今天第一次來這餐廳，由於是晚上時間，看不到窗外美景。味道尚算可口，座位寬敞，乾淨企理，服務員態度良好。價錢其實是貴的，但作為一間新開貴價酒店，什麼都昂貴是正常吧！我們點了一個家庭拼盤，供4位用，有沙嗲串、咖哩角、咖哩牛腩配酥餅、海南雞飯，全部想嚐試的通通有齊，賣相精美星洲蘿蔔糕，有點辣，蘿蔔糕煎得不夠香脆，賣相差少少 如有機會必定再來品嚐其他美食，欣賞美景

食物串燒->沙嗲醬太甜，串燒好普通招牌海南雞飯->份雞細到一個點，無雞味。雞湯有椰菜，只一碗椰菜湯喇沙賴粉->個湯底好薄。碗粉熱到無煙出，食食下覺得碗粉降溫好快兩杯薏米水買單770/2人  都唔知食左D咩環境樓底好底，好困住D聲樓面衛生一般，枱底地上有食物碎屑貴在景色，但食物質素真的不行

Coming to The Fullerton Ocean Park for a staycation, we come to this Singaporean restaurant for lunch before heading out to the park. 來過幾次，覺得食物和服務一般，但環境很好，所以再來，可惜今次直情係差勁。海南雞飯要雞飯，雞很少，感覺只是有半隻雞肶，飯有D硬。唔好食嘅海南雞飯係好少見。最離譜係肉骨茶，啲肉係硬嘅，同個侍應講，佢只係哦咗一聲，連同廚房講都冇，根本唔想客人再回頭。炒貴刁同蝦麵，就普通。沙爹和炒芥蘭就正常。紅豆刨冰沒什麼特別，但價錢超過$130，亦很驚人。隨便一餐飯麵，4人超過$1300，除了環境清幽和海景，實在沒有價值可言。

食物質素超級之差，價錢$68 拉茶居件事三合一開粉的質數。蝦麵完全不正宗，絕對不會推介晚飯時間仍然有大部份空位，價錢完全不合理。侍應生服務態度可以，但是食物質素實在大失所望

The dining room and views are amazing and set up our expectations for the food. Turnip cake was lukewarm and when we advised the staff they helped us microwave it. The mee goreng came out like pasta soup but we were advised that is their authentic style. The hainan chicken lacked flavour and was a bit boring. 1️⃣1️⃣雙11優惠入住酒店包沙嗲軒晚餐，餐廳裝潢清雅漂亮，無論桌上的花瓶，吊燈支架、牆燈，都是以漂亮的翡翠綠呈現，讓人有舒適的感覺🔰肉骨茶(黑湯)，肉質軟淋，湯味濃🔰沙嗲雞肉及豬肉，兩者的味道都一般，且肉質乾🔰焗胡椒蝦，爽口惹味，不錯🔰招牌海南雞飯，雞件皮滑肉嫩🔰蘿蔔糕，味道正常，但不熱🔰椰汁西米布甸，椰汁香滑，西米糕好吃餐廳安排入住客人坐在一邊是沙發，一邊是餐椅的位置，2人一枱，枱的面積較細

服務質數，食品質量均不如街外一般餐廳但收酒店價錢完全名不副實，去staycation 預左會係酒店用錢無所謂，但食物及服務不及一間普通餐廳不能接受,全間餐廳只有靚景如需打卡可到此一遊

點了黑椒蟹，海南雞飯，蘿蔔糕。用餐不愉快也不想拍照了。服務：酒店餐廳來說，服務並不好。不是態度差，但不友善。食物：海南雞是凍的，不是室温，吃得出是冰箱拿出來放暖的，不知有多新鮮。份量少，有差不多半份是由一隻雞中翼斬出來的，還要有很粗的毛，「好唔開胃」。油飯不錯。問題是二百多元吃一隻雞中翼加少少雞肉，雞全翼也比他多一個雞尖。「你可以收貴啲，但係都要比嘢人食先得㗎！」餐廳吃蟹也預了貴，但六百蚊吃兩個蟹鉗就...其他部位也就只有殼。這樣就千二蚊。上菜次序看得出不是點單就做，後來坐下的很快就上湯麵等食物，因為先坐下的一枱也點了同樣菜式。我們的蘿蔔糕等得久，原來和下一枱一起上。這不是酒店餐廳的作風，茶餐廳嗎？

上次去完「玉」食晚飯，感覺非常良好，於是就想試埋旁邊嘅「沙嗲軒」。估唔到訂週末的話要成個半月後先有枱！不過我覺得都Worth the Wait 💕一踏入餐廳，我已經俾個環境吸引😍餐廳以悠閑風格為主，面對住一片瞭闊海景，充滿渡假氣氛，令人心情放鬆，大大加分！食物選擇唔算太多，不過主要嘅新加坡名菜都俱全。⭐️沙嗲軒家庭拼盤（$988）有4串沙嗲雞肉同4串沙嗲豬肉🍖油酥餅跟椰香咖喱牛腩🐮半隻海南雞及油飯，同埋腐皮豬肉卷（咖喱角無貨）沙嗲串燒好惹味，有炭香味之餘入面依然保持肉質鬆軟。椰香咖喱牛腩只有3件牛腩同一粒薯仔，雖然味道唔錯，不過有啲唔知點分好😅海南雞份量就好大！雞肉嫩滑，起晒骨，啖啖肉。油飯就有少少硬身，略嫌唔夠香味。腐皮豬肉卷有特式，但係多肥豬肉。⭐️星州蘿蔔糕（$168）調味做得出色，材料有蝦仁及雞蛋。我覺得如果有加埋笌菜會更好😋⭐️牛肉沙嗲半打（$188）拼盤內已經有雞同豬串燒，所以我哋點埋牛肉嚟試吓。牛肉串燒都冇令人失望，醃料入味，外皮焦香。⭐️珍多椰汁冰（$78）味道香濃，值得一試！⭐️椰青 （$88）椰汁清甜，不過椰肉比較實同硬，唔可以用匙羹挖出嚟畫出嚟食。🚗代客泊車要消費$1800

We came here for staycation and tried out Satay Inn for lunch. 因為嚟staycation 包$500餐券午餐就食呢間菜式好少選擇而且價錢頗貴不過嚟酒店食預咗3個餸都係普普通通嘅泰式菜 無咩特別係環境好 窗邊位對海景但日頭就會有d曬

Went there for a small birthday gathering. Food tasted above average (can be better) mostly due to the food temperature. Most food served slightly warm only even the soupy bak kut teh, black pepper crab & laksa. It is a pity because the taste was actually pretty good for all the above and the crab was definitely fresh. Not sure why but they should pay more attention to food temperature. We also tried their hainanese chicken rice, Nasi lemak, carrot cake (all 3 pretty authentic) & fried fish skin

Recommend to book at least 2 weeks ahead of you decide to try this place2 of us arrived the restaurant and got the window seat with a great sea view. 第一次嚟呢間酒店梗係要試吓呢度嘅餐廳入到嚟見到有得食炒貴刁當然要即刻整返啲試吓本身都諗住冇咩驚喜點知食落又幾有鑊氣炒得幾入味估唔到咁嘅價錢都食到咁嘅質素有啲喜出望外嘅感覺之後再嗌多個喇沙湯麵有少少辣但估唔到又幾出色啲蝦好大隻 全部都好足料份量都好夠 估唔到酒店餐廳都有咁嘅質素仲諗住要叫網上外賣平台補補底原來一樣已經夠一個人食呢間餐廳啲裝修都好靚好有特色打卡一流 都好啱情侶同埋一家大細過嚟值得推介一下！
