大圍小館好出名,想飲星期六日早茶仲要兩個月預約,於是我同朋友決定過嚟試吓。入到去,環境裝修有特色,坐位算幾密,但點心款式唔多,令我有啲失望。.首先,我哋叫咗三色腸,$58。腸粉嘅皮做得幾滑,裡面夠多蝦米同蔥花,但味道唔算特別,冇咩驚喜。接住試咗沙翁,$48,聽講係招牌,雖然外面嘅蛋香味幾重,但等咗十幾分鐘出嚟都唔係熱辣辣,感覺有啲凍,食落去就冇咁香。.再嚟就係鮑汁炆鳳爪,$48,鳳爪炆得好入味,食落去肉質軟腍,味道幾ok,但整體冇咩特別之處,唔係我心目中最正嘅鳳爪。然後係川芎白芷蒸魚,$58,魚肉新鮮,蒸得幾好,但味道就一般,冇咩特別調味,吃完就算過得去。.之後,我哋叫咗流心煎糯米雞,$58,呢個算係今晚最好味嘅一品。外層煎得金黃,口感脆脆,裡面嘅糯米同豬肉餡都幾足料,加上流心蛋黃,令整體香氣更上一層樓,真係幾好食。.但係整體點心味道就普通,冇咩特別之處。味道份量正常,但有啲貴。加上$25茶位費,每個人均大約$180,整體開支對於咁多點心,覺得值唔值就見仁見智。.總體嚟講,呢餐早茶,食得唔算驚喜,雖然唔係話好食,但都唔算差。名氣大過實質,試一次就可以,冇必要特意再來,因為真係有其他地方嘅點心更好食。希望下次可以有更好嘅體驗!

這店常滿客,擁有不少會員。外觀裝修不錯,餐廳內部裝飾和間隔都不錯,給人一種傳統精緻中菜館的感覺,坐得都舒服,敗筆是洗手間有點骯髒。服務方面,與稻香、海港的水準沒兩樣:hea。一間餐廳好壞,裝修、檯凳佈局、服務、衛生、用料、味道、款式等等都有加乘作用,不過,最重要的始終是用料、味道、衛生。這裡食物的出品,在衛生方面做得不錯,可以看到老闆對這方面的注重和堅持,給了我一個好感的開始。用料方面,不錯,當然有瑕疵。味道,可圈可點,用餐後的感覺.......籠仔蒸牛肝菌茄子:整頓飯,全因這菜把享用美食的期待值大幅拉低。牛肝菌具有口感豐富、味道鮮美、香氣濃郁、口感脆嫩、自然鮮甜和柔軟細膩等特點,可惜,在這裡完全感受不到,只吃到腥味,口感霉、淋,沒有多少香味、甜味。茄子在這菜中,完全起不到任何加乘的作用,味道單調、味淡、清寡,綜合來說,兩字形容 -- 「把鬼」。京葱爆封門柳:京蔥鮮嫩可口,封門柳肉質爽口、牛味香濃,只是沒有了牛肉本身的肉甜味。脆皮黑鬃鵝:香口、味美,只是實在過於肥,鵝皮不脆,不值得點的菜。黑醋第一刀:今餐最接近期待的一碟菜,肉炸得金黃香口,卻不失肉汁和細嫩的口感。竹籤蒜香九肚魚:冰鮮魚,與期待的一致,只是為了讓未嘗過的小孩子嘗試一下。一缽魚腸:最有期待的一個菜,由於大多數有提供的餐館,質素都是未如理想,看這店強調手工菜,即管只有我一人會吃,也冒險一次。翻開缽仔邊,看得到魚腸新鮮和洗得乾淨,油炸鬼雖然不多,但是用新鮮油炸的,這讓我更有期待。翻開中間,又是與大多數魚腸蒸蛋一樣失敗,中間水汪汪的。鮮山葵海蜇頭:大大塊,有咬口,只是感覺調味略酸,個人口味,不足以評好、壞。豬油撈飯:與期待一樣香口、油膩,只是撈飯的姐姐心急,未讓客人先嘗一嘗,便一股腦兒將所有豉油倒入,使得油飯過鹹,令原本不可能不好味的油飯變成不合格。白蓮子桃膠羹:整晚令我覺得這餐館值得米之蓮一星餐廳的唯一。

Charmed by the hype, came here via recommendation of others who want to try this place, so we went first to test.The shop is nice from outside, the inside is a nice traditional Chinese decor. The staff attitude was so-so. Just there to direct us to the seat and that's it. Now the real downer of the whole experience. We ordered three dishes.- Roast pork ($228 approx from memory)- Fried Noodle- The One Mouth gold block - fried carrot cake I thinkBill total $616Now, the fried carrot carrot was actually tasty and delicious, so no complaints there.For the fried noodle, this was base on a very personal opinion. The taste was a little off, not an expert, but I believe it's how the beef was handle when cooked, it had a strong taste of something I can't really pinpoint but it's lingers in my mouth compare to other fried noodles I've eaten.The roast pork was the real disappointment. For 6 pieces that charges $228, I would have thought there be some expectation and that it would give me a wow factor. There was no wow factor. It was disappointing to a point I was laughing how i was robbed. Jokes aside, maybe it's just my experience, but I just can't recommend this place at all.

終於試到好出名嘅大圍小館,平日嘅晚市最好都係book定位先!呢度嘅風格都充滿特色,menu上嘅野都幾特別。先叫左個海蜇頭,睇落平平無奇,但原來好大塊,好爽口,好食之後就叫左個魚香陳村粉,都幾大碟,而且好多醬汁,陳村粉口感爽軟,本身係無咩味,配埋個醬汁好新穎,出奇地都夾。燒鵝嚟講係要食下庄嘅個皮的確好香脆,肉質夠滑,啖啖肉,如果送飯應該好正。跟住揀左個清淡少少嘅金銀蛋浸田園蔬,又係一大碟好多😂味道正常。當然最後要試埋個沙翁,超級大舊!呢個懷舊小食真係唔係好多地方有。炸完灑上一層砂糖,非常邪惡,蛋味香,外脆内軟服務態度好好,有機會想試下嚟呢度飲茶🫖
