之前同事帶過我黎一次食lunch，佢當時話他他醬配雞嘅burger好好食，但我見到d beef burger就二話不說揀左啲classic黎試第二次黎食仍然冇失望！Chocolate milkshake 還好🤣👌🏻帶埋朋友一齊黎食！個個都讚口不絕！薯條再on top加左extra cheese! 好香芝士味黎個近鏡！勁足料！塊肉好有牛味，但因為有兩塊肉，再加咁多芝士同薯條，食落都有少少滯🤣🤣🤣下次會再黎食！

Burger Circus. It's a burger place with a really nice restaurant design. You feel like your in a  cable car. Waiters are dressed in stripes. And the name has circus in it. It makes you think ... can this place really give me a good burger? There are many times I wanted to give this place a try but boyfriend said can you really believe a good burger would come from a place with so many gimmicks?I nodded. 星期五晚黎到要等左一陣 但嗰一陣間 waiter 竟然俾左幾班人入去 原來幾個waiters都無溝通但又會輪流shift到門口serve, 咁唔緊要啦一坐低order左：1個 american cheese burger 1個 spicy chicken burger1個 薯條1杯 fresh lemonade 1杯 colaAmerican cheese burger 牛肉味好濃 襯芝士成個burger 即刻變左好似食牛扒咁 size for 女仔黎講岩岩好 另一個要大讚既係spicy chicken, 件雞扒做到外脆內軟，有juice, 同時又夠辣 薯條炸太乾 變左脆條Lemonade 太酸 但ok因為可以中和返d 油膩Cola係homemade 好清爽好好味呀 ！

去完大館玩之後，行番落嚟中環唔知食咩好，咁啱比我地見到呢間burger，見入面好多外國人，覺得好有feel，就決定坐低食了簡單咁叫左一個set，有薯條同埋野飲。Cheese burger 嘅牛肉係勁正，比九分非常之juicy，而且塊burger 都好厚，每一啖都好rich。薯條亦係burger 嘅perfect match啱啱炸好，可以自己加鹽再作調味，再加少少茄醬，直情無得輸👍最後叫左個lemon punch，非常正，唔會太甜，啱哂我心水想試傳統burger，嚟呢度就冇錯了

在中環唔知食乜好，行過嚟度見到有burger食，望入去好似好熟口面，好似tbb介紹過，而喜歡食burger的我已萌生衝動想試，但看到要等位又有點卻步，最後等左等十五分鐘就能坐下可以因為鋪仔細細，位置不多，所以先要等，不過佢坐位都話幾舒適，佢整間鋪設計，有點仿歐洲古舊火車車廂，但好似無乜冷氣坐底左一陣就點餐，外面餐牌無寫combo(softdrink +fried)我叫左個deluxe combo好多餡，酸青瓜都有有三塊，而且好大塊煙肉，重點係塊漢堡勁juicy，勁好味

早前經過呢間餐廳，已經被佢入面既裝潢風格所吸引！一直都好想試下呢間美式餐廳今日甘岩係附近，就入黎試下啦！一去到見到有數幾款既漢堡包可以選！當諗住叫個漢堡再加薯條既時候，侍應哥哥就建議我地叫combo! 有burger有fries有drink！甘就可以一次過滿足哂我既願望啦～🤪👍🏻先黎到係我地叫既熱情果菠蘿梳打！比想像中好飲好多！吾算太甜～岩哂我成個餐終於齊啦！嘩，個薯條好正好脆仲好熱騰騰！似乎是即叫即整的！加上成間餐廳美式既裝潢！真係有一刻覺得自己不在香港～去左旅行一樣的感覺漢堡包🍔好多汁啊！雖說個餐吾算平，但整體都覺得好滿足！鍾意影相又鍾意美食既朋友，去到應該會很興奮呢🤣

Burgers are so exquisitely good not to be compared to a clown’s work in a circus. Succulent, rich brown on the outside, a soft pink on the inside – and a ball of top-quality, butter-soft meat, rather than a thin, firm patty.

一直想嚟呢到食漢堡好耐，今晚終於嚟開呢到又得閒，全店都係洋人打理，可能太遲嚟就嚟收舖既關係，一入去就自己搵位坐低，冇人招呼😂，好彩坐低後有人嚟幫我落order，試左最普通既芝士牛肉滿堡，加薯條同飲品，薯條夠熱，好明顯即炸，外脆內軟，仲有支亨氏茄汁任你唧😋飲品叫左新鮮lemonade ，真係好酸😂，但飲完感覺冇咁熱氣，特別之處係佢支飲筒用紙做，浸好耐都冇爛講返個包，唔太大，大約一隻手掌既size，牛肉有肉汁都算juicy ，仲有酸瓜，個包夠熱但淋左d，一啖咬落去都幾滿足。最後想講，唔知係咪我坐門口位定佢就收舖關係，好似冇乜冷氣，好熱😂

food was alright. I ordered a cheeseburger, milkshake and onion rings. combo-ed it because it would be cheaper. when the book came out, guess what, combo was only cheaper by $3. asked the guy ringing up the bill and he was like, yeah, $3. this is not a joke. "you would've saved $17 if you'd gotten the fries," he says looking all smug. WOW, the man is trying to tell me to not get my rings? SMH, bro, SMH

話說四人行去完大館，就係附近揾野食，途經見到呢間食burger既餐廳，環境設計幾特別，就決定試下~價錢唔平，一個burger由八十幾到一百幾蚊，如果要加薯條或飲品就要另外再叫。係我地苦惱緊食咩好既時候，侍應推薦我地食個4人餐，但呢個combo並冇show係佢既餐牌上，而係寫左係牆上啲鏡度，真係完全冇留意😆套餐有4個burgers，4杯sodas，兩客薯條同一客半打既雞翼，都係$488再加一，點都抵過散叫。我揀左個burger叫Maytag blue，即係最右邊嗰個，因為太肚餓既緣故，幫burgersss影完大合照之後已經急不及待開動😅呢個burger既餡料有5oz牛肉、Maytag blue cheese、煙肉、洋蔥、生菜同番茄。Blue cheese配牛肉，好香！牛肉唔會過熟，咬落好juicy，仲食到好污糟🙈啲汁成日滴出黎🤣煙肉又好大塊，不過略嫌硬左啲。🍟至於波浪紋粗薯條😍😍我至愛❤️熱辣辣，好正呀😋😋一定要點茄汁先好食！🥤另外飲品我揀左passionfruit pineapple soda，酸酸甜甜，清新開胃，唔錯👍🏻順帶一提，佢哋係用紙飲管，飲得耐會淋左，咬飲管既朋友要注意啦😹🍗最

Burger Circus's really giving you the feeling of insides the circus. You seem waiting here before the  circus show.We ordered Spicy Chicken with Jack Cheese and ranch dressing and Cheeseburger Deluxe with beef patty, bacon and circus sauce. The burgers are not so big but enough for a girl's dinner, haaa. The lettuce and tomatoes are so fresh. Circus Fries is adding up so many Wisconsin cheeses on the top. I’ll come back again.Overall taste of the burger was great, juicy patty, the bun was not dry, the patty might of been a tiny bit too salty but I did not mind that..Ohhhh the fries were extremely crunchy! Would for sure go back for the fries! Overall I would give this place a 8/10

although the standalone burgers are on the pricey side, the combos are worth the money and the burgers are high quality. Shout-out to the fries... crispy shell and well flavoured insides.

It's quite full already at around 11:30am on Saturday.My friend and I picked the combo with fries and a drink, it is just slightly cheaper if you want a drink and fries as well.I ordered the American Cheesecake Burger with the Passion fruit Pineapple Soda. The burger is very juicy, and the portion is quite big too. The staff told us that soda are made by themselves, I cant really tell, but it taste nice and not too sweet.
