喜歡甜品的我,甜品店當然是我同老公拍拖的好去處,糖痴豆是以前拍拖常去的甜品店。今次同樣地我也是點了我最喜愛的心太軟,老公點了麵包布甸。老公的麵包布甸先上桌,我馬上試了數口,布甸上的麵包焗得香脆,布甸香滑如燉蛋,味道不錯。我的心太軟上桌,朱古力流心蛋糕和雲呢拿雪糕中間有一抺甜忌廉,切開流心蛋糕醮些朱古力漿來吃,蛋糕外脆內軟,朱古力味香濃,非常好吃。 保持水準!值得一讚!

係依頭似樣既甜品鋪都係得佢。所以都唔怕冇客,好多街坊學生都會黎食我都食過好幾次。因為天氣凍想食D熱野就黎左喇見到有個陳皮薑汁燉蛋岩哂心水眼闊肚窄又叫埋個"糖三寶"有心太軟,檸檬批同蘋果金寶同雲呢拿雪糕先黎個陳皮薑汁燉蛋個人覺得薑汁咪都算出,上面個糖霜都夠脆但蛋味唔夠濃同滑,加上唔夠熱。一唔夠熱就冇果種食完暖立立既幸福感水果黎講都算好,有茫果,火龍果,西瓜密瓜菠蘿。比足啦=]糖三寶賣相好好食落就冇諗住有咩驚喜。心太軟都有流心。檸檬批就真係好夠酸,又有我鐘意既曲奇皮。但蘋果金寶就可以更好。蘋果夠林又有肉桂既味但佢用左現成既酥皮我就唔係太欣賞總括黎講都係唔錯既算係有心思既小店但希望有更多創新既甜品同種類次次黎到都係果幾樣既話好快會食厭=]

個人覺得薑汁咪都算出,上面個糖霜都夠脆
但蛋味唔夠濃同滑,
加上唔夠熱。一唔夠熱就冇果種食完暖立立既幸福感
水果黎講都算好,有茫果,火龍果,西瓜密瓜菠蘿。比足啦=]

糖三寶賣相好好
食落就冇諗住有咩驚喜。
心太軟都有流心。檸檬批就真係好夠酸,又有我鐘意既曲奇皮。
但蘋果金寶就可以更好。蘋果夠林又有肉桂既味
但佢用左現成既酥皮我就唔係太欣賞

總括黎講都係唔錯既
算係有心思既小店但希望有更多創新既甜品同種類
次次黎到都係果幾樣既話好快會食厭=]

(請無視標題*)這天晚上狂風搭微雨,我心情極度糟糕,一個人走了20幾分鐘的路,突然看見這家甜品店,於是就走過去了。看了看門外的外賣紙發現雖然它沒有很特別的甜品,但有的都算是經典,於是就抱著吃甜解困的心情進去了~那時店內除了我以外,只有一桌人,頗清靜舒適~招呼我們的店員雖然可能因為那時非繁忙時間,所以閒時就用ipad之類的物體,但客人需要服務時很迅速回應~這次店裡連同甜品師傅有3人,態度都不錯~甜度剛好~如果裡面的朱古力漿再多一點就更好~~很甜,剛好治癒那時的我lol.如果不能吃甜的人就要三思,像我很能吃甜的人可以一試.個人認為那些脆脆的份量可以再多少許~綿花糖如果可以預先切成一半會更細心~到我吃完的時候,店裡已經滿坐了~這是家挺舒服的店,給人挺放鬆的感覺.雖然沒有今次吃的2款沒有特別突出的感覺,但是不錯啊~剛看到很多食評介紹apple crumble,下次去一定要試試!

很甜,剛好治癒那時的我lol.如果不能吃甜的人就要三思,像我很能吃甜的人可以一試.
個人認為那些脆脆的份量可以再多少許~綿花糖如果可以預先切成一半會更細心~

到我吃完的時候,店裡已經滿坐了~

這是家挺舒服的店,給人挺放鬆的感覺.
雖然沒有今次吃的2款沒有特別突出的感覺,但是不錯啊~
剛看到很多食評介紹apple crumble,下次去一定要試試!

天,終於來到最後一科了,真想不到我居然有命捱下去.碰巧這天是晚上考的,所以考完再去吃點好的,就是慶祝自己還活著的最好方法.前天去了枝記吃了幾次,今天晚上就到它旁邊的糖痴豆,吃點甜的作晚餐,興奮一番. 平日好像不太忙碌的它,想不到晚上滿客!小店內坐滿了人,幸運地也擠了進去,不用靠快斷的雙腿站在外面等等等等等天光,好幸運.記得之前也曾推薦過這裡的蘋果金寶,進店時更見到我的食評被打印了出來釘在告示版上呢,哈哈,真感謝店的支持呢!今天晚上本來也想來個金寶的,但看見有個更吸引的店三寶,包括迷你心太軟,蘋果金寶和檸檬撻伴雲尼拿雪糕,都是我愛吃的熱甜品,就要了一客.M則要了客爆棚,這名字可真配合當時店內的情況呢. 等了不一會,兩款甜品先後送上.爆棚材料非常豐富,有多種雜果,涼粉,爆爆珠,三色果,金柚,椰果,芒果椰汁底.最重要的水果都是即叫即切的,味道很新鮮,種類和分量也多得很,最適合(只)愛吃生果的她,因為她可是一點甜也受不了的.配料的質感有的煙韌有的爽口,為這碗本來已不平凡的甜點更加豐富,健康又好吃! 我的店三寶呢,三種都是越熱吃越好的熱甜品,一時間還真令人難決定應該先吃甚麼呢,哈哈.但始終心太軟

但始終心太軟的壽命最短,所以還是先拿它開膛吧-拿叉一切,裡面的朱古力溶液緩緩流出,但不是很流質很牛油那種,而是很矜持的慢速,質地也是偏杰身的,感覺很不錯.

外面的朱古力布甸也是討人喜愛的質感,不會過硬,味道也濃郁,朱古力味香得來也不會一味太甜,味道又沉實,吃得出用料是實在和有質素的-唯獨是那溫度,實在過溫了點,如果是熱騰騰地吃的話,那朱古力香味應該會更豐富.

心滿意足的吃完心太軟,然後就是最最最愛的蘋果金寶了.正常版用曲奇批底,這迷你版用酥皮盒代替.頂部的金寶雖然不是一粒粒crumble而是一大片牛油酥,但香酥味也足,質感也夠乾,收貨有餘.裡面的蘋果餡還是切得那麼大顆,煮得質感爽脆而帶少許軟稔,肉桂味夠重,蘋果味也甜酸適中.最喜歡的是連餡料裡也混入了果仁和牛油酥粒,所以口感就更加豐富了,實在是超好吃的!

但這次酥皮盒就顯得和蘋果餡有點不合了,因為酥皮太輕身,和又重又濕的餡質感絲毫不夾,也承托不住,最終就好像在吃分開的酥皮和餡料,有點可惜呢.添上的雲尼拿汁香味也不太重,又稀身,很容易就流到不知所蹤.倒不如用那雲尼拿雪糕伴著吃-但雲尼拿味很人工,奶味也幾奶粉,如果能夠換上一球哈根大師的雪糕,就算要加錢我也願意!-因為,用劣質雪糕伴如此美味的金寶,實在是太可惜了.

最後碰的檸檬撻小小一個,感覺頗rustic;看似很熟的檸檬餡入口是想不到的輕柔,味道酸中帶甜,不會酸得面容扭曲,實在令人驚喜.但這次很厚身的曲奇批底就顯得過厚過酥了,味道蓋過輕巧的檸檬餡.-當時心想,如果將金寶和檸檬撻的撻底兩者交換,那樣濃淡會否適中,感覺會否對點呢?

但當然身心太疲倦,所以雖然面前的甜品不算很十全十美,我也吃得很滋味.-畢竟,天下間沒有甚麼是比自由的味道,來得甜美的.雖然現在只是小偷步,正式的解脫是兩天之後,但這晚就如黑暗中的第一線曙光,無論多麼微弱,也足以令人興奮.

下次再來,要吃回同樣令人興奮的蘋果金寶-完美,除了那可惱的雪糕-但,如果我說要自携一小杯哈根大師來伴吃,又會不會太寸了點呢?哈哈哈哈哈.

Precisely like what you'd expect these ingredients put together to taste like. Very happy with my dessert - felt healthier than wolfing down a glob of chocolate, cream cheese, fried dough - not that it stopped me from eating copious amounts of the fatty items though...fail.
Anyway. the black tapioca pearls were a bit too chewy for my liking. Perhaps next time you could boil them a tad longer.

The dough was slightly crispy on the outside. The thing was cakey, not biscuity. Not puffy either. Cakey texture, like the exterior of chocolate lava cake. The center was vanilla ice cream, not of very high quality probably from dairy farm haha but nevermind what do you expect. They tasted good together. Although the inner surface of the coating was completely soaked through, it still tasted nice. Plus, hot coating + cold middle creates an interesting sensation in the mouth. Thus, gotta eat it while it's still hot.

Nothing special about the production process - mere assembly, no cooking involved. Next time you could whip up something like this at home in no time. It is what you would expect it to taste like, no surprises. The chocolate walnut fudge wasn't fudgey enough. It was more like a brownie. Even less moist and sticky than a brownie.

This was more like a mousse. It was light and airy - very light cheese? Not my fav kind of cheesecake (i prefer it rich and substantial hahaha) despite the fact that I could taste Bailey. Is 'too light' a legitimate complaint? ^^'''

The tart was nice. Didn't think much of the egg white but it helped cut the sweetness of the lemon custard. The piecrust was quite nice too. But it would not be a crowd pleaser, i don't think.

Conclusion:
Alrighty! If you want something healthy go for mong chi chi. Next time I would go for Sweetie's dessert or mong chi chi (variation). I want to eat healthier.

This place is about 5 minutes on foot from HKU and an ideal place for a quick lunch provided you don't run into the lunch crowd (SSGC, Kings...). So I suggest you get there before 1245pm. The bun was soft and semi-sweet. Chicken was normal - a nicely browned chicken chop. It isn't chicken breast I think. Some mayo and cucumbers and shredded lettuce lined the bun. All in all a good quickie. Slightly peppery.

Again, the normal hot dog bun and the average wiener. Very average, actually. But that's what cheap hot dogs are meant to be!
The melted cheese on top added a nice chewiness to the hot dog and the wiener was a bit hot.

It was nice then; that after a simple lunch you get to complete the meal with one of Sweeties' specialties.

C and I shared everything. Again, this one was the standard stuff. There isn't much I need to say. You'll taste what you expect.

Hm...had high expectations on this one. Sadly it wasn't quite what I expected - the cake was too floury. But the molten (or uncooked) chocolate inside was quite yummy, though not hot enough I don't know why. Vanilla ice cream of course married this chocolate instantly, but the ice cream wasn't creamy enough - definitely not Movenpick! Oh well, not that it really reduced the value of this dish significantly because when I eat everything together, lava + cake + ice cream, a gratifying satiety washes over me and who cares about where the ice cream's from?


Conclusion:
Would definitely come back because there aren't many choices around HKU. I like this little parlour, service is good, cosy, sweet.

到了糖痴豆,雖然很想吃令人懷念的apple crumble,但是日quota已用得差不多,所以只好作罷;左看右看,便要了個較輕怡的滑嘟嘟,即是芒果、芒果雪糕、芒果布甸、椰汁河粉皮、芒果椰汁。一碗黃白色的東西很快端上來,芒果汁底幾杰和甜,但可能有點碎冰會更好;西米比外面用的大粒和有咬口;河粉條卻不滑也不薄,有點像椰汁條多於河粉;而芒果雪糕只是普通牛奶公司貨色,味道假假的,下面的芒果布甸仔反而是整個滑嘟嘟最滑的部份,味道也很濃新鮮芒果味。不過因為芒果汁和肉都很飽肚,所以我也吃不完雪糕和布甸。這個滑嘟嘟雖然味道不錯,但未能令我上癮-下次再來,我會想再吃一次apple crumble,始終它有一種會令人上癮的魔力。

到了糖痴豆,雖然很想吃令人懷念的apple crumble,但是日quota已用得差不多,所以只好作罷
;左看右看,便要了個較輕怡的滑嘟嘟,即是芒果、芒果雪糕、芒果布甸、椰汁河粉皮、芒果椰汁。


一碗黃白色的東西很快端上來,芒果汁底幾杰和甜,但可能有點碎冰會更好;西米比外面用的大粒和有咬口;河粉條卻不滑也不薄,有點像椰汁條多於河粉;而芒果雪糕只是普通牛奶公司貨色,味道假假的,下面的芒果布甸仔反而是整個滑嘟嘟最滑的部份,味道也很濃新鮮芒果味。


不過因為芒果汁和肉都很飽肚,所以我也吃不完雪糕和布甸。


這個滑嘟嘟雖然味道不錯,但未能令我上癮-下次再來,我會想再吃一次apple crumble,始終它有一種會令人上癮的魔力。

Came here after a delightful dinner at Lian. Not wanting to wait for the freshly assembled western desserts, we opted for a Mango Lover ($30) (fresh mango, mango ice cream, black tapioca pearls, nata de coco, mango puree, and 'popping sago') and a Chinese sweet Beansheet soup (fu jook tong shui) ($20)which had egg white, barley (lots) and ginko nuts. Both of these desserts are 'Chinese' style desserts. They were quite large in portion and we couldn't finish either of them. My fu jook tong shui was plentiful in egg white and barley and thus very filling, but too sweet. It became sickly sweet half way through and so I couldn't finish it.

The mango lover on the other hand was pretty good. There was these innocent looking sago, but when you bit into them, they 'popped' and made a cracking noise in your mouth which we thought were swell =) I did ask what they were called but the waiter told me it was nata de coco, something I am sure these were not. Would recommend to order this just for the (newly named by me) 'popping sago'.

Other patrons around us also ordered the fu jook tong shui and the many other western desserts available here. We vowed to return for the deep fried ice cream and apple crumble!

i had to wait for at least 15 minutes for it because it was freshly baked. sitting next to the open kitchen and witnessing bowls and bowls of cold desserts being made and served to other tables, i had to say that the 15 minutes-wait was more torturing than ever!
while the apple crumble finally came, the aroma smelt so nice and i did not hesitate to take a spoonful to try. the crumbs on top of the spiced apple cubes were crispy and added variety to its texture, which blended well with the apple flesh, baked until a little soft on the edge; there were also nuts and raisins within the fillings, but it was not too sweet on a whole. the 'cookie' pastry was nicely baked-matter of fact i thought it was better than that from 'tai cheung'!
it was excellent, and i could not stop eating. the fruits were freshly cut and were no doubt more healthy than a scoop of vanilla ice cream!

to conclude-the apple crumble was excellent, and i would go again

My friends and I decided to choose 3 desserts in total. So, we chose Mon Chi Chi( 芒痴痴in chinese), Bread pudding and Chocolate Souffle. Mon Chi Chi came first. It looked good but tasted fair with the grains. I personally reckoned the dessert came as a mismatch between the other stuff with the grains. I was a bit disappointed with that. Bread pudding and Chocolate Souffle took a bit longer but I was genuinely satisfied with them, the bread pudding in particular. The bread pudding was hot and taste

Mon Chi Chi came first. It looked good but tasted fair with the grains. I personally reckoned the dessert came as a mismatch between the other stuff with the grains. I was a bit disappointed with that.

Bread pudding and Chocolate Souffle took a bit longer but I was genuinely satisfied with them, the bread pudding in particular. The bread pudding was hot and tasted not too dry But it would be better if the baked toast pieces were sliced smaller so to make them look more attractive. Chocolate Souffle looked extremely mesmerising and tasted perfect and the chocolate core couldn't stoping coming out! I loved it!

Looks good but tastes just fair.

我諗今晚應該都係僅僅第3/4次o黎左右頭1/2次叫生果類甜品我有點兒失望之後1/2次,包括今晚,叫焗o野就唔錯食o左兩樣,心太軟&朱古力千層青檸雪芭心太軟我覺得個皮厚o左少少,但係女朋友都幾鍾意,價錢又相宜,不俗的選擇後者果個千層其實我覺得麻麻,不過朱古力醬幾好,但係重點都係青檸雪芭,好好味,唔知有無得單叫呢?今晚都成11點3鬆少少先去到,差少少唔做我地生意但係唔知係唔係因為咁,店內有一小女孩望住我同女朋友仔o既眼神好兇狠丫>.<"好驚...下次都係早點去...
