半露天居酒屋 3位經驗師傅主理
以日本清酒聖地命名,集正宗爐端燒、博多串燒及和食等。由多位擅長各領域師傅主理,如精於燒鳥串燒的下田師傅。另外,對和食、天婦羅皆擁精湛技巧的何偉亮師傅,以傳統日料基礎孜孜不怠開發創新食譜,並曾於日本舉辦的世界和食挑戰賽榮獲香港站冠軍,值得來店一嚐即製高級天婦羅。

下地敦師傅則以20年日本及香港廚藝經驗,融匯關東煮、釜飯、串燒手藝,並以僅90秒迅速升溫至850度的日本燒烤爐,將日本雞種如森林雞、阿波尾雞及薩摩地雞入饌爐端燒料理。同時依博多串燒傳統,以北海道夢之大地豚肉結合宮崎玻璃西生菜,創作必食「生菜豚肉卷」。

全港首創「背脂雞鹽拉麵」更是焦點,特以岡山縣森林雞熬製清澈富鹽香湯頭,並綴以煙燻豬背脂增加香氣;加上彈牙博多拉麵及慢煮1小時厚切雞叉燒,清爽不油膩。店內提供日本啤酒、清酒、Highball等。平日午餐性價比高,按季節食材定期轉換。

灣仔船街真係雲集左好多唔同國家既美食,今日去左呢間日式居酒屋「灘五郷」享用晚餐Yebisu Draught 惠比壽啤酒係我眾多日本啤酒入面最愛,香醇好飲自家製月見日本免治雞肉棒雞肉棒有雞肉 & 雞軟骨,燒完都仲好juicy,蘸埋醬汁+蛋黃更加好味刺身五種盛有吞拿魚赤身、拖羅、牡丹蝦、油甘魚腩 & 海膽,魚同蝦刺身都新鮮,但海膽真係搞唔掂,都幾臭唔新鮮,成個口腔都係個陣臭味🤢自家製煙燻豚肉沙律薯仔攪埋煙燻豚肉、香草、黑椒等等既材料,個煙燻味好香,將一款日式經典既沙律變得不一樣燒雞泡魚乾甜甜咸咸既雞泡魚乾,送酒岩晒八爪魚蔥頭沙律有牛油果、八爪魚、海葡萄、車厘茄,整個味道都好清新明太子玉子燒玉子燒入面有明太子,蛋香加上明太子既咸香,又夾又好味牛舌芯勁厚切既牛舌搽上醬汁再燒,牛舌又嫩又彈牙大蔥雞肉串雞肉又嫩又香,燒完既大蔥好清甜,本身唔食蔥既我都覺得好好味燒雞腿肉以爐端燒既方式燒既雞腿肉,雞皮好脆,而肉質亦能保持嫩滑,配以唔同調味料一齊食都會有唔同味道餐廳係半開放式,星期六晚都非常旺場,見師傅都不停密密燒無停過手,串燒 & 爐端燒都燒得好好,唯獨是個海膽真係唔新鮮,價錢都唔平,不過整餐既體驗都相當唔錯,係一個好岩同朋友過黎飲返杯食d串燒既好地方 繼續閱讀

Last weekend, we decided to treat ourselves to the amazing $588 brunch for two at Nadagogo  , and it was the perfect family outing with JAne! 🥰We started our meal with the Homemade Smoked Pork Potato Salad, which was a delightful combination of creamy potatoes and smoky flavors. Jane loved picking at the colorful ingredients and enjoyed the taste!For appetizers, we indulged in four delicious options. First, the Eel Omelette was incredibly fluffy and rich, making it a hit at our table. The Smoked Pork Liver with Sesame Sauce offered a unique flavor that surprised us all. We also tried the Marinated Squid, which was full of flavor and had a great texture, and the Spicy Cod Roe Sausage, a fun dish that our child surprisingly enjoyed!Next up was the star of the show: the Tempura Platter! This featured crispy shrimp, seasonal fish, and the chef even added delicious mushrooms, enhancing the crunch and flavor. It was a hit with everyone! 🍤For sushi, we chose the California Roll and the Spicy Tuna Roll. Both rolls were beautifully presented and packed with flavor, and our little foodie had a blast trying them!For our mains, we opted for the Dried Fish and Dried Squid. The dried fish was savory and satisfying, while the dried squid added a unique touch to our meal.We also enjoyed some skewers, including the Homemade Chicken Meatball Skewers, which were juicy and flavorful, and the Mentaiko Pork Roll, a delicious twist that everyone loved!Finally, we couldn’t resist the fried dishes. 最近去咗位於灣仔船街嘅特式居酒屋,環境好有feel😍 餐廳外牆掛滿昭和風燈籠,配埋木質幕簾,一入門就好似穿越咗去日本街頭咁,氣氛一流👍🏻我哋嗌咗兩個定,每個定食都已經跟咗蒸蛋、前菜同埋麵豉湯🥰🍣 灘五郎季節刺身丼定食($268)丼飯鋪滿刺身,有吞拿魚蓉、牡丹蝦、大拖羅、赤身、海膽、三文魚子等等,材料相當豐富,而且樣樣食材都好新鮮👍🏻 我自己就最鍾意吞拿魚蓉夠香滑,大拖羅油脂豐富❤️🐟 蒲燒鰻魚丼定食($288)鰻魚即叫即燒,烤得香口,醬汁甜鹹適中,配白飯一流😍 肉質厚實又嫩滑,啖啖都係滿足感🥰佢哋嘅爐端燒同埋串燒仲係由日本師傅主理㗎,下次真係一定要再試吓🫶🏻 繼續閱讀

早兩日出去灣仔整啲野,所以就約咗喺附近返工嘅家姐食午餐💗我地去咗位於船街嘅半露天日本居酒屋-灘五郷☺️餐廳門面掛滿咗日本特色燈籠🏮充滿日式風情❣️午餐有16款定食選擇,每款仲有前菜,漬物,蒸蛋同麵豉湯🥰✨蒲燒鰻魚丼定食鰻魚以爐端燒製作,肉厚肥美,外皮燒得微脆,肉質軟嫩,加上香甜嘅醬汁,十分滋味😋✨灘五郷季節刺身丼定食師傅會用當日新鮮食材做刺身丼,賣相精緻,有吞拿魚蓉,牡丹蝦、大拖羅、赤身、海膽、三文魚子等刺身每款都厚身同新鮮❤️ 繼續閱讀
