Went to this resto to yum cha with my family before my bro left. .We ordered the following dishes:-Steamed Barbecued Pork Rice RollThe rice roll contained steamed barbecue pork and coriander. Its skin was thin, and the pork was not very meaty. -Steamed Barbecued Pork BunsDidn't try this, but it looked quite substantial. -Steamed Custard Buns with Salted Egg Yolk The buns were hotly-served and had a yummy egg yolk filling with the right amount of sweetness. -Honeycomb Tripes with Black Pepper The tripes were well-marinated and tasted slightly spicy with black pepper. The portion was not that much though. -Steamed Minced Pork Dumplings The dumplings were filled with hot soup. Dipping them in vinegar reduced their greasiness, and the skin of the dumplings was a bit thick. -Steamed Chicken Feet with Black Bean SauceNot particularly memorable. -Steamed Shrimp DumplingsThe shrimp was fresh, and the skin of the dumplings was thin. -Steamed Minced Pork & Shrimp Dumplings The dumplings were savoury and fulfilling, with a balanced portion of minced pork and shrimp. -Pan-fried Turnip Cakes The turnip cakes were nicely fried with a golden surface and were not greasy at all. .The tea charge was HKD15 per person. The resto was predominantly decorated in gold, wood and white colours, with some Peking opera decorations. .Unfortunately, the staff accidentally spilled a plate of sauces on my mother while packing. 一向都知道這間酒樓的服務員對熟客有特別待遇,熟客可任意挑選座位就坐,二人也可坐大圓枱,但其他茶客就要被服務員大姐安排入坐。就算早茶時段有不少空枱,也不能擅自就坐,否則會被要求起身轉枱,老弱傷殘者也無例外。由於年近九十的媽媽對這酒樓的「黑椒豬大腸」情有獨鍾,所以明知飲茶坐位要受氣,也會陪她和坐輪椅的爸爸每星期到這裏光顧一次。今天到達酒樓時,服務員阿姐叫我先拿票等位,於是便聽從指示站在門外等位。但過了一段時間,仍沒見員工來叫位,便走進店內看看。發現近窗邊有三張圓枱是丟空的,於是我便逕自坐在其中一張。不久,就聽見服務員大姐對我怒吼,責罵我「鍾意坐邊就坐邊,不聽安排」。等了良久,沒有人來開茶給我們,我禮貌地請兩位女服務員來開茶,但她們避開沒有理會。我只好自己到茶水間拿茶壺和茶葉來開茶。寫了點心紙,遞給收銀阿姐入單。之後,收銀阿姐來到我們桌前,說今次是勉為其難替我們入單,這樣做她會被人罵的。唉!今次我們未經批准私自入坐似是犯了彌天大罪!我終於忍不住氣,對收銀阿姐說:「我不會令你難做,今次會是我們最後一次到這裏飲茶。若不是媽媽愛吃這裏的黑椒豬大腸,我一定不會來光顧,飲茶要俾錢受氣真係慘過來乞食!」今天的「慘痛」經歷,終於明白為何港人要北上消費!一間食肆就算點心小菜做得如何出色,但侍應服務態度如此惡劣,最終也是趕客收場!另外,這間「金公館」在幾個月還在售賣現金券,但三星期前我埋單時收銀阿姐卻說已停用現金券了,原因是酒樓已易手,轉換了老闆,連商場下層的金記冰室也不能再使用現金券。收銀阿姐叫我去金記集團其他區的分店使用這些現金券。請問這酒樓的做法合理嗎?😠😡 繼續閱讀

蔥油雞蛋豆乾 $56上菜時以為係豆乾,食落口先知係用蛋白做,有滷水香味,加埋啲蔥油都幾好食蒜泥白玉 $92超爆多蒜泥,唔算太辣,朋友唔食辣都食到,白肉夾住青瓜片一齊食無咁膩,唔錯!四川擔擔麵 $58份量足夠!味道唔錯,唔會好似有啲川菜館咁個湯好濃好多花生醬咁,唔太辣,抵食之選。雙椒魚 $238 (小份)經理知道我哋唔係好食辣,所以推介我哋食雙椒魚,可以叫佢哋做小辣。魚肉係用鱸魚,啲魚片好滑同埋都算鮮甜,細份黎講都算大盆,三個人都食唔哂,因為仲有手打烏冬係底!抵食~ 繼續閱讀

今年公司提早係康怡 金工館食冬至飯。頭盤好豐富 ,閃電式俾同事食晒影唔到相。我最鍾意係涼拌皮蛋,川鹵鴨舌 ,同蒜泥白肉配青瓜好特別。北京填鴨 皮好脆,配埋嗰種醬汁好味。酸菜魚係招牌,同事們都想試。 味道好過太二, 加埋紅薯粉連埋湯一齊食。👍🏻咸蛋大虎蝦賣相都幾好。帶子珊瑚蚌,花膠鮑魚海鮮羮做到水平以上薯仔安格斯牛柳粒好惹味,下次可以配飯。個套餐仲有伊麵,上素 ,甜品。我實在太飽,打包返屋企食。 Overall, 今餐大家都滿意,涼拌菜,北京填鴨,酸菜魚同薯仔牛柳粒都可以encore。下次lunch再嚟試吓。 繼續閱讀

好耐無食片皮鴨,見到金公館片皮鴨做緊工作日半價優惠,滿懷期待來返一隻試下。竟然今次俾我第一次食到凍既片皮鴨,同店員問點解片皮鴨係凍既,佢竟然propose 叮熱返俾我地食😖仲要叮熱返來,都只係暖少少😢😢應該一開始發現片皮鴨係凍既就要退左佢,都唔知擺左幾耐擺到凍⋯⋯ 就連皮蛋瘦肉粥,竟然都只係暖暖地,唔係熱辣辣,粥唔係應該一直擺係煲度保持溫度既咩,實在諗唔明點解可以做到粥都唔夠熱,實在差到無得再差,之後一定唔會再去 繼續閱讀
