Here is where you wanna visit!-Their TST shop is in China Hong Kong City, opposite the Royal Pacific Hotel, with both indoor and outdoor seating.-Tried their set meal for two which features quite a few of their signature dishes.-Chef's recommendation set dinner (For 2) ($498)• Ngoh Hiang - Five-spice minced pork rolls• Pepper butter king prawns• Signature Hainanese chicken rice• A choice of "Singaporean Delights": We had { Laksa }• Singaporean dessert -Heard that their laksa is one of the best in Hong Kong.The laksa here features a curry soup base with coconut milk which is both sweet and spicy with a hint of coconut flavor.It is served with prawns, tofu, fishballs, eggs, etc.The noodles are fixed as "Lai Fun" (thick rice noodles). It is smooth and chewy, but I'd prefer a bowl of laksa with egg noodles and vermicelli noodles more as they would better absorb the heavenly flavor of the soup.-(𝗦𝗲𝗲 𝗽𝗶𝗰𝘀 𝗯𝗲𝗹𝗼𝘄! ☟☟)=數年前已經聽說過《沙嗲軒》的叻沙是城內最好吃之一的之後才發現位於尖沙咀中港城的這家店不難達到,所以也嚐過了幾次~香港有很多吃叻沙的地方,這裡的算不算是最好吃的我不敢說,但喜歡吃叻沙或新加坡口味的朋友,來嚐嚐也無妨~-尖沙咀沙嗲軒位於中港城,皇家太平洋酒店對面裝潢主調為紫色,環境優雅舒適,設室內及室外座位;食物定價算中等位置-這天嚐了他們的兩人套餐,包括了不少精選的招牌菜式~-廚師推介晚膳菜譜 (兩人用) ($498)Chef's recommendation set dinner (For 2)-五香腐皮豬肉卷Ngoh Hiang一道經典福建菜式,肥豬肉跟其他餡料還有五香調味一起包裹在腐皮卷內外層腐皮香脆,咬下去就吃到口感十足、味道層次也十足的豬肉餡料,蠻不錯~•胡椒牛油大蝦Pepper butter king prawns大蝦可選胡椒或麥皮口味大蝦先跟牛油同炸,炸至香脆;再跟黑胡椒同炒非常惹味,口感外脆、內爽彈🍤•招牌海南雞飯Signature Haianese chicken rice雞肉嫩滑,配上薑蓉、辣椒醬、甜豉油,還有兩碗雞油飯,滋味滿滿🥰•然後可以自選一款「星洲精選美食」,包括肉骨茶、串燒、雞翼、星洲蘿蔔糕等等,而我們就點了叻沙,畢竟是這裡最有名的~😛•馬來叻沙Laksa這邊的叻沙標榜走新加坡口味,椰汁咖哩湯底兼具甜味、辣味,和椰香味😋麵條固定為瀨粉,質感爽滑,但吃起來比較狼狽🤣;個人則比較喜歡油麵配米粉,感覺可以更好吸收湯底味道😆配料有大蝦、豆卜、魚蛋、魚片、雞蛋•星洲甜品套餐還奉送每人一份星洲甜品,不過大概是不合口味,所以沒有要~-Menu:…查看更多
