到西環上課順道問以前縱橫中環的朋友何處有好味小店說起一樂燒鵝雖然本身不太喜歡鵝但受到強力推薦 又未到午飯時間(11.30am)決定試試這一樂有多美味評語多好壞參半其實完全沒有要求這種小店有服務或禮貌畢竟從門面跟車仔麵店沒甚麼分別大家都是食過就走又不是甚麼fine dining沒甚麼服務可言的因為時間尚早人不多很多都是慕名而來的遊客看餐牌, 一碗鵝髀米粉超過$100只有一種係咪咁好食的想法儘管試試朋友說如果跟鮮肉男同事前來老闆娘會UPGRADE鵝件做鵝髀(?) 還是鵝髀會比較大份想說看看老公還有沒有這種能耐(呵)恐怕沒有點菜的姐姐果然不是一般角色3分鐘內要點菜 無形的壓力令人怕怕坐了一張4人檯才是惡夢你需要食得比2人檯更快鵝髀皮很脆 很油 肉很少但味道只能說很普通亦說不上香可能因為我是女的(誤)看看老公的好像都一樣我們一致覺得鵝是沒有味道叫做試過 不會再去 CHAO

坐了一張4人檯才是惡夢
你需要食得比2人檯更快

鵝髀皮很脆 很油 肉很少
但味道只能說很普通
亦說不上香
可能因為我是女的(誤)
看看老公的好像都一樣
我們一致覺得鵝是沒有味道

叫做試過 不會再去 CHAO

泥得中環做嘢多咗,當然要做下功課,睇下邊到有啲乜好嘢食。呢間非常出名嘅米芝蓮燒味鋪,經過得多喇,但就從來未食過,所以今日就的起個心去試試!中午時份,其實都幾爆滿,一兩個人會相對易啲搵位置坐。所謂「一樂燒鵝」當然要試燒鵝啦,不過今日見口乾,所以唔食飯就叫咗碗「叉燒燒鵝瀨粉」。等左陣,碗瀨粉好快就到。叉燒切得幾厚,夾少少肥,係我最愛食嘅半肥瘦叉燒;至於招牌燒鵝,真係無介紹錯,十分出色!皮脆得泥啲肉又夠香。叉燒夾埋燒鵝嘅肉汁,個湯底混合哂佢地嘅精華帶少少蔥香,所以配起瀨粉食時相當入味,開胃!呢到份量個人認為唔算多,所以稍為胃食啲嘅朋友可以叫多個菜,就應該夠哂飽喇。過一日,其後都試咗叉燒油雞瀨粉,但都不及燒鵝咁野味,「叉燒燒鵝瀨」值得一試啊!

叉燒切得幾厚,夾少少肥,係我最愛食嘅半肥瘦叉燒;至於招牌燒鵝,真係無介紹錯,十分出色!皮脆得泥啲肉又夠香。叉燒夾埋燒鵝嘅肉汁,個湯底混合哂佢地嘅精華帶少少蔥香,所以配起瀨粉食時相當入味,開胃!

普通双拼飯,唔想比人食,就收檔啦。义鹅飯$58(全香港最差既),完全無服務。大家記住,見到碟飯,一望就心傷,6匙㵪飯,同服務員講,你D飯太小,佢即刻話加飯加$3。,另油菜$28.無套餐,全散叫!!埋單一次過,以後都唔會再來。不是良心飯店,地方污糟。我建議大家去天后清風街(棋哥燒鹅)

幾句講晒,燒鵝一般,唔夠熱,皮又唔夠脆,其他燒味冇乜特別!可以話完全比唔上"金牌燒鵝"或"深井燒鵝"!星期六下午去幫襯,排隊人又多,價錢又昂貴,價錢完全唔配合食物質素及環境,仲要係未食完啲夥計已經收晒你啲野,不斷想趕你走,食緊已經將啲碟掟落你個碗度,完全睇唔起任何一位客人,最緊要係企門口類似老闆娘廣東話講唔正既大嬸態度異常惡劣!(公道說話其他夥計態度OK)所以好肯定唔會有下次!亦會叫所有識嘅人唔好去!不知所謂!講完。

Mouth watering melt in your mouth goose with wafer thin crunchy skin, this place is not to be missed! We also had the roast pork and a side of vegetables, which were also very good. Did not try the noodles, although we saw many people around enjoying them.

這是小弟第一次寫食評,我也經常出外去試一些新食物,食到好東西都只以口傳頌,不會寫食評,但當我食完這間有米芝蓮一星以燒味聞名的一樂,我決定要花一點時間寫下劣評,以免其他人上當。$165元的燒鵝例牌及$165元的叉燒,要是好味我也覺得值得,但叉燒過鹹有點硬,燒鵝平平無奇,霎時我想飛的去西環的波記,甚至去元朗的天鴻,就算我相信附近任何一間老茶也比這裏好。除了食物平平無奇卻收取高昂價錢外,上燒鵝時未跟上酸梅醬,要問才給;冷氣不夠;收錢的女子相信是士頭婆,沒説多謝也不會有眼神接觸,多高傲的她。如果你之前未吃過燒味可以去一試,因為以後你求其再找一間再食,一定不會再比此次更失望,我樓下的老茶也可以攞米芝蓮一星👊🏻😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

This is an overrated restaurant. The overall experience is horrible. Food was overrated where the goose wasn't that tasty to be rated as Michelin star. Service is the worst!!! The staff refuse to allow us to order the Roasted goose drumstick and insisted that we order a quarter portion. When asked why, her response was, "there's no reason. don't ask so much" After much persistence, the staff relented and we had managed to order the drumstick but we couldn't order the set (which includes the dr

First time at the restaurant and had such a bad experience. While we were looking at the menu, the waitress were complaining that we were taking a lot of time to order (literally we were just using 3 minutes), and she was saying "wah how come you need half an hour to decide what to eat". While we were just eating, another waitress came in again asking us to leave as "someone needs to leave". What kind of lousy service... we will never come back again!!!!!

餐廳唔係好大間,座位比較緊湊,中午用餐人數比較多,從落單到上台都花咗一D時間,燒鵝皮比較脆,就係顏色深咗一D,味道、口感要比同區的深井陳記要好,腐乳通菜都唔錯。下次可以再來。

I came here exactly when it opened, and turned out they still needed time to set up. So... while you may want to get here early to beat the crowds, don't get here too early...The specialties of this place is obviously the roasted meats. There are several of them here, but I went with the duck, since it looked pretty good. Honestly though, I didn't feel like this place was anything special from other unknown places which serve roast meats. Guess the michelin star standards are somewhat lax these

However, this place should be commended for the fact that they've managed to stay in business all this time. Central has obviously been the center of financial activity in Hong Kong, and so obviously the attractions and business in the area have changed to become a slightly more 'international' flavor- still, I feel like this trend has picked up a little bit in the past couple of years. Even the dai pai dong area I hear is leaving town. The fact that these guys are able to stick around is definitely impressive.
題外話/補充資料: I don't think they take card payments.

價值為$55的雙併燒鵝飯,义燒勁廋,焼鵝完全柴皮乾身及無味,但係d sauce就勁咸,完全談不上水準,完全冇QC可言。至於服務方面,要求清茶$18,淨飲$30,min charge 要最小$50, 絕對係每個item都要賺盡的態度,完全冇heart的服務,配不上米芝蓮的水準,真是強差人意,完全吃不出一家用心做菜的餐廳。服務態度不佳,完全是沒有理會客人的要求,是比一般的茶記更差的服務及食物水準,是近年吃過最難吃的燒味

一樂燒鵝是米芝蓮一星餐廳,吸引了不少遊客慕名而來,那天隔壁就有一對遊客吃燒鵝脾哈哈。不過抱歉的說除了添好運之外,也未找到價廉物美的米芝蓮餐廳,甚至有人更說米芝蓮對香港餐廳是厄運,因為業主會因為殊榮加租,令餐廳做不下去,不知道大家又是怎樣覺得的呢?

呢個米芝蓮的性價比好高
雖然環境又逼又窄,冷氣又唔夠涼,地下油淋淋,又要排隊(不建議多過兩個人去食)
但鵝皮係脆、D肉超嫩又多汁、咬落去仲有陣陣油香,但你係唔會見到,唔會食到D肥膏!真係好好味!包補一試難忘!

記得叫伙計比酸梅醬!

係中環返左一個月工,午市排哂隊,星期六返公司,就買外賣試下。。。可惜55蚊份量小得可憐,真心講,真係唔值,叫左一盒燒肉鵝飯味道一般,燒肉好咸,燒鵝無肉,得d骨,每樣都係得5粒,係一粒粒呀。。。岀面個d係一舊舊,但佢係一粒粒完全無特別,食完成碗都唔飽肚。。。失望
