Came here with friends after the rush hour. Very cosy and authentic American Diner. Most importantly the burgers are super juicy! I had the spicy chicken burger and my friends had the Classic Cheese and the May Tag with French Fries of course! You can definitely tell that the quality of their burgers are premium. Myself and a couple of vegetarian friends were walking around the soho area late one night. We decided to try the place out for a quick rest since there was more than one vegetarian option in the menu. I was pleasantly surprised by the food quality!We got the Veggie Burger and the Fish Fillet. The fish fillet was so fresh and crispy. 食完個好滿足既lunch已經飽嘔咁滯 但係豬豬男友堅持一定要我試下呢間既奶昔 咁就冇得推啦 入到去呢間野個感覺好似去左五六十年代既美國咁 有d vintage feel 因為我真係食唔落野啦 所以坐底之前我地特登問左兩個人只係叫一杯milk shake係唔係ok 先 結果梗係冇問題啦我地叫左朱古力milk shake 佢地好細心咁比左兩支飲管我地 啜落去既時候會飲到cream 先 之後就到飲到個奶昔 我鐘意佢唔係好甜但又做到濃濃朱古力既感覺 而且仲要好滑添呀

Was wondering what to get for lunch on a Friday afternoon walking around Central and Burger Circus caught my eye so I decided to give them a try, and I'm so glad I did! I really enjoy well branded environments and thought the interior here was quite well done; I felt like I was in a sort of old-school train car diner. There was this cool lunch combo that was displayed on their window  that comes with a burger, fries and a drink, so I decided to go with that and get a fish fillet for my takeaway

My flatmate and I ordered Burger Circus delivery for a particularly lazy Sunday in. The burgers are honestly the best I've had in Hong Kong, perhaps ever. I'm not a burger person usually, but we had the Fish Fillet (LIFE. CHANGING.) and the Maytag Blue, which was awesome too. Such a cute American diner on Hollywood road! I'd walked by so many times, but never gone in...so finally decided to stop by for lunch with my friends. It was lunch rush, so we had to wait about 5-7 minutes for a table. Once we got seated, we couldn't decide what to order! I got the classic cheeseburger and it tasted so good. The patty was super juicy (they gave us wet napkins) and you could tell the beef was fresh. My friend got the chicken burger, which was super crispy and flavourful as well.

本人好鐘意50年代既野  而依漢堡包店就好有美式diner風味(有少少似Riverdale電視劇入面果間POP's)。室內設計好似係一個火車卡一樣，伙記又著埋懷舊既服裝好有feel。係燈光暗暗有o的難影相，下次少o的人來會座近窗口。我叫左classic漢堡包，都ok唔太溜仲有士多啤梨奶昔同onion rings都好味。其他朋友仲叫左Spicy Chicken雞包同魚柳包，都好正夠香脆，醬汁較得好味。個雞肉脆得來有肉汁，不過都幾辣㗎。佢地另一風別飲品係自家制既氣水，話說糖漿無自已調煮特別好味。我自已無試不過朋友話都好味，不過個 “可樂”係唔似正牌可樂的。下次想試埋個circus fries，有洋蔥醬同芝士醬勁邪惡。

We came here on Saturday night and it's one of my favourite spots in town for late night eats. If you aren't into standing around in a kebab shop under fluro lights with agro drunk dudes in LKF make the effort to walk one street up to the bottom of SoHo, it's definitely worth it. 好久之前在電視飲食節目中看過這間餐廳的介紹，一直未有試過，昨晚決定一試。好幾年前我好喜歡去星街一間細小burger店，自從搬走之後，已很少食高級burger。這間burger店裝修好有舊式火車廂的感覺，非常特別又懷舊。我order咗cheese burger，漢堡肉汁濃郁，味道唔錯。另外，order咗 candy shake，vanilla milkshake 內加入m&m夠特別，都幾好飲。薯條就失色咗D，有點似茶記薯條，我就不太喜歡。成個combo$190，除了薯條一般外，其實burger同milkshake 都算出色。😋😋

同朋友咁啱同一日放假，梗係約出黎食吓嘢啦。嚟到中環行咗一陣就見肚餓，經過呢間成日喺IG見到人食嘅餐廳。12點半到入到去已經坐滿人，我地等咗大約10分鐘到就有位，唔算等得耐。一坐低待應就好快嚟幫我地落單，佢話畀我地知原來有weekday lunch special，$99就有一個burger set！我地每人分別要咗一個classic burger set同一個spicy chicken burger set，我要咗一杯passionfruit pineapple soda而朋友就要咗grape soda，兩款都唔錯。食物等咗10分鐘到就到，即刻聞得到香味，肉的部分好厚好多汁。雖然burger嘅size都唔細，再加埋熱辣辣嘅薯條，但係我地唔洗10分鐘就清哂所有野！正！下次一定再返去試埋甜品apple pie！

Finally tried Burger Circus in SoHo. I have always thought it looked super cute and I am glad I stopped in. It feels like real American diner with the old timey décor and classic menu. The team was so nice (shout out to Ali!) and wore cool retro uniforms. The space is bright, fun and comfortable. It also has some fun branding with bright pink which made it feel more current and is also great for taking photos. They also played some cool music.I got the fish filet combo with an Arnold Palmer. great place, friendly staff and cool old style American road cafe. descent burger, cool milk chocolate shake with lots of cream and a cherry on top, feels like a childhood. pricing just as every other good burger place around Hong Kong. 140-170 HKD as a combo.

比佢個好復古嘅格局吸引咗入來，睇一睇Menu其實都唔算平，不過確實幾有美國嘅感覺。然而個份量同味道都令我有點兒失望了。由於本人不嗜牛食就不對牛肉漢堡作評論，但係同行者認為牛肉扒唔夠Juicy，肉又好散而且無咩肉味；包亦欠缺牛油香，感覺實在太似嘉頃麵包。魚柳漢堡同樣失色，魚柳好薄，唔夠熱。重點係個包好細個，與麥當勞無異，我係其他地方可以比平一半嘅價錢，但食到更高質素嘅Burger，雖然話我身處中環理應接受又貴又細嘅事實，但份量似乎有點兒過份了，比接近二百但我真係餓住走。Honey & Garlic雞翼味道好似中式嘅蒜香骨，洋蔥圈好味但為一般貨色，無咩特別感覺。唯獨M&M Milkshare好Creamy，奶味夠厚實。

一個星期日的中午，走到中環尋找優質的漢堡店，在Burger Circus 看了一看，便被餐廳裝修吸引入去。Burger Circus 散發著美式小店風格，店如其名以馬戲團為主題，食物都馬戲相關名字命名，餐廳侍應服裝亦吸引，戴上小小廚師帽、白色圍裙，猶如美國電影中的侍應裝扮。今次點了Circus Burger，下單後等了七、八分鐘便製作完成上枱。先講麵面部分，質感比較鬆軟、厚身；漢堡扒富肉味、多肉汁；芝士味香；蕃茄生菜新鮮。漢堡的比例適中，麵包不會太大，餡料不會太多、參叠得太高，進食時都不吃得滿枱漢堡。

My Order:Classic Cheese Burger ($88)Veggie Burger ($85)Strawberry Milkshake ($68)平日來吃漢堡，被這裡的裝潢吸引著，很懷舊和少女風，有點離開了香港的氣氛Haha。因為不太餓的關係，沒有點套餐或小食。Classic Cheese Burger新鮮做的漢堡應該很難不好吃吧!一上桌已聞得到香味，肉的部分很厚很多汁，芝士也溶得剛好。別小看這個SIZE，女生吃也好飽呀!! Veggie Burger 這個是素肉漢堡，素肉有點乾而且帶辣味。不太推薦呀~ (比較黑的是素肉)Strawberry Milkshake吃漢堡必點的是奶昔呀=D我最愛~這個好喝，不會太甜也喝得到草莓味..上面的奶油很好吃!!
