級啱食肉獸！有興趣快啲book位啦~經典牛扒薯條 🥩 $325牛扒係美國黑安格斯西冷 250g 都幾大塊，脂肪比例較少，但肉質幾軟腍有肉汁，肉味濃又唔會太韌，而且佢medium rare煎得剛剛好，而且煎得幾香，好食。熱辣辣幼薯條又多又脆口，如果真係就咁食薯條都食飽。Crab Tian 🦀 $155蟹肉他他呢個真係一定要order，食物份量偏大，食落好重蟹肉味，蟹肉鮮甜好fresh好juicy，再加上芹菜蛋黃醬，碎蠶豆，牛油果，番茄，豆芽，檸檬汁等其他食材配搭好清新，令人開胃！正。Black Forest Fondant 🍫 $125心太軟外層焗得蓬鬆香脆，緩緩切朱古力流心就滿溢出來，味道相當濃郁又唔會太甜，香滑細緻，真係好好食。Big Buddha 🍹 $55正正常常，唔會太甜，有少少少清新感覺，都幾開胃。#nicefoodie中環

Just I decide to have break lunch over there. I know this restaurant already visit other branch. I get impossible bolognese. There is not word to describe my disappointed feeling. It was extremely salty and quality of meat was not good. Serve work temperature not so hot, the only thing come up was salty taste that’s it. I hope they can change since this restaurant until now everything I taste was good but in other branch. First time I been here and probably will not come back. Improve please.

因為無晚市，所以Frites 中午12點已經開始Happy Hours， 啤酒都係$40杯🍺。如果點Express Lunch，價錢由$135至$265；而可以12:45pm還枱（埋單唔算，一定要離坐）仲有20%off，真係好抵！我哋點咗兩個Express Lunch。頭盤分別有Mussels Chowder 🥣同Roasted Pumpkin Salad 🥗 個青口湯好creamy，都有4隻中size 青口。南瓜沙律新鮮，有goat cheese，my fav! 主菜有Black Pepper Spaghetti 🍝 同去Frites 一定要order嘅House Mussels 。Black Pepper Spaghetti $135，個賣相普普通通，有超級多嘅黑胡椒！開始我有啲擔心，以為會冇乜味，點知原來咁多黑椒先夠香又夠辣！好有驚喜😋（記得要食完檢查一下牙罅有冇黑椒黐住😆）House Mussels $225，係白汁配薯條同酸種麵包。青口比以前細隻，而且入面 嘅鬚鬚都冇清走😰D鬚鬚係青口嘅足絲，係青口分泌出嚟用來抓住堅硬物，嗰D足絲又硬又韌，我哋食嘅時候要自己用手拔，好唔方便。

🐟 Firecracker Salmon三文魚煎得好香而且肉質柔嫩😋加埋鋪係面既蔥花同椒粒一齊食好香👍🏻🐮 Steak (Medium) & Frites幾Juicy既Black Angus牛扒😋叫左Medium肉質都好軟腍簡單既鹽同黑椒加芥末調味已經好夠味👍🏻薯條都炸得好香脆食到我地津津有味🍟🍄 Mushroom Risotto好香松露味既意大利飯加埋香菇、巴馬臣芝士、蕃茄同香草食每一啖飯都覺得好豐富😋🐔 Chicken Parma同Mozzarella芝士一齊焗既雞胸好香😌🧀而且食落肉質唔嚡不過食一兩件就覺得夠哂了因為對我黎講比較膩😣🥗 Caesar Salad & 🥣 Rich Tomato Soup沙律好清新而蕃茄湯就非常香濃加上少少蕃茄既天然酸甜味成個湯濃得黎唔會覺得好heavy😋🍰 Frites Crepes跟餐可以揀Crepes或者Filter Coffee我就揀左Crepes開心下都唔錯啦😋除左食物唔錯之外餐廳既環境都好有聖誕新年氣氛一邊食一邊同朋友傾計都好enjoy😊

想像唔到係中環嘅西餐廳青口竟然未處理乾淨就俾客人食平時食青口絕對唔會咁搞到每食一粒都要自己吐返啲草出嚟之前喺另一間分店食過都冇呢個問題我不如自己去超級市場買青口食好過今次叫咗house mussel 1/2 kg醬汁對比上次另一間分店淡左味道唔算超級濃郁環境係幾浪漫🌹不過就略嫌太黑 menu 都睇得唔清楚今次特登為咗佢個青口嚟食 真係好失望希望餐廳真係會改善返呢個質素如果唔係其實中環咁多好餐廳唔需要食呢一間

今次係第二次係Frites食嘢上次試咗午餐，今次就幫朋友係到慶祝生日食晚飯🥰三個女仔叫咗幾多嘢食😂有👉🏻Super protein salad 豐富蛋白沙律將啲唔同嘅菜切到好細粒 令食每一啖口感都好豐富 而且真係好飽 建議多啲人一齊食 最後我要帶翻屋企食添啊！👉🏻Pizza Margherita 瑪格麗特披薩個人覺得麻麻地 自己鐘意偏濕少少多啲醬嘅pizza 味道嚟講就係classic 嘅 芝士 番茄 羅勒葉 略嫌個底厚咗少少 個麵團底係好食的👉🏻Classic Steak Fries 經典牛扒薯條每次嚟到都基本上會點 medium raw 係最正！今次有少少overcook 咗變到韌咗少少 但水準依然～薯條一樣係咁好食！涷咗都好食！最後唔知點解那來的勇氣叫多咗個Ham拼盤 正正常常無咩特別 如果有芝士一齊就好啦 就咁乾食配薄多士真係好dry 😿

Having tried their unlimited steaks last time, I decided to come for their a la carte items and they were great as well. I tried their beer samples and it was quite a bargain for $100 to try all 5 during happy hour. 第一次去Frites, 諗住任食青口，一早訂好位，出發。7點半入座，8點前有happy hour，所有酒都有半價，我地叫左好幾round，店員8點前好好咁問會唔會叫多last一round，都係半價。跟住order嗰陣，先知道原來星期一先有任食青口，不過冇所謂，可以試埋其他菜式，我哋都OK。叫咗個原味青口，青口好肥美，非常好食嘅一味頭盤。跟住叫咗一份pork ribs，煮得好軟熟，配上燒汁非常野味。另外叫咗一份牛扒，三成熟，牛味濃郁，加上自家製嘅醬汁，好好食。****************評分 : 8.5/10簡評 : 散叫都好好食嘅西餐

🔖Frites都算多分店，中環呢間就有一列室外座位，室內樓底非常高，燈光較暗，不過氣氛黎既😁星期一至五都會有唔同既特別優惠，如果特別鐘意食青口既你，記得星期一黎，因為係$225任食六款既青口。🍽Salmon Tartare 賣相好精緻😍底部放左幾片好薄既青瓜片，旁邊有黃辣椒醬點綴下，旁邊放左一大片蝦餅（細個小朋友成日食零食個隻）三文魚粒食落感覺新鮮。如有需要可加新鮮檸檬汁🍋，提升鮮味效果！🍽Rosemary Roast Chicken 燒春雞上碟時已將雞切好幾份，雞身都算厚肉。底部有一片片好creamy既焗薯加上芥末忌廉醬，都幾好食！💡整體黎講，環境氣氛其實都幾好，入面可能黑咗少少，氣氛嚟嘅🤣食物就正正常常，性價比唔係話特別高，但喺度食下野吹吓水就一流👍🏻😋食物：️7.5/10🤵🏽‍♂️服務：8/10🍴環境：8.5/10💰人均消費：$230🤩性價比：7.5/10

Unfortunately, they overcooked the steak from the lunch menu that had been ordered medium-rare and delivered the steak medium. I didn't want to waste food so I tried to enjoy it anyway. It was barely edible as the meat tasted like old frying old instead of beef. The best thing on the plate was the salad, followed by the fries. The waitress didn't even ask for my feedback. My experience was quite disappointing, but I'm sure they can do better.
