STAY AWAY YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED A terribly managed restaurant that wasted 2 hours of my time. We made a lunch booking for 12:30 which should be first seating since the restaurant opens at 12. As one of our friends arrived late we didn't order until almost 1, at which point we were told only 3 out of 8 mains are available!? Did the restaurant only prep 3 portions of each meals?Then once we begrudgingly ordered the steak, pork and oyster, we were told a whooping 45 minutes later that the steak was
A terribly managed restaurant that wasted 2 hours of my time. We made a lunch booking for 12:30 which should be first seating since the restaurant opens at 12. As one of our friends arrived late we didn't order until almost 1, at which point we were told only 3 out of 8 mains are available!? Did the restaurant only prep 3 portions of each meals?
Then once we begrudgingly ordered the steak, pork and oyster, we were told a whooping 45 minutes later that the steak was sold out and they now had more of the prawn pasta.
Overall, taste was okay but the food was served extremely slowly as there is only one chef who cooks (each dish at a time I might add) and plates everything.
Once the chef finished cooking for all the guests he disappeared...maybe because he knew most of the diners were upset with the service and speed?
