肚裏滿滿,腦袋空空。前菜鮮有的新鮮炸腰果、開胃蕎頭,為容易飽濟的中式點心準備消食健胃。(1) 傳統鮮蝦餃外皮爽韌不黏牙,原隻蝦仁沒有過份切碎而保留口感,亦充滿鮮味,啖啖肉汁。(2) 香菇蒸燒賣名列個人排行榜第一位。但竟然遺漏了⋯⋯果然吃不到的美好是最悲傷的事。(3) 雪山叉燒包餡料份量恰到好處,加上表面雪山糖霜,整體鬆軟亦富有口感。(4) 蝦多士沾上蜜桃沙律是畫龍點睛之筆,瞬間將炸物變成咸甜小吃,帶點小清新。(5) 蜜汁脆蟮蟮真的脆,腩位細骨不算太多。但蜜汁收汁可以更好,令脆蟮更加焦香惹人。(6) 春風得意腸(7) 健怡海鮮泡飯每種配料切成到丁粒,入口絕無違和感。胡椒的香氣在熱氣氤氳中映出米粒的豐沛。份量有3-4碗。(8) 極上叉燒皇厚實大塊,內部軟嫩。雖然叉燒醬焦糖化不足,但保留叉燒的柔軟。(9) 脆皮燒腩仔位置偏肥。(10)金絲脆麻花(11) 生磨杏仁茶甘甜若泉,杏香四溢。(12) 蓮蓉西米焗布甸中餐用畢通常非常有飽濟感,但蓮蓉甜度比例剛好,只為嘴饞的人帶來一點甜,意猶未盡。查看更多

Visited here with my colleagues for welcome lunch. .We shared the following dishes: Highly Recommend-Honey Glazed Barbecued Pork in Thick Slice (HKD298)Well-marinated in honey sauce, the pork was super meaty. -Roasted Pork Belly (HKD198)Its skin was crispy, and the pork belly had a perfect ratio of meat and fat. -Steamed Shrimp Dumpling (HKD18)Fresh and fulfilling shrimp, creating a mouthful combination with the thin skin.-Deep-fried Minced Shrimp on Toast (HKD28)Crunchy and hotly-served.-Fried Fresh Milk & Egg White with Crab Meat (HKD238)Rich and milky, yet not heavy at all. -Whole Roasted Duck in Pipa-Style (HKD538)Tender and flavourful duck with crispy skin. -Stir-fried Rice Noodles with Beef (HKD218)The dish smelled so good and had great wok hei. They didn't use any bean sprouts, but it still tasted nice. Went to this Chinese resto recommended by my friend for the dinner gathering with my secondary school econ teacher before her retirement. .We ordered the following dishes to share:-Marinated Platter (Sliced Beef Shank, Pork Knuckle and Jelly Fish)The Sliced Beef Shank and Pork Knuckle were evenly sliced with a balanced ratio of fat and meat. The Jelly Fish had an aromatic sesame oil flavour. -Deep-fried Minced Shrimp on ToastThe fresh shrimp paired well with the crunchy deep-fried toast. It was not greasy at all. -Peedan Eggs with Sliced GingerThe Peedan Eggs had a runny yolk, complemented by sliced ginger which reduced their pungency, making them enjoyable. -Whole Roasted Duck in Pipa-styleThe duck was well-seasoned with a pretty red skin which was crispy. Its flesh was incredibly tender and meaty. -Boneless Sweet and Sour PorkNot particularly memorable compared to other dishes. -Sautéed Minced Pigeon Served with LettuceThe combination of minced pigeon and lettuce helped reduce the greasiness of the meat. -Baked Rice with Minced Beef in Tomato Sauce The baked rice was served piping hot and the tomato sauce was overwhelming. .We were able to dine in a more hidden area, allowing us to converse and catch up with each other more easily in a quieter environment.查看更多

事緣之前在點心專門店吃了不好食的點心,對於美味點心的渴求即時大漲,決定再到益新飲茶。熱辣辣的蝦餃和燒賣非常滋味,無需巧立名目,傳統正宗的就是最好!鳳爪沒有雪味,十分軟嫩。春風得意腸的腸粉滑溜極致,蝦春卷還食到顆顆蝦肉!煎釀尖椒的魚肉豐腴,可惜尖椒稍微煎得未夠透,略為失準。椒鹽廣島蠔就出色得多,隻隻肥大飽滿,蠔味甚為突出,蘸少許椒鹽或豉油,一級棒!肉絲炒麵份量超足,脆麵底恰到好處,不會炸過了頭。肉絲和韮王是海量的,肉多過麵,要找麵吃!和著的汁是麵和肉的橋樑,濃杰適中,完全無得輸!不能不提的是店員的服務又快又好,值得一讚!查看更多

老公放假,想食琵琶鴨,一定去灣仔新益,舊舖是在銅鑼灣,當年拍拖已幫襯,仍然記得當年是一班老伙記。下午一時多到達,因即興沒有訂位,幸好還有一張枱, 開了普洱茶,一如以往那麼順滑。 兩個人點菜不能吃下太多,叫了半隻琵琶鴨皮脆肉嫩,梅菜包味道可口,包是不會黏口的,斑片粥真的超好食,很多斑片,粥底綿滑很香米味,三寶腸粉可吃齊叉燒蝦及牛肉三款,個最後來個甜品芝麻卷及馬豆糕。工作人員態度很好,很細心,是一頓愉快的午餐查看更多

To welcome my bro back to HK, my friend's parents and my family went to this yummy Chinese resto recommended by them. .Her parents suggested the following dishes:-Jelly Fish Mixed with Sesame Oil The jelly fish was chewy and carried an intense sesame oil aroma. -Fried Fresh Milk and Egg White with Crab MeatThe silky and fresh crab meat paired well with the fresh milk and egg white, creating a savoury combination that included mushrooms. -Stewed Sliced Garoupa with Bean Curd Sheet and Bitter Melon The garoupa had a slightly sweet taste, which contrasted interestingly with the bitterness of the bitter melon. -Poached Sliced Yak Beef with Ginger and Onion with Chinese Lettuce The beef was tender and served with generous amount. It elevated the flavour of the Chinese lettuce. -Sweet and Sour Pork A colourful dish with green, yellow, red peppers and pineapple. Its orange appearance added to its attractiveness. -Roasted Duck in Country-Style With fungus and preserved vegetables at the bottom, the roasted duck was substantial and extremely succulent, which provided enjoyment with each bite. -Split Pea Coconut Pudding Fragrant pudding with slightly hard split peas. -Red Bean Paste Cake The dessert was served piping hot, and its red paste filling had the right level of sweetness. .The staff was attentive and polite. 近來經常過海,灣仔更是往日工作之地,因此若情況許可也會在附近找過往有好感的食肆用膳。以往經常滿座的情況似乎有所改變 ,以現時的市況大概也是如此。蝦餃皮厚薄適中兼帶靭性,可惜調味過於重手掩蓋了蝦的鮮味。鮮魷如同蝦餃,「師傅」下得有點重手,令味道千篇一律。灌湯餃的皮與記憶中的稍為不同,傳統的黃皮變了白麪皮,少了韌性但比較柔軟。從相片可知,餃內沒有灌入滿滿湯汁,反而跟印像中的傳統灌湯餃十分相似。雪山叉燒包上枱時大概是新鮮出爐,因此十分鬆軟,叉燒餡鹹甜適中,只是略嫌有點小貴。三寶腸是牛肉、叉燒及鮮蝦。一碟腸粉有三種不同配料十分划算,而且三種食材都嚐出各自的本味,腸粉也拉得柔軟是本次午茶的最佳點心。查看更多

今天特別想請2位日本朋友吃經典廣東菜, 所以去灣仔益新美食館,不止名不虛傳, 而且物有所值。 首先, 素雞和窩荀絲拼海蜇, 本來沒太太想法。 喜出望外, -試已非常驚喜和清新。 很驚喜有「百花釀蟹鉗」, 比飲喜酒時五星酒店的還美味。 另外咸魚蒸肉餅, 送飯首選。 鹽焗雞肉嫩又美味,在市面上很難見到。 最驚喜陳皮蓮子紅豆, 陳皮味簡值是一絕!食材和用料基本上都是很好,怪不得出品那麼優秀。 服務也非常到位, 感恩!雖然裝修已有一段日子, 但也不影響體驗。 查看更多

每次去益新, 主角也是琵琶鴨, 當琵琶鴨售罄之後, 反而能夠感受到其他撚手小菜的水準, 這裏的西檸雞, 應該是水準最高的其中一家. 炸脆了的雞件很有肉汁, 沒有油膉味, 靈魂的西檸醬汁, 有自然的果酸味, 然後帶有點甘味, 再來就是蜜糖的甜, 三種味道互相配合, 除了中和本身炸雞的油膩, 也能帶出其肉香, 相當有水準, 也是之前常常被遺忘的.蝦多士依然是如此公整的做法, 叉燒有燶邊, 有焦香, 半肥瘦的肉質也令其口感均勻. 當然芝麻卷和焗西米布甸也是越來越少地方吃得到, 珍惜這些傳統香港的菜式和食肆, 這比較什麼活動說好香港故事, 更能改善飲食業的生意.查看更多

上一個虎年路過,吃了一頓愜意的晚飯,正宗美味的蟹黃伊麵至今難忘。今天專程來吃午餐,友人叫了半隻片皮鴨,三件蒸餃,油菜,焗西米布甸和每人一份的灌湯餃。片皮鴨是皮脆的,肉不靱,但也不特別好味,太明白何以是招牌菜。蒸餃也不差,但也是吃完沒特別印象。灌湯餃送來是沒湯的,我知道可能是湯藏在餃內,讓食客自己破開餃皮,令湯流出,想起已覺得滋味了。事實是,祇是我太喜歡想像,開始乾的餃皮,裡面是沒湯的,餡微濕,吃得出淡淡的蟹肉味,但沒湯的灌湯餃,實在不可思議,是味兒。店員後來說餃放久了,湯索回餡料內,着實,我完全明白他的解釋,因為我們已沒待慢這奇特的灌湯餃,是立刻吃的,湯依然失踪。最ok 是油菜,不油,嫩綠,件頭合理,每人有四條菜。焗西米布甸,每人兩啖,可能太少吃不出味道,對我來說,鳳城好味太多了。這餐每人$280。這個價錢,這種質素,必再來。查看更多

早兩日放假,經過灣仔,被益新美食館的外觀吸引,從它的外觀睇得出是一間歷史悠久的老字號,估計應該係食懷舊菜的菜館。門外有點心紙,馬上就睇下啱唔啱食,竟然有魚腸食,當然午市係無魚腸,外面真是好少地方有焗魚腸。我和朋友叫左幾個經典和必食的點心。點心前,有腰果作為小食,好大粒的腰果,好脆。古法灌湯餃一我忘記了影相,有別於其他地方的灌湯餃,刺穿了皮,湯流出來了,睇唔出皮好薄,裏面有好多餡料,完全考驗廚師的工夫,掛住跟朋友傾計, 放涼左食,無咁好食,一定要趁熱食。珍菌松露餃一我又忘記了影相,濃郁的松露味,裏面是切粒的菇和翠玉瓜,為呢個餃帶了一份清新,我好喜歡呢個餃,適合素食者。查看更多

今日路經湾仔,正值午飯時候,决定到這老牌粤菜美食館探店,典雅堂座區,有廣東酒家氣氛侍應殷勤推介點心及琵琶鸭😃在午市菜單中點了:鮮蝦餃香菇蒸燒賣煎釀虎皮椒馳名琵琶鴨點心先上,蝦餃皮薄餡靚, 餡料夠乾身不油膩, 蝦肉爽口彈牙,水準出品😋香菇蒸燒賣,肉質爽滑,香菇份量增加一下口感應該更理想,總體亦收貨😋煎釀虎皮椒,如果用蝦膠取代魚滑作餡料會更高格調, 虎皮椒脆口😋馳名琵琶鴨,最少要半隻,皮脆肉嫩, 略帶炭香味,半隻好處有骨有肉,單食琵琶鴨已滿足😋查看更多

WARNING! Horrible services! My wife was treated disrespectfully while ordering food to go. Food is not cheap, we wasted about $600 there. Once she mentioned she wanted to order to go, the manager just walked away with a dirty look, and pointed another person to take the order. Then that person (could be the assistant manager) took my wife’s order with very bad attitude, and kept saying wrong information about their menu. Then the GM kept yelling from the back to the staffs to tell my wife that it will be a long wait but my wife was there and could hear everything he said. He just wanted to humiliate my wife in front of his staffs. How could a manger disrespect a customer like that? This is not acceptable, bad behavior and bad leadership! Horrible restaurant!查看更多

適逢家中有長輩生日,表姐就揀咗歷史悠久嘅“益新美食館”同長輩賀壽!我都係第一次試“益新”,大部份都好食,有驚喜值得一試鴻運乳豬全體🐷乳豬皮口感酥脆厚薄適中,乳豬肉夠廋肉質鮮味,大家都好快清哂影唔切相😅百花釀帶子🌸裏面有原粒帶子,配上醬汁鮮味可口,想食多粒都無荔茸香酥鴨🦆酥脆可口,一定要點上特製醬汁先好味!肘子片竹絲雞燉津白湯🍲津白入口即溶,竹絲雞口感嫩滑,金華火腿令整個湯鮮甜美味清蒸東星斑🐟魚嘅肉質剛剛好,蒸嘅時間控制得好蠔皇金錢扣鵝掌👋冬菇淹得夠入味,醬汁偏咸,我唔食鵝掌評論唔到😆鴻運脆皮鴛鴦雞🐔肉質剛好不老炸雲吞點醬好食,蝦肉充足!竹笙杞子浸雙寶蔬🥬竹笙入味夠厚實,杞子明目夠健康!蝦籽長壽伊麵🥢味道偏淡,但質感爽口,加咗少少蠔皇汁係唔錯嘅!皇母祝壽蟠桃🍑大蟠桃係空心嘅,但賣相不錯!陳皮紅豆沙湯圓🍡紅豆沙偏淡,但黑芝麻湯圓好食!黑芝麻菲林卷🎞味道適中總括而言:《益新美食館》是很不錯的!很適合一家人大伙兒嚟食晚飯,希望親戚們下次都提議返食《益新》查看更多

適逢假日,前赴買玩前先到益新食晏填肚是也。已經很久未有到益新飲茶,未知水準是否如前。剔點心紙時方發現可以逐件點,確實為想食得多選擇的食客帶來了方便。點心皆維持水準,不論是蝦餃、春卷、灌湯餃、虎皮釀尖椒或叉燒腸都十分好食;而當中最佳的要數灌湯餃以及叉燒腸,前者餃皮夠薄夠滑,餡料豐富,湯汁和得剛剛好,後者是因為叉燒非常可口,甜度恰好,透出豬肉的肉味。惟蒜蓉蒸魷魚就稍有不及,魷魚是軟的,無奈蒜蓉不夠香。小菜蝦籽柚皮炆扣得相當入味,芡汁烯杰度適宜。至於星洲炒米向為小人所愛,今次亦沒有例外,米粉炒得條條分明,毫不油膩。大大隻的蝦仁又爽又有份量,極之和味!一如既往的美味!查看更多
