Being Korean and living in Tung Chung, we've been wanting to try this new Korean take out joint for a while.
We ordered the ttukbokki and kimbap. Honestly, both were sub-par compared to other takeout/restaurant offerings, and for the price ($50 for the ttukbokki, and $40 for the kimbap), we were generally disappointed. We can make the same quality at home essentially... there was nothing special about the dishes. Furthermore, the ttukbokki portion was the size of a cup...and our first reaction when we saw it was "what the...that's it?"
Of course, being Korean, we perhaps expected a lot more out of this experience, but would like to emphasize... for the price, it was just not worth it, and we will most likely not return...even though it's super convenient to where we live. The prices they charge are generally what I pay for near work at the korean snack joints in Central/Sheung Wan... which I suppose they can get away with due to their locations, but this is Tung Chung... I can't imagine rent being as high to justify the prices.
Speaking with other Korean residents we know in the Tung Chung area, they all shared the same feedback...which was not surprising. We all agree the similar take out joint in the nearby Futon market run by the eldery Korean couple is superior in both taste and price.
If the owners are reading this review, perhaps I would suggest reconsidering some of your "downtown central" prices to make them a bit more reasonable. Also, a great idea is to offer delivery services...especially for stuff like jja-jang-mien...like the places in Korea. I'm sure that in itself can generate some immediate additional revenue just by the local Korean resident interest alone.
