之前住九龍塘嗰陣成日都會去九龍城食飯踩單車,可惜已經係十年前嘅事了⌛️我地唔係食泰國菜就係去位於南角道嘅城寨風味,今次再訪已經搬左去九龍城廣場啦📍店舖裝潢以九十年代嘅寨城作靈感,店內每個角落都有展示充滿中國風嘅懷舊畫作同藝術品🖼️ 佢地主打粵式fusion菜,將創新嘅元素融入傳統菜色創造出多款秘製菜式㊙️ One of the most popular restaurants in Kowloon city will definitely be Wall City Flavour. They specialise in Cantonese fusion cuisine, offering all sorts of unique dishes.秘製紅燒乳鴿 $58/1隻Roasted Pigeon in Housemade Sauce 乳鴿原隻上碟,大小適中但好厚肉🍗 乳鴿燒至外脆內軟,每啖咬落都肉汁四溢💦 自家製嘅醬汁鹹甜平衡,經過長時間嘅醃製令精華滲透肉內✨ 肉質嫩滑又結實,甘香嘅脂肪充斥口腔👅The pigeons were roasted to perfection, providing a nice contrast of textures between the crispy skin and tender meat. The sauce was not too salty, and each piece of meat was marinated well.啫啫芥蘭煲 $138Sizzling Chinese Kale Pot上檯嗰陣已經聽到渣渣聲,就算影完相再食都仲係熱辣辣🔥翠綠嘅芥蘭爽脆鮮甜無澀味,配上肉碎同蝦咁滋味十足,送飯一流😙The pot was able to keep the dish hot throughout the entire meal. Chinese kale had a nice crisp, fried with savoury minced meat and dried shrimp for extra flavours.生滾潮式蠔仔粥 $168Chao Style Oyster Congee生滾嘅粥底同湯飯好相似,米飯唔會煮到好軟爛,保留到粒粒分明嘅口感🍚 蠔仔飽滿多汁而且份量十足,鹹香嘅味道湯底增添鮮香🦪 This type of congee prevents the rice from boiling down, so you can still feel each grain in its original form. The oysters were plump and fresh, which made the soup base so umami.

餐廳:城寨風味 (九龍城)地址:九龍城賈炳達道128號九龍城廣場1樓126號舖最近票房破7000萬嘅港產電影《九龍城寨之圍城》🎥,成為咗唔少香港人近期嘅熱話,而我最近亦專登去咗九龍城寨公園回顧昔日嘅歷史同點滴,畢竟當年嘅九龍城寨真喺非常有特色同歷史價值行行下公園開始落大雨水,入咗去九龍城廣場搵嘢食,見到1樓呢間城寨風味啱晒我今日嚟九龍城嘅目的,決定打鐵趁熱去食個晚餐🥢同店員傾咗幾句先知原來佢哋喺九龍城開咗接近20年,4年前由九龍城南角道搬咗過嚟商場,餐廳嘅四周都充滿城寨同清朝嘅特色,青磚紅泥牆、復古仿舊嘅裝飾,吸引唔少人嚟食飯都要影多兩張相📸。佢哋主打江南各地美食同fusion中式粵菜,雖然價錢感覺偏貴,但估唔到份量又幾足,我哋兩個人每人$250都食到好飽🫃✝️秘制紅燒乳鴿 $58燒得勁香嘅乳鴿,未食已經流晒口水🤤,入口熱辣辣而且表皮薄而香脆,肉嘅份量都唔少,惹味得嚟唔會好嚡,仲燒到逼出油脂香同肉汁👍✝️啫啫芥蘭煲 $138一上枱個煲熱辣辣仲「滋滋」聲💥,雖然睇落簡單得啲芥蘭,但要整得好食同keep住翠綠嘅顏色都真喺要啲功夫😎。爆香咗肉碎、薑、蒜、辣椒同蝦乾,加上XO醬,濃而不膩,火候控制得好好,芥蘭仲要好爽脆清甜,唔錯唔錯😌✝️生滾潮式蠔仔粥 $168好大窩夠3-4個人食嘅蠔仔粥,蠔仔嘅份量喺勁多🦪,基乎每羹舀起都有好幾粒蠔仔,而且細隻得嚟喺粒粒飽滿🤓,清甜粥水加埋潮式夠硬身嘅米飯,突顯出潮州粥嘅特色

呢排全民九龍城寨,經過九龍城就試下城寨風味。2人世界龍蝦餐澳州龍蝦:中式做法,永遠唔會輸。蒜蓉清蒸,加粉絲底。龍蝦夠晒大隻,有唔小蒜蓉,一攞上枱已經聞到勁香蒜蓉味。龍蝦新鮮爽口,又啖啖肉,粉絲底唔會落好多豉油,粉絲索晒d龍蝦精華加埋蒜蓉一齊食,絕。金湯濃情燕窩羹:本身有得揀趐既,不過揀左燕窩黎試下,燕窩量都唔小,加埋個湯底夠濃。拔絲咕嚕肉:咕嚕肉真係有拔絲效果,酸甜度啱啱好,唔會太甜太酸。配菜d椒,洋蔥,凰梨好食。櫻花蝦蒸菜心:菜心新鮮爽脆,面上有櫻花蝦,調一調味。香煎海斑扒:塊扒就厚肉無骨,啖啖肉,唔會太多調味。裝修中國風,坐得舒服,乾淨企理。侍應又夠主動幫手,食物係一份份咁上,食完收碟又夠快。

以前住廣播道成日都會嚟呢度搬左入天水圍後就無點再嚟今日舊地重遊變左好多見呢排無點食中菜裝修又幾霸氣一於試試選擇困難既我最鍾意叫餐😂2人世界龍蝦餐$698加左$100轉澳洲龍蝦餐廳好貼心已經分好一份份一人一碟唔使不嚟不去湯:翅就間唔時食,所以揀金湯濃情燕窩羹飲落好似南瓜湯甜甜地,好多燕窩每一羹都有🦞蒜蓉開邊蒸澳洲龍蝦~底有粉絲龍蝦好厚肉由頭到尾都係肉,鮮甜係基本蒜蓉撈粉絲~絕對係最佳拍檔拔絲咕嚕肉~係我最想試,因為咕嚕肉係我最愛之一夾起真係拉絲,外皮十分脆口,啖啖肉~正呀!配料有紫洋蔥、鳳梨、青椒、紅椒櫻花蝦蒸菜心~海量櫻花蝦,菜心爽脆兼無渣啱晒我口味🐟香煎海斑扒配兩棵西蘭花~海斑果然係扒,厚肉皮好煙un,滿滿骨膠原🤤食完有少少黏口座位有卡位或圓枱,環境舒適唔擠迫,水滾茶靚,店員親切有禮~下次可以帶埋屋企人嚟幫襯
