Falcone 主打提供 neo-Neapolitan style pizza(唔好問,唔知點 neo 法😂😂😂)今次試咗個未食過嘅新口味。個人十分喜歡,無諗過吞拿魚 🐟同 pizza 可以咁夾

批底脆得嚟又不失麪糰嘅咬口,而經過高温燒製後蓬鬆批邊嘅焦香係最緊要~ (呢刻不顧儀態咁用手食風味會更佳哦~)

❤️ 是日慶生但因為壽星仔唔食甜嘢,多謝 falcone 請我哋飲 birthday shot 仲借咗唔同嘅 props 比我哋影相🫶🏻 十分 nice 。仲有另一個隱藏亮點係酒水價錢相宜🤑

不過佢哋無得 reserve 只能 walk-in, 有興趣試嘅就要早啲去到了

裝修幾靚的意大利餐廳,用黎影相係幾靚,但食物就一般。唔好期望太高。經過的話可以去試下打下卡,但唔洗特登過黎食😆價錢都不算太貴,勝在位置幾方便,同顏值夠高pizza超大份!

星期五晚約咗朋友一齊嚟試Blacksheep 旗下新開餐廳Falcone。餐廳暫時不設訂座,我哋6:50左右去到,等到7:30左右就俾我哋入去喇。餐廳裝修花過心思設計,打卡一流呀。我哋點左嘅野食有:Vongole Sautee味道唔係驚為天人,不過蜆肉鮮甜,白汁同蜆肉味道好夾,好味!Carpaccio di Gamberi Rossi啲蝦唔算好細隻,食落去蝦肉都彈牙,配埋檸檬汁做前菜都幾開胃。Spaghetti alla Nerano呢個pasta主要有有和牛、芝士、香料Basil配長通粉,味道略咸,冇咩特別,不過不失。Diavola然後到今日主菜-侍應推介嘅Diavola Pizza。果然冇介紹錯!Pizza 烤得很軟熟,番茄醬配辣肉腸再加埋芝士實在冇得輸辣辣地又香口,推介另外試咗佢哋三款甜品,一般,不特別推介。今餐是慶祝生日,侍應會圍住你唱生日歌,再俾一個獎盃同頸巾你影相,幾特別。呢到嘅侍應都幾funny,會同你哋講笑不過其中一個侍應會係咁叫你開酒,稍微扣少少分,但整體用餐體驗幾好,下次會試吓六點過嚟,應該唔駛等咁耐

— Not sure if I just had really high expectations for this place but I wasn’t that blown away by anything here 😂 The pizza was just very average. Yes, Neapolitan pizza is supposed to be served with a charred crust, but I think it was a little too charred in this case and just inedible 😅 However, I do think the flavours in this pizza were pretty unique, it does have a good balance of sweet and savoury; the sweetness mainly coming from the pumpkin which also added a nice nuttiness to the pizza. The sausage was well seasoned and added a meaty savouriness to it. I thought the gorgonzola went really well here, as it’s often paired with other sweet elements too.


Pic 2️⃣: 𝑹𝒊𝒈𝒂𝒕𝒐𝒏𝒊 𝒂𝒍𝒍𝒂 𝑮𝒆𝒏𝒐𝒗𝒆𝒔𝒆 - $248 hkd 🍝
— Flavours in this were good, as the dish was really fragrant and flavourful, with most of the flavours coming from the copious amounts of caramelised onions. The rigatoni was a perfect al-dente, and overall a very well seasoned dish. However, where was the braised beef in this?!?! We literally dug through this entire bowl several tines and not a single chunk of beef was to be found! (Saw a few other reviews mentioning this too so I have no idea if this “beef” even exists or not 😂)


Pic 3️⃣: 𝑰𝒏𝒔𝒂𝒍𝒂𝒕𝒂 𝑴𝒊𝒔𝒕𝒂 - $198 hkd 🥗
— Good way to get some veggies into your meal here. A pretty standard salad, vegetables were fresh and crunchy. The anchovy vinaigrette was pretty good, as it had a good balance of acidity with a nice umami profile to it.

Blacksheep 旗下新餐廳,主打意大利拿玻里 pizza & pasta,喺香港好少食到好食嘅Pizza 同 Al dente 既pasta,所以我哋抱着期待嘅心態嚟到IFC 試吓呢間新餐廳裝修絕對唔會令人失望,無論華麗嘅裝修、背景音樂、都恍如置身意大利拿玻里,搞到我都好想飛去意大利😝由於餐廳不設訂位,所以開門之前已經過嚟排隊,準時12點入座,每枱只可以食一個鐘今次試咗:Polpette - pork meatball 去到每一間意大利餐廳都一定要試吓佢哋嘅meatball ,呢間真係唔錯,完全食唔出內臟或者肥豬肉,亦冇豬騷味。蕃茄醬做得好好,食得出放咗好多香料Spaghetti alla Nerano以 zucchini 為主既pasta,食落亦冇青味,適合小朋友,仔仔超鍾意Penne Al Ragu do Maiale 豬肉同蕃茄製成嘅意大利醬汁,配以長通粉,有少少辣,都幾特別Rigatoni alla Genovese牛肉,洋蔥加芝士配長通粉,芝士重手得滯,食落有少少漏、同埋少少鹹,但係個通粉好好食,非常之 al denteColatura pizza終於嚟到餐廳主打嘅Pi

總括嚟講呢個價位,仲要係IFC,裝修又靚,食物有返咁上下質素,算係唔錯👍🏼可以再去

💭Tips: Their cocktail 🍹 was delicious too, a mixture of amaro Montenegro, lime and ginger beer, and it barely tasted like alcohol🤣 This is also a great place for birthday celebrations 🎉 , the birthday girl/boy gets a trophy 🏆, a victory scarf and a free shot of amaro Montenegro😆

加入左腸仔 南瓜同藍芝士 腸仔係類似漢堡扒質地咁既
配搭唔算非常夾 但都未至於唔夾
南瓜可能用片/蓉狀會夾啲
唔同一般高爐火+短時間既製作方法
反而採取low & slow 口感明顯有分別
尤其pizza底雖然薄但好脆 pizza邊就有種食sourdough包既煙靭口感
唔似正宗拿玻里style既fiata種空氣感口感

I’m definitely a pizza lover as I always explore new pizzeria in Hong Kong.

Recently, I found Falcone at IFC. It is a all-day Napoli pizzeria, offering authentic Napoli pizzas with fresh ingredients. Compare with Korea-style pizza, the Naples-style pizza has a basic dough with raw tomatoes, fresh mozzarella cheese, fresh basil, as well as olive oil, no fancy toppings at all.

Falcone provides a variety of pizzas, which are baked at a lower temperature but for a longer period in a handmade Pavesi Brick oven which is different from its Neapolitan counterparts. I tried Diavola Pizza this time. I loved that as it is fluffy and savoury! I would like to try more next time, especially Salsiccia Zucca & Alici Fung!

Apart from the pizza, you should try Italian‘meatballs’Polpette, Spaghetti Aragosta E Gamberi (Lobster Pasta) and In-House Vanilla Gelato. All of them were delectable. With a lively atmosphere, I felt I likely stay at Napoli streets in Neapolitan, which made me feel exotic feelings!

Went for lunch. We were told at 50th minute that we cant order desert and have to return the table in 10 minutes, as there is a queue outside. We were refused by our server and had to engage with another server to explain our position. We ended up spending $1700+ for 3 pax. For that ticket size/ ASP spend, would have rather gone to a fine dine restaurant without 60 min return policy. Suggest ordering all items - starts, mains and desert as soon as you take the table to finish everything in 1 hou

Suggest ordering all items - starts, mains and desert as soon as you take the table to finish everything in 1 hour. 
The restaurant has more the enough staff, someone could have checked with us around 45th minute - we would have been happy to get through the mains and also order desert, and finish everything in an hour. Not being harsh, just an honest suggestion.

The decoration is very attractive as you can feel the rich Italian culture, staff also proudly as Italian (except non Italian 😅) although it’s small restaurant they make it spacious to sit and good space between tables!It’s Sunday lunch time but luckily few tables were still available and please line up and keep customers etiquette too, some customers were a bit …. Staff were happily to explain to you how to read the menu which was funny … may be they came across many customers couldn’t read the menu and didn’t know appétiez, main course and dessert etc 😅😅 and funny enough they specifically written in menu that they don’t serve lemon tea, hot water and carpaccio 🤣🤣🤣🤣 (real, but joke for Italian restaurant without cappuccino & just like Chinese restaurant doesn’t serve rice 🤣)

The food were yummy but not omg level, staff were in great hospitality to treat most of the customers w dessert wine (1 shot) very snot and great for digestion too!!

The bill was $850-900, can’t remember exactly but Sunday meal, let it be.

Not really interested to try restaurants that don’t take reservations; but it came highly recommended by EatsAnything. Also, given our previous satisfactory experience with the Blacksheep group, was willing to give Lunch a shot. The difference between the 2 is that Neo-Neapolitan pizza is cooked longer in a lower temperature, thereby producing a more crunchy exterior and a sturdier base; whereas traditional Neapolitan pizza is known for being very tender, light, and moist at the same time.
Eating a superbly done Neapolitan/Neopolitan pizza is a delight in itself. As you bite into the lightly bitter charred bits of crust, they shatter and scatter, jazzing up the flavors of tomato, cheese etc. into a tasty mouthful.
Our expectations were high, given our recent trip to Italy and amazing experience at Fiata.
Here’s what we had.
Caprese Salad (tomato with buffalo mozzarella, olive oil and basil).

Diavola pizza (with tomato, cheese and hot salami). Served uncut. Overheard table on our right requesting server to cut theirs. We tried cutting ours- with difficulty. Indeed the crust was super sturdy. Cardboard-like texture made chewing unenjoyable. Gave up on the knife also. My knuckles hurt. And it really was a fine line between charring and burning.

the food and atmosphere was very nice, everything was delicious and fresh and the music and staff were very friendly. the gelato was very refreshing and smooth, the pasta was cheesy, chewy, and the pizza was very fresh and of the perfect texture.

呢間新開嘅意大利餐廳喺IFC,主打嘅係pizza。佢哋嘅pizza麵團係傳統意大利式,煙韌有彈性,中間仲有氣泡,口感好好。店內嘅裝修好有歐洲風情,而且店員都好熱情。不過,前菜同意大利粉嘅價錢差唔多,選擇唔算太多,份量都偏少。佢哋嘅龍蝦意粉味道係唔錯,白酒煮蜆都算鮮甜。呢度嘅pizza係必試,但菜式份量同選擇有待加強。
