A Michelin awarded resturant for Chinese Pan-fried Pork Buns in Tsim Sha Tsui. I have always been a Chinese food lover, especially Shanghai food, however, it is very hard to cook it well, this restaurant makes the buns juicy but not too oily. What I impressed most is it is freshly served, when I take it from the shoper's hands, the buns are still hot. As the shopers make it when you order it, there is usually a long queue waiting for the buns.
