好耐之前已經同朋友試過呢間片皮鴨好食, 最近另外一位好朋友又想食, 我當然介紹佢黎呢間食啦! 餐廳位於尖沙咀LCX近海邊位置,有室內和室外用餐, 今次因為下雨, 就坐室內。如果天氣好, 日頭同夜晚都有個靚景陪伴一齊用膳呀, 超正! 呢到環境舒適, 很欣賞佢既藝術圓形設計隔開餐桌之間~*馳名烤鴨 (半隻)烤鴨即叫即燒,會係客人席前展現刀工, 一邊切片見到熱氣上升, 熱辣辣的烤鴨十分吸引。還包括了八寶盒配料及薄餅一份, 薄餅都好多塊。一鴨有三種吃法,脆鴨皮、鴨腿肉及鴨胸肉,首先加了爆炸糖的脆鴨皮吃法特別,食落甜甜地, 不會感到油膩。建議要快食, 因為爆炸糖接觸到水份好快會變硬呀。薄餅皮皮薄, 小小煙韌, 夾埋鮮嫰鴨肉, 醬汁和配料, 味道好有層次, 口感豐富! 鴨腿肉就可以點芥末來吃, 刺激味蕾! 個人就比較喜歡傳統吃法,不過同一時間又可以吃出三個不同味道, 又十分滿足開心, 哈哈!*松子桂魚松子桂魚賣相已經很吸引, 魚身炸到香脆可口, 魚肉好滑, 加埋酸甜醬汁, 十分開胃, 又係一味送飯的好餸~*金沙海膽蟹肉滑豆腐 $168海膽蟹肉好鮮甜,份量比預期多, 再配上滑滑的豆腐,送飯真的一流, 十分喜歡, 推介!*京式小籠包小籠包皮很薄身, 入口湯汁滿滿, 豬肉鮮~*薑茶湯圓(位)薑茶味道濃,小小辣,配上我喜歡的流心芝麻餡湯丸,很美味, 為這頓晚飯畫上完美句號~朋友十分滿意我的介紹, 下次想試下佢呢到的下午茶, 襯埋個靚海景~

朋友介紹有一間餐廳食片皮鴨超好食,而且佢位於尖沙咀海港城,餐廳座位好舒服,重點係你可以望住個靚景,超正🤩♦️馳名烤鴨(半套)+八寶盒(青瓜條、京蔥絲、甜麵醬、山楂條、紫洋蔥、藍莓醬、爆炸糖、羲和秘制芥末醬) +薄餅♦️師傅會喺你面前片鴨,好有儀式感😍而且隻鴨熱辣辣,佢一路切啲香氣就一路撲埋個鼻度,真係超吸引!師傅切出嚟分別有三碟…第一碟係鴨胸皮:佢話係全隻鴨最香酥的位置,店員建議不用包薄餅,先蘸藍莓醬、再蘸爆炸糖,放入口中兩至三秒,爆炸糖在口中跳動,這就是會跳舞的烤鴨。第二碟係鴨胸肉:佢係肉連皮,皮脆肉嫩,店員都係建議不用包薄餅,蘸黃芥末即可,大家一般認識的「黃芥末」刺鼻及帶辣,而羲和秘制芥末醬與別不同,入口酸中帶甜,委婉解膩。第三碟係鴨腿肉:係全隻鴨的精華所在,店員就建議包薄餅享用,佢哋建議有兩種吃法第一個傳統吃法:包薄餅,加入青瓜條、京蔥絲、甜麵醬;第二個新式食法:包薄餅,加入山楂條、紫洋蔥、藍莓醬兩種食法都好好味❤️新式食法食落會fresh啲!除咗烤鴨 ,我哋仲叫咗張氏獅子頭 (位)、三色皮蛋(例)、青梅小排骨(例)、羲和小肉餅(4件) 、荷香鮑魚雞粒燜飯(例)、手撕糖油餅和薑汁紅棗小桃膠!個人好推介以下三樣🥰建議嚟到可以一試,我寫包單真係好食!♦️青梅小排骨♦️佢排骨大小剛好,肉質好好,而且因為佢排骨有炸過,所以整體好香,啲汁完美地包住每一塊的肉,而個汁調得剛剛好👍🏻♦️手撕糖油餅♦️我覺得佢比我嘅感覺好似牛脷酥,如果你鍾意牛脷酥,相信你都會好鍾意食佢👻👻👻♦️薑汁紅棗小桃膠♦️薑汁夠🫚,桃膠軟硬度剛剛好,整體甜度剛好,女孩子好啱飲🥰

最近想食片皮鴨,就去左尖沙咀嘅羲和雅苑。一入去就俾佢嘅氣氛吸引住,裝修融合咗古典同現代元素,好有文化味道,睇到已經知道呢度啲美食唔簡單。仲有室外嘅位置,可以睇到維港景色!開場嗰隻烤鴨真係打正旗號,視覺同味覺上都係雙重享受。廚師即席片鴨,手勢好利索,片得靚靚仔仔,將鴨胸皮、鴨胸肉同鴨腿肉分開。脆卜卜嘅鴨胸皮唔使包薄餅,淨係沾藍莓醬同爆炸糖,呢個組合好新奇,藍莓醬嘅酸甜解左鴨皮嘅油膩,香脆嘅鴨皮加上跳跳嘅爆炸糖,口感好特別。至於鴨胸肉,就配埋特製嘅黃芥末醬,酸甜恰到好處,食完完全唔會膩。鴨腿肉搭薄餅一齊食,無論係傳統版嘅青瓜京蔥絲甜麵醬,定係新派嘅山楂條、紫洋蔥再加藍莓醬,全部都值得一試。接住上台嗰道係張氏獅子頭配上一口飯,鮮香四溢,肉質鬆軟,d醬好適合撈飯食。跟住啲煙燻叉燒一出場,嗰股煙燻香真係使人食指大動,肥瘦適中。一品賽蟹黃,雖然冇蟹,但啲蛋香撲鼻,口感細膩,蛋白整到好似有蟹肉咁,微酸開胃,真係令人有種驚喜。仲有羲和小肉餅,外皮非常酥脆,用試管裝住醋,自己控制吱入肉餅嘅份量,每咬一啖都係一種享受,配杯桂花烏龍茶,淡雅嘅花香留喺口中,真係回味無窮。最後嗰道黃扒湯浸萵苣為呢餐畫上完美句號。湯底清甜,配埋爽脆嘅萵苣,令人感受到滿足同幸福。

一坐低就送上桂花烏龍茶,散發出一種淡雅清香,茶水桂花香味濃,令人放鬆。佢嘅招牌片皮鴨由師傅現場表演刀功,並且分三個部位:鴨胸皮,可以點爆炸糖加藍莓醬食,甜甜地又脆口;鴨胸肉肉質結實,,配上芥末,微甜微酸,唔會嗆喉;鴨腿肉就用嚟配薄餅,第一種食法:青瓜清新,京葱辛香,油香十足;第二種食法:新奇甜辣,藍莓醬同山楂好夾,洋蔥辛辣,鴨味突出。再叫咗個避風塘炒軟殼蟹,香口脆卜卜,辣味唔會太重、啱啱好,蒜香味濃,軟殼蟹冇腥味,好好食。另外再有個涼菜-- 乾隆白菜,以酸甜為主,脆口,開胃,係幾特別嘅手工菜,唔好以為會好細碟,份量好夠!佢哋嘅小籠包皮薄餡靚,肉汁豐富,一咬落去,肉汁就喺口中爆開,有質素保證。至於咸菜方面,我哋叫咗貝勒爺烤肉,羊肉份量都幾多,孜然香唔會蓋過風頭,脆口唔韌,我好接受到佢嘅羶味添!
