這家餐廳的脆皮豬手絕對是我近期吃過最驚豔的招牌菜!整隻豬手烤得金黃油亮,外皮如玻璃般透著誘人的光澤,刀叉輕觸就能聽到「咔嗞」的清脆聲響。外皮金黃酥脆,咬下去「咔嗞」作響,內裡肉質軟嫩多汁,肥瘦比例恰到好處。秘製香料滲透每一絲纖維,搭配微酸的芥末醬和酸菜更顯層次。最厲害的是火候掌控精準,連骨邊的膠質都脆到嘎吱作響,卻完全不膩。份量也讓人滿足,為此我已經多次回訪。若硬要挑缺點,大概就是太受歡迎,晚餐時段常需耐心等候。從酥脆度、調味到肉質,它幾乎無可挑剔,堪稱脆皮豬手的巔峰之作!強烈建議搭配一杯冰涼啤酒,爽快感直接翻倍,大推!

呢間餐廳嘅燒春雞同鹹豬手真係唔錯!燒春雞擺盤靚,雞皮金黃脆口,咬落去好有層次感,肉質鮮嫩多汁,味道正宗,令人一試成主顧。特別係佢哋嘅醬汁,唔會過咸,啖啖都可以感受到香料嘅味道。鹹豬手方面,肉質軟滑,鹹香入味,咬一口真係好滿足,仲有一啲微微嘅甜味,平衡得幾好,令整體口感更上一層樓。總括來講,燒春雞同鹹豬手絕對值得一試,無論係味道定擺盤,都能夠俾人一個愉快嘅用餐體驗,下一次一定會再返嚟同埋推薦比朋友,好啱同朋友聚餐嗰陣買番去share!

見到menu上面嘅燒春雞好高質就嗌咗嚟試,攞上手熱辣辣😆燒春雞好正好好食,雞肉表面嘅金黃色勁靚勁吸引🤩,外皮脆口,完全冇油膩感。雞肉肉質鮮嫩,淋上少少檸檬汁,成個感覺好fresh好好味🤤,令成個味道更具層次感,酸酸甜甜,都好解膩!😍另外佢哋嘅擺盤都好靚,質素好高,平價都食到咁正嘅燒春雞😋服務態度都好好,新舖要支持下~大角咀附近都好多又平又高汁嘅野食,下次想試下佢哋嘅意粉同其他小食,嚟大角咀一定要試呢間燒春雞!

最近試咗呢間餐廳嘅鹹豬手同埋燒春雞,整體體驗同埋味道口感非常不錯,想同大家分享一下!😚😚鹹豬手嘅外皮焗到金黄酥脆,咬落去即刻有啲清脆嘅聲音,真系feel到佢好卜卜脆,忍唔住食多幾啖,啲外皮都整得好脆好香。而入面豬肉嘅肉質非常嫩滑,油脂都唔會太多太油,唔會覺得油膩,我覺得啱啱好,同埋佢入面仲有少少煙燻味,令到成個味道都提升左,而且味道都唔會太咸,真系好正好正,好想食完一隻又一隻🤣個燒春雞同樣讓人印象深刻呀!雞嘅表皮酥脆,內裡又可以保持住多汁的口感,而啲雞肉都非常之滑,同埋啲香料味我覺得好特別,之前都冇乜喺其他餐廳食過呢隻味,系一次幾特別同埋好嘅體驗!食每一啖肉都充滿驚喜!而且咁嘅價錢食到咁嘅質素真系好少有,呢度絕對值得一試!真系好正一定會去再食😋😋

Read from others' comments about this small take-away shop. The location was previously occupied by a Taiwanese marinated food shop, which was also great. Sad that it has gone. Anyway, Chef Daniel's Kitchen is equally, if not better, good.I dropped by at about 17:30 on 22 April 2025. The shop is a small take-away shop without any seating. I was hesitated as to whether I should get a full dinner pork knuckle or go for a tea set. The time was rather embarrassing since the time is good for afternoon tea or an early dinner. The young gentleman, I think he should be the shopower, was kind enough to told me that I could pick the same from afternoon menu since the price was much cheaper. I followed his advice and ordered a half portion of roasted boneless pork knuckle with chips. I must stress that Chef Daniel's provided chips, not fries. I did not order any drink. Therefore, forgive me that I am not sure how much would be added for drinks.The set was ready in about 15 minutes. It took another 15 minutes before I returned home to enjoy the pork knuckles. The boneless roasted pork knuckle, though it was "half portion", looked like a full but smaller knuckle to me. It was still hot with crispy skin. The knuckle was cut into smaller slices and the meat was of tender texture. It could be roasted but I think it was deep fried for reheating.The chips remained hot and crispy. I asked for honey mustard sauce, which was to my liking. I think one could ask for two other addressing as well but I have forgotten what they are already. I just focused on honey mustard. I can only said, the overall experience is more than satisfactory. After all, one could get a hot, crispy pork knuckle of a reasonable size with equally hot crispy chips at HK$58. What else one could ask for?This is definitely a place that worth revisiting.
