一間chill嘅中菜,一啲都唔簡單。“聚星居”,算係滿足晒所有條件。首先要有景,包括環境同景觀,呢度有包廂,有海景,枱嘅分布合理。跟住要有嘢食,呢度嘅種類多不勝數,最重要係質素高,一陣再講。當然唔少得服務,呢度上菜隻碟都係熱嘅,而且收碟快,亦會幫客人換碟,算係唔錯。聚星居焗蟹蓋 $168蟹肉香、洋蔥絲嘅份量合理。但以上都唔及蟹醋嘅威力。一個蟹醋可以將蟹蓋提升不只一個層次。脆蔥燒鮑魚 $128用脆蔥燒嘅效果係令到鮑魚本身嘅香味好突出,味道上都會有一絲絲嘅蒜蔥味。鮑魚本身已經切咗片,方便分享。香茅脆皮乳鴿 $138果然係用上香茅脆皮燒出嚟。首先香茅味突出,同乳鴿嘅味道好合襯。最重要係乳鴿嘅皮燒得香口,夠脆,亦有一定油份。呢度會提供埋手套同胡椒享用。陳皮黑毛豬叉燒 $268黑毛豬叉燒本來已經唔會輸,佢嘅肥瘦均秤同質感已經係一絕。但個人最欣賞係佢嘅蜜糖,因為加咗陳皮,令到佢更有層次,唔會好似一般酒樓得個甜字。鳳梨黑醋松阪肉 $148相當打卡嘅一道菜。黑醋本身嘅質素好高,甜酸得宜,令到松阪肉味道足。菠蘿喺度嘅作用係中和呢道菜同其他肉類嘅累贅感。椰汁雪燕桃膠 $60區區$60嘅甜品都可以打卡。表面充滿雪燕,原來桃膠嘅份量仲多。椰汁味唔算好突出,但亦唔會好甜。相比起環境或者服務,其實我更欣賞喺呢度嘢食嘅質素。以餐廳嘅定位,佢嘅中菜的確做得唔錯,難怪呢度幾個包廂都坐滿人!Read More
