以往行經呢間裝修特別嘅burger 舖都想試下，今次同友人去完大館參觀就去咗食飯市時間比較多人，都要係門口等一等友人叫咗passion fruit pineapple soda味道唔錯，我就叫咗fresh lemonade ,酸到爆炸😂😂😂一人一個餐，薯條轉咗tartar tots 我另加咗大大條picklesPickles大條多汁,食咗更開胃Tartars tots 有芝士同自己製汁，正友人的有菜菜，食落脆口我的比較濃味，内裡都有酸瓜👍🏻👍🏻原來不經不覺寫咗二百個食評

原來想去食pho,點知排長龍，轉陣去附近食burger. 入去時得一枱，怯怯地。burger 價錢合理（中環）HK$80-120，fries HK30, 算尚可接受。卜卜脆薯條，好有小时候茶餐廳feel. 漢堡包都好好味，肉汁多，重點個包外脆內軟！！本來叫a la carte, 但飲品48蚊超貴，個waiter 好好人介紹我食combo ，109 cheeseburger combo with fries and drink!！

店舖的外貌好像一輛美食餐車，而店內的水吧位置，上有餐牌，以及一些飲料🥤的擺設。點了個漢堡，這個漢堡，雖然肉味香濃，但是有點後悔點了芝士，因為芝士味濃，可能會蓋過牛肉味。這個漢堡包的外皮還算挺軟熟，而內裏的牛肉，亦都不會乾。有點兒後悔加了芝士，芝士又肥，味道又突出，比較難吃到牛肉原先的味道。牛肉好像煮得輕微過熟，但內裏還算保留少許肉汁。友人加了條酸瓜，非常有趣，長而呈扁狀，一切開時，就已經流出很多汁，味道確是非常酸。漢堡厚得來，汁醬亦都不少，因此不會太乾。薯粒Tarter Tots就真的值得一讚，因為細細粒，外皮的部份很多，感覺十分香脆，現今社會，經已很少地方提供，確是十分懷舊的食品。上邊都淋了兩種醬汁Velvetta sauce 及Circus sauce ，因此看來又橙又黃，也是帶芝士味的，放涼了會有點膩Fresh Lemonade的味道太酸，味道一般。反而熱情果菠蘿那杯梳打Passionfruit Pineapple Soda，味道比較清新怡人，酸中帶甜，味道剛好。飲管紙製，放久了會軟化現場不停播放一些70/80年代的金曲，如Frankie goes to hollywood 及T

上環是我最喜愛的地方, 這裡不但擁有很多歷史古蹟, 更有不同地方的美食.今次我去了這間叫Burger Circus 的餐廳食 Burger, 這裡的消費不便宜, 每個Combo 約150元,我叫了Cheese Burger, 雖然很小, 但都足夠飽, 味道都不錯,另一方面值得一提的是個環境, 他採用了50年代美式設計, 另有一番風味

I was wanting to visit Shake Shack in IFC last weekend; however, the line was so crazy that I had to switch to lkf for burger circus. It was my second time there, and I just love its classic American decor.This time I ordered the classic cheeseburger with its housemade soda. The bun was so soft and the patty was fresh and juicy which made a perfect combo. The housemade soda was also refreshing. Overall burger circus is one of the best burger places in HK, and I will definitely come visit again.

無意中經過見到門面非常吸引，係美式oldschool風格！好似返左80年代咁呀😍所以入左嚟食個tea😚我地叫左兩個餐，其中一個加左薯條🍟全部都即叫即整所以都要第10分鐘到！首先講左牛肉burger先，佢好夠肉汁，個包好軟熟入面有pickles🤤同茄汁，酸酸甜甜好開胃😘 (7/10)之後到炸魚burger，入面係他他醬👍🏻個魚唔油，夠熱🔥特別要講佢個皮唔厚同埋塊魚都好大舊！！所以依個好好味(8.5/10)仲有佢個fries係正宗美式粗薯條嚟架！食得出係真材實料用薯仔整🍟 熱辣辣好正😚 (9/10)另外野飲我地分別叫左pineapple juice n lemonnate🍸🍹唔會過甜，飲管都好靚😍大熱天時飲夠哂爽！(7.5/10)

Really bad service....The waitress simply does not inform me that there is combo even when I ask for it....Also, my order was simply missed and wait for more than 30 mins...basically can't really enjoy the food when mood was destroyed...

I’ve visited this restaurant twice. The first time I had a very delicious fish burger, but the second time, my veggie burger was appalling. The bread was nicely toasted, but the patty and other fillings were way too salty. Every bite seemed to be filled with salt granules. The fries were also too heavily salted. I’m wondering if the chef’s had just slipped on my order because my friend who had a spicy chicken burger said theirs was really good. Anyway, I would like to give this place another try

Walked past this place the other night with friends. What a great find! I've been down Hollywood Road loads but always in a rush, finally had a chance to actually pop in here and grab a burger. I had a spicy chicken burger which was great, but the star of the show was the caramel milkshake.. I wanted a second instantly! Loved the way the place looked and the staff were all really friendly and helpful. All my mates enjoyed their burgers too, will definitely be back soon.

Came across Burger Circus whilst googling for great burgers in Central and thought Id give it a whirl, cause we all      have those cravings once in a while , let's not fool ourselves!  You can't miss this place,  the giant glaring neon burger right outside the restaurant is a dead giveaway , it is a little cozy but the interior is phenomenal and reminiscent of       those  American diners we see frequently in pop culture, and  they serve  some excellent burgers!                   I  ordered the

Came across this joint on one Friday evening with friends. The place was buzzing but the service is very accommodating. The good man who greeted us on the door Ali was very polite. There's a wait at the door but we were seated immediately. The whole place reminded me of old times. The design was pleasing to the eyes. The food is worth every $ you spend! And it is also very affordable with the quality you get. The burgers were juicy and if you can't decide right away they're always ready to make

This is my go-to place for late-night takeaway. I finish work late most weeks and popping by Burger Circus to grab a burger and some fries always hits the spot! On top of that, the team are always friendly and it helps perk me up after my long shifts - definitely recommend if you're in the area. 

同朋友特登行到上差唔多中環半山就係為咗食依間burgerlunch嚟既話有得叫set都係百零蚊我叫咗cheese burger，入面塊漢堡扒又厚又多汁，好香牛肉味之餘仲好大份，細食既女仔兩個人share都飽

I visited Burger Circus with my friends last week for a casual bite to eat! We were welcomed in by the very friendly manager and seated straight away, on these really cool booths. We all ordered Combo meals and additional sides, which I highly recommend - the Tater Tots & Jalapeno Poppers were AMAZING!!!! I ordered the Cheeseburger which really hit the spot. Yummiest burger I've ever had!!!!Couldn't love this place more for a causal dinner with friends! Will most definitely be ordering take away
