I was blown away by Hong Kong Cuisine’s innovative take on Cantonese dishes. Their DiningCity special menu (HKD250/person) was a delight—highlights included the crispy prawn with tropical fruit sauce (perfectly crunchy and tangy) and the luxurious abalone minced pork tart. Ending with homemade tofu ice cream was genius. A must-try for modern Cantonese cuisine!
